Abstract

<p>En este documento se revelan secuencias de polinucleótidos recombinantes, vectores, células huésped y métodos para producir astaxantina. La secuencia de polinucleótido recombinante es diseñada para proporcionar un nivel superior de precursores de astaxantina mediante una vía metabólica más corta, y por lo tanto alcanza un mayor nivel de productos finales (por ejemplo, astaxantina) con forma estereoisomérica deseada y/o forma esterificada.</p>
