Un equipo recuperador de aroma desde gases exhaustos de cubas fermentativas que comprende un primer grupo recuperador (100) que comprende un primer condensador (110) operando a una primera temperatura de aromas recuperados; un segundo grupo recuperador (200) que comprende un segundo condensador (210) operando a una segunda temperatura de aromas recuperados, un grupo de refrigeracion (300) para proveer frio mediante un fluido refrigerante (301) a dicho primer grupo recuperador (100) mediante una primera conexián de fluido (302) y a dicho segundo grupo recuperador (200) mediante una segunda conexión de fluido (303); medios de control (400) configurados para controlar coordinadamente la temperatura de dicho primer grupo recuperador (100) y Ia temperatura de dicho segundo grupo recuperador (200); y una carcasa movil (500) que contiene dicho primero grupo recuperador (100), dicho segundo grupo recuperador (200), dicho grupo de refrigeracion (300) y dichos medios de control (400).
