Abstract
<p>LA DISPONIBILIDAD DE UN SERVICIO BASADO EN LA NUBE SE RECUPERA DESPUÉS DE UN FALLO DEL SISTEMA. UNA OPERACIÓN DE CLIENTE ASOCIADA CON LA EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE SE EJECUTA PARA SIMULAR LA EXPERIENCIA DE CLIENTE EN EL SERVICIO BASADO EN NUBE.
