<p>LA PRESENTE INVENCIÓN DESCRIBE NUEVOS COMPUESTOS DERIVADOS DE PIRIDOPIRIMIDINA CON ESTRUCTURA REPRESENTADA POR LA FÓRMULA GENERAL (I) O SALES FARMACÉUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES, O SUS MEZCLAS (EN CUALQUIER PROPORCIÓN), UNA COMPOSICIÓN FARMACÉUTICA QUE LOS CONTIENE, UN MÉTODO DE USO DE LOS NUEVOS COMPUESTOS DERIVADOS DE PIRIDOPIRIMIDINA COMO INHIBIDOR DE LA SÍNTESIS DE NUCLEÓTIDOS CÍCLICOS O COMO INHIBIDOR DE LA SÍNTESIS DE cAMP y cGMP, Y SUS USOS EN EL TRATAMIENTO PROFILÁCTICO O CURATIVO DE LA DIARREA, COLITIS Y SÍNDROME DEL INTESTINO IRRITABLE.</p>
