Abstract

Un método para medir la concentración de moléculas disueltas en la fase continua de un coloide, que comprende las etapas de: a) obtener muestra de prueba mediante mezcla de una cantidad de moléculas con un volumen de coloide; b) obtener muestra control mediante mezcla de una cantidad de moléculas con un volumen de disolución libre de partículas extraído desde una fracción del mismo coloide utilizado en etapa a), tal que el valor de la concentración de moléculas en la mezcla es igual al valor de la concentración de moléculas de la muestra de prueba obtenida en etapa a); c) Someter las muestras obtenidas en etapas a) y b) a proceso para concentrar las partículas de la muestra de prueba obtenida en la etapa a); d) Recuperar un volumen libre de partículas desde la muestra de prueba obtenida en etapa c); e) Recuperar un volumen desde la muestra control obtenida en etapa c); f) Medir al volumen de muestra de prueba recuperado en etapa d) parámetro proporcional a la cantidad de moléculas contenidas en el volumen de muestra; g) Medir al volumen de muestra control recuperado en etapa e) parámetro proporcional a la cantidad de moléculas contenidas en el volumen de muestra; h) Medir la concentración de moléculas en la fase continua del coloide. Un proceso para obtener una composición líquida monofásica desde un volumen de coloide; una composición líquida monofásica extraída desde un coloide; y un Kit para medir la concentración de moléculas solubilizadas en la fase continua de un coloide
