Abstract

<p>El método sirve para producir un adsorbente de flujo horizontal continuo con dos adsorbentes que contiene dos embalajes inmediatamente adyacentes en un recipiente horizontal o vertical. Entre los dos embalajes hay una interfaz vertical. En una etapa (a) se coloca una pared divisoria vertical en el fondo del lecho de adsorción y después en cada lado de la pared divisoria uno de los dos adsorbentes se carga hasta una primera altura que no excede el borde superior del anillo de separación. En Ia siguiente etapa (b), Ia pared divisoria vertical se desplaza hacia arriba hasta que su borde inferior todavia está ubicado en su embalaje existente. Entonces. a cada lado de Ia pared divisoria uno de los dos adsorbentes se carga hasta una segunda altura que no excede el borde superior de Ia pared divisoria desplazada. Finalmente, se repite el paso (b) hasta alcanzar una altura de Ilenado predeterminada. De acuerdo con Ia invención, Ia pared divisoria vertical está compuesta de al menos tres módulos de pared divisoria (6 01) que se extienden solamente sobre una parte de Ia longitud a de Ia periferia de Ia pared divisoria vertical y son movibles en una direcciôn vertical independientemente entre sí.</p>
