UN SISTEMA DE CONTROL PARA CONTROLAR EL ALMACENAMIENTO DE PRODUCTOS METABÓLICAMENTE ACTIVOS EN UN AMBIENTE CONFINADO DEFINIDO, EN DONDE DICHO SISTEMA DE CONTROL COMPRENDE POR LO MENOS UN MEDIO DE ANÁLISIS DE GAS Y UN MEDIO DE MEDICIÓN DE PRESIÓN QUE COMPRENDE UNA UNIDAD DE CONTROL PARA DETERMINAR UNA COMPOSICIÓN DE MEDIO DE GAS AJUSTADO DEL AMBIENTE CONFINADO PARA PROTEGER EL PRODUCTO CONTRA LA DEGRADACIÓN METABÓLICA; POR LO MENOS UN MEDIO DE OPERACIÓN/ACCIONAMIENTO PARA ADAPTAR EL MEDIO GASEOSO EN EL AMBIENTE DE ALMACENAMIENTO CONFINADO SOBRE LA BASE DE DICHA COMPOSICIÓN DEL MEDIO GASEOSO AJUSTADO DETERMINADO; EN DONDE LA UNIDAD DE CONTROL ESTÁ ADAPTADA PARA DETERMINAR LA COMPOSICIÓN DE MEDIO DE GAS AJUSTADO SOBRE LA BASE DE UN MODELO MATEMÁTICO DEL SISTEMA QUE DETERMINA UN COEFICIENTE METABÓLICO DEL PRODUCTO MEDIANTE LA COMBINACIÓN DE CAMBIOS MEDIDOS DE COMPOSICIÓN DE GAS EN EL AMBIENTE CONFINADO CON CAMBIOS DE PRESIÓN DINÁMICOS EN EL ESPACIO CONFINADO. EL VALOR DEL COEFICIENTE METABÓLICO SE USA COMO ENTRADA PARA QUE UN ALGORITMO DE CONTROL AJUSTE DE MANERA CONTINUA LA COMPOSICIÓN GASEOSA EN EL ESPACIO CONFINADO EN RESPUESTA A LA ACTIVIDAD METABÓLICA DEL PRODUCTO.
