LA INVENCIÓN SE REFIERE A UN PROCESO PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN DE DIÓXIDO DE TITANIO QUE TIENE UN CONTENIDO DE TIO2 DE 99% EN PESO, UN CONTENIDO DE ANATASA DE AL MENOS 98%, UN TAMAÑO DE CRISTALITO PRIMARIO DE AL MENOS 200 NM, UNA FRACCIÓN NUMÉRICA DE A LO SUMO 10% DE CRISTALITOS CON UN TAMAÑO DE MENOR QUE 100 NM, UN ÁREA SUPERFICIAL ESPECÍFICA BET DE A LO SUMO 8 M/G, - 1200 A 2400 PPM DE ÁLCALI (CON RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD DE TIO2), UN CONTENIDO DE AL DE AL MENOS 1 PPM Y A LO SUMO 1000 PPM (EXPRESADO COMO AL Y CON RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD DE TIO2), UNA RELACIÓN EN PESO DE AL2O3 A NB2O5 EN EL INTERVALO DE 0.17 A 0.74, Y AL MENOS 0.1% EN PESO Y A LO SUMO 0.3% EN PESO DE P (EXPRESADO COMO FÓSFORO Y CON RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD DE TIO2), ASÍ COMO EL DIÓXIDO DE TITANIO OBTENIDO POR ESTE PROCESO.
