Abstract
Elemento de piso prefabricado (1) de forma alargada donde se definen una dirección longitudinal (X), transversal (Y), una dirección de altura (Z), dos caras frontales (11) que delimitan el elemento (1) en la dirección longitudinal ( X), dos caras laterales (12) en la dirección transversal (Y), una cara inferior (13) y una cara plana superior (14) que delimitan el elemento (1) en la dirección de la altura ( Z), que comprende ranuras superiores continuas transversales (15) en la cara plana superior (14) o ranuras laterales (26) en las caras laterales (24), extendiéndose las ranuras laterales (26) desde la lengüeta inferior (TS) a la cara plana superior (24). La invención también se refiere a una estructura que comprende tal elemento de piso prefabricado (1) y que comprende además un elemento de soporte lineal (LS) que soporta un extremo del elemento de piso prefabricado (1) de manera que en el elemento de soporte lineal (LS) se define una superficie de soporte (S1) y se coloca un sistema resistente a momentos (MS) dispuesto sobre el elemento de soporte lineal (LS) y frente a una cara frontal (11) del elemento de piso prefabricado (1) y una capa superior de hormigón (LC) vertida sobre el elemento (1) o en llave de cortante (SK) definida entre dos elementos de piso adyacentes. La invención también se refiere a una instalación para la fabricación de elementos de suelo (1, 2).
