Abstract

Un sistema para usar análisis predictivo en control de un proceso de refinación de hidrocarburo, que<br /> comprende un procesador de computador que ejecuta los siguientes pasos de: recibir un análisis de una muestra de hidrocarburo, desarrollar uno o más modelos predictivos del proceso de refinación de hidrocarburo para que los hidrocarburos entren al proceso d refinación en base al análisis del petróleo crudo; y controlar aspectos del proceso de refinación del hidrocarburo ya que el hidrocarburo entrando en el<br /> proceso de refinación de hidrocarburo se mueve a través del proceso de refinación en base a uno o más de los modelos predictivos, donde el análisis es obtenido mediante los siguientes pasos: obtener una muestra de la composición de hidrocarburo; determinar un potencial de ensuciamiento midiendo, por lo menos, una primera porción y una segunda porción de la muestra de hidrocarburo, la primera porción y la segunda porción teniendo diferentes composiciones químicas, la primera porción comprendiendo un líquido y la segunda porción comprendiendo sólidos orgánicos o inorgánicos o geles.
