Abstract
Un dispositivo y método de agotamiento de escoria de cobre. El dispositivo comprende un horno de tratamiento de agotamiento de escoria de cobre (10) y un dispositivo de alimentación de alambre (20), en donde el horno de tratamiento de agotamiento de escoria de cobre (10) usa calor eléctrico o calor de plasma como una fuente de calor, el horno de tratamiento de agotamiento de escoria de cobre (10) se proporciona con una entrada de escoria de cobre, un orificio de alimentación de alambre y una abertura de mata, la entrada de escoria de cobre se usa para alimentar la escoria de cobre (a), y la abertura de mata se usa para descargar la mata de cobre (c) obtenida por el tratamiento de reducción y agotamiento; el dispositivo de alimentación de alambre (20) se usa para alimentar un alambre de polvo de carbono (b) en el horno de agotamiento de escoria de cobre (10) por medio del orificio de alimentación de alambre para realizar un tratamiento de reducción y agotamiento de la escoria de cobre (a). El dispositivo de agotamiento de escoria de cobre es capaz de mejorar la eficiencia de reducción-agotamiento de la escoria de cobre, y tiene las ventajas de un diagrama de flujo corto, bajo costo, pudiendo recuperar metales pesados como plomo, zinc, etc. en la escoria, etc.
