Abstract
Método y aparato para codificar/decodificar, que incluye preparar una lista candidata de fusión de un bloque actual, derivando información de movimiento del bloque actual a partir de la lista candidata de fusión, y realizar inter-predicción del bloque actual usando la información de movimiento. La invención es ventajosa debido a que la precisión de información de movimiento se puede mejorar usando no sólo el candidato de fusión espacial/temporal, sino que también el candidato de fusión combinado
