Abstract
Un aparato terminal que se comunica con un aparato de estación base incluye: una unidad de recepción configurada para recibir una configuración de una parte de ancho de banda (BWP) de enlace ascendente (UL) inicial y una configuración de una UL BWP adicional a través de un mensaje de control de recursos de radio (RRC) y recibir un mensaje de respuesta de acceso aleatorio (RAR) que incluye una concesión RAR UL; y una unidad de transmisión configurada para transmitir un canal físico compartido de enlace ascendente (PUSCH, por sus siglas en inglés) en una UL BWP activa, en donde una de la UL BWP inicial y la UL BWP adicional se activa como la UL BWP activa, el PUSCH se planifica usando la concesión RAR UL, un primer campo incluido en la concesión RAR UL se usa para indicar la asignación de recursos de frecuencia del <br /> PUSCH, y si el primer campo debe truncarse o si un bit debe insertarse en el primer campo se determina basado en un ancho de banda de la UL BWP inicial.
