Abstract
Se describe un proceso para la producción a gran escala y de uso eficiente de energía de compuestos oxigenados a partir de azúcar en el que se introduce una materia prima de azúcar en un reactor de fragmentación termolítica que comprende una corriente fluidificada de partículas portadoras de calor que se separan del producto de reacción y se dirigen a un recalentador que comprende un sistema de calentamiento por resistencia.
