Abstract
Un sistema de mitigación de humos de cocina puede tener una campana extractora configurada para capturar los humos de un aparato de cocina, la campana extractora transporta los humos a una etapa de eliminación de partículas que transporta los humos a una etapa de eliminación de olores.
