Abstract

Túnel de secado para frutas u hortalizas que comprende una cámara de impulsión y calentamiento y un plenum, configurado para recibir un aire caliente saliente generado en la cámara de impulsión y calentamiento, el plenum comprende unos orificios situados en su superficie inferior, estando configurados para expulsar un aire caliente distribuido desde el interior del plenum de forma perpendicular hacia un sistema del transporte, configurado para desplazar frutas y hortalizas para ser secadas.
