Abstract
Se describen composiciones y métodos para preparar composiciones sorbentes (SC) y composiciones sorbentes protonadas (PSC) para su uso en la concentración de litio a partir de salmueras nativas. En particular, se describen SCs de la fórmula general Li1.3-1.6Mn1.6-1.7O4, métodos para peraprar las SCs y PSCs que tienen propiedades mejoradas para la extracción y concentración de litio en ciclos únicos y múltiples.
