Abstract
La presente invención se dirige a un método para optimizar los niveles de expresión de una proteína multicadena en el que la proteína comprende al menos dos cadenas polipeptídicas diferentes. La generación de proteínas multicadena presenta grandes retos debido al emparejamiento/plegado de nuevas estructuras cuaternarias compuestas por múltiples cadenas polipeptídicas, en particular cuando se emparejan cadenas pesadas y ligeras de anticuerpos en un formato multiespecífico. La expresión de las diferentes cadenas en la relación adecuada dentro de la célula es de vital importancia para el ensamblaje eficiente y adecuado de múltiples moléculas de cadenas polipeptídicas. La presente invención estas cuestiones.
