Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a compuestos de fórmula 1; y su uso como antagonistas de STING, por ejemplo para el tratamiento de una enfermedad que se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en: lupus eritematoso sistémico (SLE), interferonopatías (monogénicas y digénicas) (incluyendo a la vasculopatía asociada a STING con inicio en la infancia (SAVI), síndrome de Aicardi-Goutières (AGS), síndrome COPA, y perniosis lúpica familiar), interferonopatías de tipo 1 con mutaciones en los genes DNASE2 o ATAD3A, degeneración macular relacionada con la edad (AMD), retinopatía, glaucoma, esclerosis lateral amiotrófica (ALS), diabetes, obesidad, enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal (IBD), enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC), síndrome de Bloom, síndrome de Sjogren, enfermedad de Parkinson, insuficiencia cardíaca y cáncer, esclerosis sistémica (SSc), dermatomiositis, enfermedad del hígado graso no alcohólico (NAFLD), esteatohepatitis no alcohólica (NASH), insuficiencia hepática aguda o crónica (ACLF), enfermedad pulmonar intersticial (ILD), fibrosis pulmonar idiopática (IPF), envejecimiento/trastornos musculares, septicemia, insuficiencia cardíaca, artritis reumatoide y osteoartritis.
