Abstract
La invención se refiere a una unidad de secado (12) para una instalación (10) destinada a separar dióxido de carbono de una corriente de gas. La unidad de secado (12) incluye una carcasa (86), una pluralidad de módulos de secado (100, 102, 104, 106, 108, 110, 112, 114), un soporte (46) dispuesto en la carcasa (86) de uno de los módulos de secado para alojar una pluralidad de casetes de secado (44), así como varios casetes de secado (44) alojados en el soporte (46). La carcasa (86) presenta al menos una válvula de entrada (50, 52) para cerrar una abertura de entrada (51, 53) y al menos una válvula de salida (54, 56) para cerrar una abertura de salida (55, 57). La unidad de secado (12) también comprende una estructura de distribución de gas (58) que divide una corriente de gas a través de la unidad de secado (12). La invención también se refiere a una instalación para la separación de dióxido de carbono de una corriente de gas con una unidad de secado (12) para secar la corriente de gas antes de la separación del dióxido de carbono, así como a un procedimiento para la separación de dióxido de carbono de una corriente de gas, en el que la corriente de gas se seca antes de la separación del dióxido de carbono.
