Abstract

La invención consiste esencialmente en un proceso de lactofermentación de algas frescas, que puede ser natural o con inoculación con control del pH y, ventajosamente, en condiciones anaeróbicas, y que permite producir simultáneamente algas listas para el consumo en forma vegetal y un jugo de fermentación que puede ser bebido directamente por los animales o mezclado con piensos. Una vez estabilizado el pH, se separan las algas y el jugo fermentado obtenidos.
