Abstract
La presente invención divulga una proteína insecticida, una molécula de ácido nucleico que codifica la proteína y un método y su uso para controlar plagas de lepidópteros, donde la proteína insecticida comprende las secuencias de aminoácidos como se muestran en SEQ ID NO: 7, SEQ ID NO: 8, SEQ ID NO: 10, SEQ ID NO: 11 o SEQ ID NO: 33. La proteína Cry1Da1 modificada obtenida por la presente invención tiene un mejor efecto insecticida, y su actividad insecticida es significativamente mejor que la proteína patentada BD1-002.
