Abstract

Un objetivo de la invención es proporcionar anticuerpos anti-TGF-beta 1 latente y métodos para utilizar dichos anticuerpos. La presente invención proporciona anticuerpos anti-TGF-beta 1 latente que inhiben una activación mediada por proteasa de TGF-beta 1 latente sin inhibir la activación mediada por integrina de TGF-beta 1 latente o con inhibición parcial de la activación mediada por integrina de TGF-beta 1 latente, o que inhiben una activación mediada por proteasa de TGF-beta 1 latente, pero tienen menos impacto en la inhibición de la activación mediada por integrina de TGF-beta 1 latente.
