Description

制造装饰物用多层复合材料的方法及用该方法获得的材料
技术领域
根据本文中描述性的记载,本发明涉及多层复合材料的制造方法以及采用所述方法制造出的材料,所述材料被用于制造不同物体(或物品),例如装饰图或用作任何类型表面的覆盖物的装饰板(例如房屋地板、墙和/或天花板的覆盖板)。
背景技术
现在,存在大量已知的包括多个层的材料,这些材料被用于制造各种不同类型的物体,例如装饰图或者用于覆盖的装饰板。
市场中的大多数装饰物仅由一个标准刚性的主体组成,并且没有可易于制造的可塑多层材料。为了使装饰物获得最终的形状,必需采用非常昂贵的技术和方法来制作所述装饰物的构成材料。
据申请人所知,目前并不存在用于制造装饰物(例如装饰图或者覆盖板)的、用两张柔性材料的外片材和一张可延展半刚性材料的内片材制成的多层复合材料。
因此,已洞察到需要提供一种无需采用昂贵的复杂制造工艺便可成形的多层复合材料。
采用权利要求1和6所限定的发明可以实现该目标,而从属权利要求限定了本发明的优选实施例。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种制造用于装饰物的多层复合材料的方法以及采用所述方法获得的材料。
所述方法包括下列步骤:
a)将第一柔性材料装饰片材放置在工作面上;
b)将第一粘合材料层涂敷在所述第一装饰片材的涂贴表面上;
c)将可延展半刚性材料结构片材放置在所述第一粘合材料层上;
d)将第二粘合材料层涂敷在所述可延展半刚性材料层涂贴表面上;
e)将第二柔性材料装饰片材放置在所述第二粘合材料层上;
f)在这三个片材的表面上施加均匀压力以便其能够被紧密结合在一起。
这样,利用所述方法和设置具有半刚性及可延展特性的中间层以及具有柔韧特性且可适应中间层形状的外层,可获得多层复合材料。所述多层复合材料最大的优势在于其能够被很容易地制造而无需复杂的成形工艺。
除前述步骤之外,各种不同的成形步骤均能够被实施以获得最终的装饰物,包括所述成形步骤,例如切割、弯曲、变形、轧花、成型、装饰步骤或者它们的组合。
所述步骤可在复合材料组件成形方法(所述片材的结合)之前被实施,也可在所述各个片材结合之后被实施。
在前一种情况中,所述步骤(例如对所述片材中的每一张的切割步骤或者是分别对其中任何一张的切割步骤)必需首先被实施,而该复合材料组件的成形方法将稍后被实施。
在后一种情况中,一旦片材被结合到一起从而先获得所述复合材料制成的原始片材或板材,再将所述成形方法实施到所述复合材料组件上以继续进行切割、弯曲、冲切等步骤。
因此,采用本发明中的制造方法获得的多层复合材料包括第一柔性材料装饰片材,置于所述第一柔性材料装饰片材之上的可延展半刚性材料结构片材,置于所述可延展半刚性材料结构片材之上的第二柔性材料装饰片材,以及通过所述粘合材料层将所述片材结合到一起。
任选地,所述片材的结合也可通过将其缝合到一起来实现。
至于构成第一装饰材料片材和第二装饰材料片材的材料,其可以是织物、毛皮及其副产品、合成材料(例如塑性材料)或者它们的混合物和组合。
所述材料可包括和所述第一及第二装饰片材外表面相接的附加装饰片材,所述第一及第二装饰片材起到基底的作用以便应用所述附加装饰片材。

具体实施方式
本发明的主要目的是提供一种制造装饰物用多层复合材料的方法,所述方法包括下列步骤:
a)将第一柔性材料装饰片材1放置在工作面上;
b)将第一粘合材料层2涂敷在所述第一装饰片材涂贴表面(facing surface)上;
c)将可延展半刚性材料结构片材3放置在所述第一粘合材料层上;
d)将第二粘合材料层4涂敷在所述可延展半刚性材料层涂贴表面上;
e)将第二柔性材料装饰片材5放置在所述第二粘合材料层上;
f)在所述三片材的表面上施加均匀压力以便其能够被紧密结合在一起。
例如,工作面可以是一张桌子,在其上可放置所述第一装饰材料片材1,并随后涂敷所述粘合层2,所述粘合层2可以是已知任何类型的适宜将所述材料(在本例中是指柔性材料和半刚性材料)结合到一起的粘合剂。
至于施加压力步骤,可以手动或者自动地执行施加压力步骤,只要是在所述将被结合到一起的片材的整个表面上施加均匀压力即可。
为了将所述片材结合到一起,可以另外将其缝合到一起,该方法可以和将片材粘贴结合的方法结合使用,也可以被单独使用。
关于所述片材成形有两种选择。一方面,可以在将所述片材叠加在一起或放置就位之前分别对所述片材的每一张实施所述成形,或者在所述片材被结合到一起之后再实施所述成形。
作为示例,我们可提及具有特征造型的形状的装饰图,其中根据提出的第一种选择,构成所述特征造型的每一部分都以所必需的形状在所述每一张片材上切割形成,随后将三层叠加(两张装饰材料外片材和一张半刚性材料内片材)并通过施加压力将其结合到一起,所述片材被结合成为构成所述装饰物的每一部分。
第二种选择是在一旦获得所述“原始(未加工)”多层材料时,再实施所述成形操作,即一旦获得材料板,从所述材料板切割出构成所述装饰物的每一元素,例如构成前述特征造型的部分。
逻辑上,采用前面提到的方法所获得的各种元素可以被结合到一起从而构成所述装饰图。
图1示出了构成本发明多层材料物的不同片材的示意性剖视图。其中展示了第一柔性材料装饰片材1,在其上涂敷粘合层2之后,可延展半刚性材料结构片材3被粘贴在粘合层2上,随后在其上涂敷粘合层4,而在粘合层4之上应用最后的柔性材料装饰片材5。
倘若本发明的多层材料物具有给定用途特征,那么所述第一装饰片材1和所述第二装饰片材5的材料必需是柔性的,甚至可能是弹性的以便其能够最优化适应结构片材3,所述结构片材3的任务主要用来形成框架以便主要在三维情况下限定构成所述装饰物的每一元素的形状。
在所描述的状况下,可期望装饰片材的材料是织物、皮毛,或者是可能具有所述材料装饰外观但实际是采用具有相似特征的其它材料的合成片材材料。
至于结构片材的材料,正如前面描述的那样,其必需是半刚性且可延展的(malleable),以便依赖于材料的刚性和延展性程度,结构片材能够被给定所期望的形状,所述材料的刚性和延展性程度基于被制造的装饰物的类型。例如,对用于墙或地板覆盖的装饰板或板材,由于从审美观点看完成覆盖后的效果应该更好,所以需要材料刚性程度要足够高。
关于结构片材的尺寸,其可以小于装饰片材的尺寸,而无需和两张装饰片材中任意一张的形状相一致。
在所述第一装饰片材1和第二装饰片材5上,可放置附加装饰片材,例如具有图案设计的片材。
图2示出了本发明的多层材料物的应用示例,其特别涉及一种可层叠的装饰容器,所述可层叠的装饰容器可被用作诸如放在橱柜中的鞋架。
在本实施例中,前述容器可由采用本发明的多层复合材料物制成的板材构造而成,所述容器将被数次折叠以便获得由一个水平底面6和两个竖直侧面7限定的U形截面,所述容器应当是非限制性示例。
所述容器可被叠加在另一容器之上,其中侧墙7在它们的上边缘处加宽以便容纳置于其上的容器的底面6。

Claims (8)

1.用于制造装饰物用多层复合材料的方法,其特征在于包括下列步骤:
a.将第一柔性材料装饰片材(1)放置在工作面上;
b.将第一粘合材料层(2)涂敷在所述第一装饰片材(1)的涂贴表面上;
c.将可延展半刚性材料结构片材(3)放置在所述第一粘合材料层(2)上;
d.将第二粘合材料层(4)涂敷在所述可延展半刚性材料层(3)的涂贴表面上;
e.将第二柔性材料装饰片材(5)放置在所述第二粘合材料层(4)上;
f.在所述三片材(1,3,5)的表面上施加均匀压力以便其能够被紧密结合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤a之前可另外地分别对第一装饰片材(1)、第二装饰片材(5)和结构片材(3)实施成形步骤,以便根据图案形状给予它们预定的形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成形步骤可包括切割、弯曲、变形、轧花、成型、装饰步骤或它们的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤f之后可另外地对由第一装饰片材(1)、第二装饰片材(5)和结构片材(3)构成的部件具有成形步骤,以便根据图案形状给予它们预定的形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述成形步骤可包括切割、弯曲、变形、轧花、成型、装饰步骤或它们的组合。
6.采用了权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法制造的用于装饰物的多层复合材料,其特征在于,包括第一柔性材料装饰片材(1),在所述第一柔性材料装饰片材(1)上放置可延展半刚性材料结构片材(3),以及在所述可延展半刚性材料结构片材(3)上放置第二柔性材料装饰片材(5),这些片材通过粘合材料层(2,4)结合到一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多层复合材料,其特征在于,构成所述第一装饰片材(1)和所述第二装饰片材(5)的所述柔性材料为下列之一:织物、毛皮、合成材料,或它们的组合。
8.根据权利要求6和7中任一项所述的复合材料,其特征在于,包括附加装饰片材,这些附加装饰片材结合到所述第一装饰片材(1)和所述第二装饰片材(5)的外表面。
