Abstract
本发明属于农药技术领域,涉及一种吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,适用于防治禾谷类、各种瓜、果、蔬菜、香蕉、辣椒、水稻、芒果、菠萝等作物病害。有效成分是吡唑醚菌酯和咪鲜胺,吡唑醚菌酯为0.5%~60%,咪鲜胺为1%~70%。本复配农药克服了原单一成分的缺陷,其互补和增效作用明显,共毒系数高,具有速效、广谱,成本低的特点,可制成乳油、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散性粒剂。防治效果较高,持效期较长,还可以减少用量,延缓抗药性的产生,减少对环境的污染,且具有很好的实用性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种复配农药,具体地说是吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药。
背景技术
吡唑醚菌酯(ovraclostrobin)是一种新型甲氧基丙烯酸酯类(strobilurin)广谱性杀菌剂,其结构式为:
吡唑醚菌酯是在醚菌酯基础上改进后的高效线粒体呼吸抑制剂,它活性更高,是目前同类杀菌剂的3倍,能控制子囊菌纲、担子菌纲、半知菌纲、卵菌纲等大多数病害。吡唑醚菌酯对孢子萌发及叶内菌丝体的生长有很强的抑制作用,具有保护和治疗活性。因该药具有渗透性及局部内吸活性、持效期长、耐雨水冲刷的特点,被广泛用于防治小麦、水稻、花生、葡萄、蔬菜、马铃薯、香蕉、柠檬、咖啡、果树、核桃、茶树、烟草和观赏植物、草坪及其他大田作物上的病害。然而,吡唑醚菌酯固有的抗性风险很高,如果长期单一使用,不可避免会产生抗性,且该药成本高,在农业生产各领域普及和推广比较困难。通过与其他有效杀菌剂进行复配是降低生产成本,延缓抗药性产生、延长其使用寿命的有效途径。
咪鲜胺(Prochloraz)是一种广谱杀菌剂,化学名称:N-丙基-N-[2-(2,4,6-三氯苯氧基)乙基]-咪唑-1-甲酰胺,其结构式为:
咪鲜胺是一种高效、广谱、低毒型咪唑类广谱杀菌剂,具有内吸传导、预防保护、治疗等多重作用。其作用机理是通过抑制甾醇的生物合成而起作用,在植物体内具有内吸传导作用,对于子囊菌和半知菌引起的多种病害防效极佳,咪鲜胺也可与大多数杀菌剂混用,均有较好的防治效果,对大田作物、水果蔬菜、草皮及观赏植物上的多种病害具有治疗和铲除作用。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果为:①能产生较高的协同增效作用,降低使用成本;②持效期长,对多种植物真菌性病害的防治持效期可达30天以上且对病害的防治范围广;③低毒,无残留,无公害,对环境安全;④避免吡唑醚菌酯、咪鲜胺出现抗药性,延长药剂的使用时间。
通过专利文献检索,国内目前没有吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺的复配专利,因此,吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配具有一定的新颖性和实用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种组分合理、杀菌谱广、防治效果好、持效期长且施药方便的杀菌剂组合物。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为:
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,含有吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~60%,咪鲜胺1%~70%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,吡唑醚菌酯的优选含量为1%~30%,咪鲜胺的优选含量为5%~50%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,可以制成乳油、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散性粒剂。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其乳油组成成分及其重量百分比为:吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~50%,咪鲜胺0.05%~40%,乳化剂1%~25%,助溶剂0.5%~15%,稳定剂0%~5%,溶剂10%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其微乳剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~50%,咪鲜胺0.05%~40%,润湿剂1%~10%,分散剂1%~12%,助溶剂0.5%~15%,稳定剂0%~5%,增效剂1%~12%,穿透剂1%~5%,溶剂10%~40%,纯化水1%~70%,各组分之和为100%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其悬浮剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~50%,咪鲜胺0.05%~40%,润湿剂1%~20%,分散剂1%~15%,稳定剂0.1%~10%,穿透剂1%~5%,增稠剂0.1%~3%,防冻剂1%~8%,消泡剂0.1%~3%,水10%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其可湿性粉剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~50%,咪鲜胺0.05%~40%,润湿剂1%~15%,分散剂1%~15%,展着剂0.1%~8%,穿透剂1%~12%,载体5%~75%,各组分之和为100%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其水分散性粒剂组成成分及其重量百分比为:吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~50%,咪鲜胺0.05%~40%,润湿剂1%~18%,分散剂1%~20%,展着剂1%~6%,穿透剂1%~15%,载体10%~80%,各组分之和为100%。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药中润湿剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇硫酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯基醚中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药中分散剂为木质素磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基乙基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物和聚羧酸类中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药中助溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、DMF、乙腈、二甲亚砜、吡咯烷酮、三氯乙烷中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药中展着剂为聚乙烯醇、烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠、聚三硅氧烷中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药中稳定剂为油酸三乙醇胺或环氧化植物油如环氧化亚麻油、环氧化豆油中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯复配农药中穿透剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
所述的吡唑醚菌酯复配农药中增效剂为增效醚、增效酯、增效胺、增效磷、碳酸烷基酯、有机硅、非离子表面活性剂中的一种或几种;
增稠剂为聚乙烯醇、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素、阿拉伯胶中的一种或几种。
溶剂为苯、甲苯、二甲苯、柴油、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、环己酮、吡咯烷酮、乙酸乙酯中的一种或几种。
防冻剂为丙二醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇中的一种或几种;
消泡剂为有机硅类,如Si18、S-29、FZ-880中的一种或几种。
载体为高岭土、膨润土、滑石粉、轻质碳酸钙、硅藻土、陶土、凹凸棒土、铵盐、活性白土、石膏中的一种或几种。
具体实施方式
以下具体实例用以进一步详细说明本发明,但本发明绝非仅仅限于以下这些实施例。配方中百分比均为重量百分比,所使用的原药及助剂均为其他厂家购买。配方实例如下:

生测采用菌丝生长速率法,5d后观察结果,计算各配方的EC50、共毒系数等指标,混配制剂的联合毒力采用孙云沛的共毒系数方法表示:
混配制剂的理论毒力指数A=∑(某药的毒力指数×在混剂中该药有效成分的百分率)
CTC大于120时为增效作用,小于80时为拮抗作用,80-120时为加和作用

从上述生测的数据可以明显看出,吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配时均有不同程度的增效作用,配方的共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,说明吡唑醚菌酯在5%-20%的范围内与咪鲜胺在10%-50%的范围内复配,都有明显的增效作用。
为进一步验证复配制剂的实际使用效果,在黄瓜白粉病、稻瘟病、香蕉叶斑病、苹果斑点落叶病等多种病害上进行验证试验,选取配方一、配方六、25%吡唑醚菌酯和50%咪鲜胺,配方一、配方六均取得了良好的防治效果,防效均比25%吡唑醚菌酯、50%咪鲜胺高。

从上述数据可以看出,配方一、配方六的田间药效均明显高于25%吡唑醚菌酯和50%咪鲜胺单剂使用的效果,农户使用吡唑醚菌酯·咪鲜胺复配制剂不仅可以提高药效,大大降低使用成本,而且提高作物的品质。
Claims (4)
1、吡唑醚菌酯与咪鲜胺复配农药,其有效成分为吡唑醚菌酯和咪鲜胺。
2、根据权利要求1所述的复配农药,其特征在于含有吡唑醚菌酯0.5%~60%,咪鲜胺1%~70%。
3、根据权利要求2所述的复配农药,其特征在于吡唑醚菌酯的优选含量为1%~30%,咪鲜胺的优选含量为5%~50%。
4、根据权利要求1所述的复配农药,其特征在于其成份中根据需要加入适量的助剂、载体,配制成乳油、微乳剂、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂。
