Abstract
本发明公开了一种电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件。该复合管件包括:复合管、管状连接件和钢塑复合管套,复合管包括:不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层;管状连接件的至少一端开设有环状承接口;复合管插接入环状承接口时,钢塑复合管套设置在复合管与所述环状承接口的侧壁之间;钢塑复合管套的侧壁预埋设置有高导磁金属环。该复合管件的复合管由于采用不导磁或弱导磁金属层,对于中高频电磁感应不响应或低响应,通过在连接件设置预埋钢塑复合管套,采用中高频电磁感应钢塑复合管套内的带磁金属材料,金属材料发热并将塑料融熔并令管材与管件紧密结合为一体,这种方案提供了对不导磁或弱导磁金属为增强层的复合管的电磁感应熔接连接可能性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢塑复合管件领域,特别涉及一种电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于采用热塑性塑料挤塑成型的塑料金属复合管,在管件的安装上,一般采用机械连接及热熔连接方式,热熔连接方式中有一种有效可靠的方式是采用电磁感应熔接,即先将含有带磁金属层的复合管插入热塑性塑料连接件的承接端,并通过电磁感应发生装置使得复合管的带磁金属层可控加热融熔热塑性塑料连接件的承接端,这样间接加热塑料使之熔融并熔为一体,达到热熔连接复合管和连接件的目的。
但要看到,目前的复合管主要采用的金属材质包括:钢(铁)、铝、铝合金、不锈钢,除钢(铁)具有很好的导磁能力外,铝、铝合金,常用于给水用途的304不锈钢均属于低导磁材料,对电磁感应不响应或弱响应,所以采用中高频感应加热技术加热铝、铝合金及304不锈钢等不导磁或弱磁导率的金属的可能性不大。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服上述现有技术中缺陷,提供了一种高效、可靠,连接牢固,抗压力性强,密封性好,安装效率高,适用范围广泛的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件。
为达到上述目的,根据本发明提供了一种电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,包括:复合管、管状连接件和钢塑复合管套,复合管包括:不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层;管状连接件的两端分别开设有环状承接口;复合管插接入环状承接口时,钢塑复合管套设置在所述复合管与环状承接口的侧壁之间;钢塑复合管套的侧壁预埋设置有高导磁金属环。
上述技术方案中,钢塑复合管套的一端开设有与复合管适配插接的环状熔接口。
上述技术方案中,复合管的不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层的布置为:不导磁或弱导磁金属层为外层,塑料层为内层;或者不导磁或弱导磁金属层为内层,塑料层为外层;或者不导磁或弱导磁金属层位于两层塑料层之间。
上述技术方案中,不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层之间还设有粘接热熔胶。
上述技术方案中,不导磁或弱导磁金属层为304不锈钢、铝或铝合金。
上述技术方案中,高导磁金属环包括:大高导磁金属环和小高导磁金属环,大高导磁金属环预埋设置在环状熔接口的外壁内侧,小高导磁金属环预埋设置在环状熔接口的内壁外侧。
上述技术方案中,高导磁金属环的材质为铁质材料。
上述技术方案中,铁质材料为冲孔的铁环、螺旋状铁丝或者带孔的钢丝焊接网。
上述技术方案中,钢塑复合管套的塑料材料为适合所述复合管与管状连接件适配的热熔胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件的复合管由于采用不导磁或弱导磁金属层,对于中高频电磁感应不响应或弱响应,无法采用中高频电磁感应加热方式进行热熔连接,通过在管套内预埋小段高导磁金属环,实现了采用电磁熔接;同时,复合管的管壁内外侧同时与管套的环状熔接口熔接,大大提高了连接的牢固性和密封性;另外,该复合管件的抗压力性强,密封性好,使用方便,适用范围广,特别对于内径较小的复合管,其紧固尤其牢固、密封性尤其良好、抗压力性尤其强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1所示,本发明的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件包括:复合管1、连接件2和管套3。复合管1包括:不导磁或弱导磁金属层11和塑料层12,不导磁或弱导磁金属层11为304不锈钢、铝或铝合金。其中,不导磁或弱导磁金属层11为外层,塑料层12为内层(如图5所示);或者不导磁或弱导磁金属层11为内层,塑料层12为外层(如图6所示);也可以不导磁或弱导磁金属层11位于两层塑料层12之间(如图7所示)。不导磁或弱导磁金属层11与塑料层12的相对位置布置灵活,不局限于不导磁或弱导磁金属层11位于外层。
如图2所示,连接件2为管状,左右两端分别开设有轴向延伸的环状承接口24。
如图3所示,管套3为管状,具体结构包括:与环状承接口24适配插接的热塑性塑料本体31、大高导磁金属环32和小高导磁金属环33。其中,热塑性塑料本体31的左端开设有轴向延伸的环状熔接口34,复合管1与该环状熔接口34适配插接。大高导磁金属环32和小高导磁金属环33的材质均为带磁金属,大高导磁金属环32预埋设置在该环状熔接口34的外壁内侧,小高导磁金属环33预埋设置在该环状熔接口34的内壁外侧。
如图4所示,管套3为管状,具体结构还可以包括:热塑性塑料本体35和预埋设置在热塑性塑料本体35内的高导磁金属环36;装配时,管套3使用一个,设置于复合管1内壁与连接件2的环状承接口24内壁之间或复合管1外壁与连接件2的环状承接口24外壁之间;管套3也可以同时使用两个,分别位于复合管1内壁与连接件2的环状承接口24内壁之间或复合管1外壁与连接件2的环状承接口24外壁之间。
如图8所示,本实施例的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件在使用时,首先将复合管1的一端插入管套3的环状熔接口34内,使得复合管1的管壁位于大高导磁金属环32和小高导磁金属环33之间。然后,将插接有复合管1的管套3整体插入连接件2的环状承接口24,再将电磁感应发生装置设置在连接端的环状承接口24的附近,电磁感应发生装置通电工作时,焊机产生的中高频电磁振荡波能够使管套3的大高导磁金属环32和小高导磁金属环33可控加热熔化管套3的管壁,使复合管1通过管套3牢牢的固定在连接件2上,密封连接起来。如图9所示,由于复合管1的管壁内外侧同时与管套3的环状熔接口34熔接,大大提高了连接的牢固性和密封性。
当采用两根复合管连接时,另外一端的复合管1也按照上面所述的步骤通过管套3与连接件2相连接,同样将电磁感应发生装置设置在另一个连接端的环状承接口24的附件,通过电磁感应发生装置产生的高频电磁振荡波使其通过管套3与连接件2相互熔接,这样,通过连接件2将两根复合管连通。
如图10所示,对于管径较小的复合管1,可以采用扩口处理后出适于连接的扩口管13,不管复合管的形状如何,只要管口部分与管套3的环状熔接口34相适配,就可以采用本申请的连接件将其连通。
本发明的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件的复合管由于采用不导磁或弱导磁金属层,而只在管套内预埋小段高导磁金属环,使得这类型的复合管的电磁感应熔接成为可能;同时,复合管的管壁内外侧同时与管套的环状熔接口熔接,大大提高了连接的牢固性和密封性;另外,该复合管件的抗压力性强,密封性好,使用方便,适用范围广,特别对于内径较小的复合管,其紧固尤其牢固、密封性尤其良好、抗压力性尤其强。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是,本发明并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,包括:复合管、管状连接件和钢塑复合管套,所述复合管包括:不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层;所述管状连接件的至少一端开设有环状承接口;所述复合管插接入所述环状承接口时,所述钢塑复合管套设置在所述复合管与所述环状承接口的侧壁之间;所述钢塑复合管套的侧壁预埋设置有高导磁金属环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述钢塑复合管套的一端开设有与所述复合管适配插接的环状熔接口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述复合管的不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层的布置为:不导磁或弱导磁金属层为外层,塑料层为内层;或者不导磁或弱导磁金属层为内层,塑料层为外层;或者不导磁或弱导磁金属层位于两层塑料层之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述不导磁或弱导磁金属层和塑料层之间还设有粘接热熔胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述不导磁或弱导磁金属层为304不锈钢、铝或铝合金。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述高导磁金属环包括:大高导磁金属环和小高导磁金属环,所述大高导磁金属环预埋设置在所述环状熔接口的外壁内侧,所述小高导磁金属环预埋设置在所述环状熔接口的内壁外侧。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述高导磁金属环的材质为铁质材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述铁质材料为冲孔的铁环、螺旋状铁丝或者带孔的钢丝焊接网。
9.根据权利要求1所述的电磁感应熔接钢塑复合管连接套件,其特征在于,所述钢塑复合管套的塑料材料为适合所述复合管与管状连接件适配的热熔胶。
