Abstract
本发明公开了一种无纺布农用地膜的制造方法,将丝纤维和棉纤维按50%比例配比均匀混合,铺设在铁丝网上,铺成后用重物压平,在纤维的正反面刷胶,其胶配比为明胶5%,环氧树脂1.1%,丙三醇6%,硅酸钠1.3%,渗透剂1.5%,用压辊压挤铺设纤维的网,使其均匀浸胶并排除气泡,然后在烘箱中加热至160℃固化成型,脱模,即可得到相应的成品无纺布农用地膜。本发明具有生产方法简单,材料可以完全降解,不污染环境,同时丝蛋白和纤维素对土壤有增肥作用的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无纺布农用地膜。
背景技术
目前,公知的地膜主要是由塑料制成的,因其价格低廉而在农业中应用广泛,随其使用量的不断扩大以及使用年数的增长,农田中残留的塑料地膜不断积累,其不可降解,破坏了农作物生长的土壤环境,开始产生负面影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述的不足,采用棉纤维和丝纤维制成的一种无纺布农用地膜的制造方法。
本发明要解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案来实现:本发明将丝纤维和棉纤维按50%比例配比均匀混合,铺设在铁丝网上,铺成后用重物压平,在纤维的正反面刷胶,其胶配比为明胶5%,环氧树脂1.1%,丙三醇6%,硅酸钠1.3%,渗透剂1.5%,用压辊压挤铺设纤维的网,使其均匀浸胶并排除气泡,然后在烘箱中加热至160℃固化成型,脱模,即可得到相应的成品无纺布农用地膜。
本发明的优点是,其材料可以完全降解,不污染环境,同时丝蛋白和纤维素对土壤有增肥作用。

Claims (4)
1.一种无纺布农用地膜的制造方法,其特征在于:将丝纤维和棉纤维均匀混合,铺设在铁丝网上,铺成后用重物压平,在纤维的正反面刷胶用压辊压挤铺设纤维的网,使其均匀浸胶并排除气泡,然后在烘箱中加热固化成型,脱模,即可得到相应的成品无纺布农用地膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种非织造布农用地膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述胶的配比为明胶5%,环氧树脂1.1%,丙三醇6%,硅酸钠1.3%,渗透剂1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述无纺布农用地膜的制造方法,其特征在于:丝纤维和棉纤维按50%比例配比。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种非织造布农用地膜的制造方法,其特征在于:所述烘箱加热的温度为160℃。
