Abstract
本发明涉及一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,包括卷绳机构,控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构,以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构,所述的卷绳机构包括卷绳轴,一组卷绳推进器设置在卷绳轴上,传动机构与卷绳轴连接,遮阳机构连接在卷绳推进器上。本发明使用单根卷绳轴,可以缠绕多根拉绳,使遮阳机构平衡收放;单根卷绳轴不需要左右移动,结构简单,组装效率高。本发明同时使用拉绳限制叶片前后移动,使叶片堆叠整齐,减少与中空玻璃的接触,保护玻璃表面的镀膜,减少了摩擦。同时本发明使用带单方向带摩擦阻尼的手柄,克服了大尺寸遮阳机构上升后由于自重较重,容易自行下滑的现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种窗帘,尤其涉及一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置。
背景技术
由于中空百叶窗的优秀保温及遮阳效果,它在现代建筑节能中作用日益凸显。而且由于中空百叶窗的特殊的装饰效果、易于清洁、耐用、防火等特点,它的应用已经越来越普及。 但是目前市场上销售的中空百叶窗都有一些缺点。如美国专利US6601633B2公布中空百叶装置,它利用磁力直接向下拉动窗帘拉绳使得百叶窗上升,向上松开拉绳后百叶窗在重力作用下下降。这种结构中,多股拉绳容易缠绕打结,使得百叶窗无法正常使用或者百叶窗下梁容易歪斜。美国专利5908062中公布的百叶窗提升装置,用到2个或更多的带锥度的绕线筒,当绕线筒转动时把2根或多根拉绳有序的从绕线筒的大直径断向小直径端方向缠绕,此时百叶窗上升,当绕线筒反转时,百叶窗下降。这种装置在实际生产中会碰到拉绳卡死在绕线筒与绕线筒的压盖之间,或者由于多个绕线筒外径大小有差别引起多跟拉绳上升速度不一致,从而出现窗帘歪斜。美国专利US6817401B2中公布的百叶窗提升装置,包括一根可以同时缠绕多根拉绳的圆轴,为了获得有序缠绕,圆轴在转动的同时还要左右运动,因此增加了机构的复杂度,生产组装效率也不高。
此外,通常百叶窗叶片的宽度小于中空玻璃内腔的间距,以便百叶窗可以上下自由运动。但是百叶窗叶片上升时叶片的堆叠会前后错开,以至于碰到两侧玻璃。这样叶片上下运动时会增加摩擦,操作百叶窗时费力,同时叶片与玻璃的摩擦可能刮伤玻璃表面镀层。当百叶窗尺寸较大时,靠磁力根本无法顺利收拉百叶窗,或者当百叶窗勉强收到顶部位置后,在自重作用下会下落一段距离,无法停在理想的位置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使叶片平衡收放、收叠整齐,防止遮阳机构自然下落的中空玻璃内置遮阳装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置包括卷绳机构,控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构,以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构,
所述的卷绳机构包括卷绳轴,一组卷绳推进器设置在卷绳轴上,传动机构与卷绳轴连接,遮阳机构连接在卷绳推进器上。
所述的卷绳轴上设有一组轴向凹槽,所述的卷绳推进器包括用于套装在卷绳轴上的套环,套环上设有梯绳固定槽和套环卡槽,一组连接导向块与套环一体成型且与上述凹槽相匹配。
所述的连接导向块具有坡度,其与套环连接端的高度大于凹槽的深度,另一端的高度等于或小于凹槽的深度。
所述的传动机构包括上皮带轮、下皮带轮、皮带、内手柄和外手柄,上皮带轮和下皮带轮分别通过上皮带轮支承座和下皮带轮支承座定位,皮带两端分别与内手柄两端连接并形成封闭环形,所述的外手柄包括一壳体,在其内部设有一组滚轮安装槽,滚轮设置在滚轮安装槽内并与壳体活动连接,一组磁铁设置壳体内。
所述的内手柄与外手柄通过磁吸配合形成联动。
所述的滚轮包括轮体,以及轮体两侧的滚轴,在壳体上设有与滚轴配合的滚轴孔,所述的滚轴孔为腰型孔。
所述的遮阳机构包括一组百叶窗叶片,梯绳串联各叶片并与卷绳推进器连接,叶片两侧分别设有拉绳,所述的拉绳纵向交织在梯绳上,且其一端固定在卷绳轴上。
所述的梯绳包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳以及一组连接两段边绳的横档,拉绳与横档交织上升并由边绳限位在梯绳内。
所述的遮阳机构还包括百褶帘或蜂巢帘。
由于上述技术方案的采用,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本发明使用单根卷绳轴,可以缠绕多根拉绳,使遮阳机构平衡收放;单根卷绳轴不需要左右移动,结构简单,组装效率高。本发明同时使用拉绳限制叶片前后移动,使叶片堆叠整齐,减少与中空玻璃的接触,保护玻璃表面的镀膜,减少了摩擦。同时本发明使用带单方向带摩擦阻尼的手柄,克服了大尺寸遮阳机构上升后由于自重较重,容易自行下滑的现象。

具体实施方式
本发明提出的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置包括卷绳机构,控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构,以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构。
如图2所示,卷绳机构包括卷绳轴1和套装在该卷绳轴1上一组卷绳推进器2;所述的卷绳轴1上设有一组轴向凹槽101,所述的卷绳推进器2包括用于套装在卷绳轴1上的套环,套环上设有梯绳固定槽201和套环卡槽202,一组连接导向块203与套环一体成型且与上述凹槽101相匹配。所述的连接导向块203具有坡度,其与套环连接端的高度大于凹槽101的深度,另一端的高度等于或小于凹槽101的深度。
如图3、4所示,卷绳推进器2套装在卷绳轴1上,连接导向块203插入凹槽101,使得该卷绳推进器2径向限位在该卷绳轴1上,同时卷绳推进器2与推进器固定座3卡接;该推进器固定座3上设有与上述卡槽202对应的卡块301以及用于限位该卷绳推进器2的底座302。推进器固定座3固定在上梁内,并通过上梁(图中未显示)固定在图1中显示的间隔条14上。
如图1、5所示,传动机构与卷绳轴1连接,所述的传动机构包括上皮带轮5、下皮带轮9、皮带6、内手柄7和外手柄8,上皮带轮5和下皮带轮9分别通过上皮带轮支承座4和下皮带轮支承座10定位,上皮带轮支承座4和下皮带轮支承座10分别固定在间隔条14的上、下部,皮带6两端分别与内手柄7两端连接并形成封闭环形;所述的内手柄7与外手柄8通过磁吸配合形成联动;所述的外手柄8包括一壳体16,在其内部设有一组滚轮安装槽17,滚轮15设置在滚轮安装槽17内并与壳体16活动连接,一组磁铁18设置壳体16内。所述的滚轮15包括轮体15a,以及轮体15a两侧的滚轴15b,在壳体16上设有与滚轴15b配合的滚轴孔16a,该滚轴孔16a为腰型孔。当外手柄8向下滑动将叶片11收起时,滚轴15b逆时针转动并上行至滚轴孔16a顶部,此时轮体15a与滚轮安装槽17上部内壁间存在间隙,避免了摩擦,使用者能轻松地将百叶窗收起。当外手柄8向上滑动时,滚轴15b顺时针转动并下行至滚轴孔16a下部,滚轴15b在滚轴孔16a内自由转动时,轮体15a已经与滚轮安装槽17下部内壁接触并产生摩擦,避免了自然状态下叶片下落。
如图3、6所示,所述的遮阳机构包括一组百叶窗叶片11,梯绳12串联各叶片11并连接在梯绳固定槽201内,叶片11两侧分别设有拉绳13,所述的拉绳13纵向交织在梯绳12上,且其一端固定在卷绳轴1上。所述的梯绳12包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳12a以及一组连接两段边绳的横档12b,拉绳13与横档12b交织上升并由边绳12a限位在梯绳12内。使用拉绳13限制叶片11前后移动,使叶片11堆叠整齐,减少与中空玻璃的接触,保护玻璃表面的镀膜,减少了摩擦。在卷线时,由于连接导向块203具有坡度,先绕制的卷绳轴1上的拉绳13被后绕制的拉绳13逐步推出并有序地绕制在卷绳轴1上,需要说明的是,附图中仅以一根拉绳为例进行说明,实际运用时,为两根拉绳分别绕制在卷绳推进器2两侧。另外,本发明所述的遮阳机构还可以采用百褶帘或蜂巢帘。

Claims (9)
1.一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,包括卷绳机构,控制该卷绳机构转动的传动机构,以及连接在该卷绳机构上的遮阳机构,其特征在于:
所述的卷绳机构包括卷绳轴(1),一组卷绳推进器(2)设置在卷绳轴(1)上,传动机构与卷绳轴(1)连接,遮阳机构连接在卷绳推进器(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的卷绳轴(1)上设有一组轴向凹槽(101),所述的卷绳推进器(2)包括用于套装在卷绳轴(1)上的套环,套环上设有梯绳固定槽(201)和套环卡槽(202),一组连接导向块(203)与套环一体成型且与上述凹槽(101)相匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的连接导向块(203)具有坡度,其与套环连接端的高度大于凹槽(101)的深度,另一端的高度等于或小于凹槽(101)的深度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的传动机构包括上皮带轮(5)、下皮带轮(9)、皮带(6)、内手柄(7)和外手柄(8),上皮带轮(5)和下皮带轮(9)分别通过上皮带轮支承座(4)和下皮带轮支承座(10)定位,皮带(6)两端分别与内手柄(7)两端连接并形成封闭环形,所述的外手柄(8)包括一壳体(16),在其内部设有一组滚轮安装槽(17),滚轮(15)设置在滚轮安装槽(17)内并与壳体(16)活动连接,一组磁铁(18)设置壳体(16)内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的内手柄(7)与外手柄(8)通过磁吸配合形成联动。
6.根据权利要求4所述的种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的滚轮(15)包括轮体(15a),以及轮体(15a)两侧的滚轴(15b),在壳体(16)上设有与滚轴(15b)配合的滚轴孔(16a),所述的滚轴孔(16a)为腰型孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的遮阳机构包括一组百叶窗叶片(11),梯绳(12)串联各叶片(11)并与卷绳推进器(2)连接,叶片(11)两侧分别设有拉绳(13),所述的拉绳(13)纵向交织在梯绳(12)上,且其一端固定在卷绳轴(1)上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的梯绳(12)包括两段连接形成闭环的边绳(12a)以及一组连接两段边绳的横档(12b),拉绳(13)与横档(12b)交织上升并由边绳(12a)限位在梯绳(12)内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种中空玻璃内置遮阳装置,其特征在于:所述的遮阳机构还包括百褶帘或蜂巢帘。
