本发明公开了一种多功能PP-R管材及其制备方法，该PP-R管材分三层结构，由内到外依次为：PP-R内管、发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层和聚丙烯外层。其中发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层保温效果显著，又具有良好的抗冲击性能，能减少热量损失和保护管材受外力冲击不开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料管材技术领域，特别是涉及一种多功能PP-R管及其制备方法。
背景技术
无规共聚聚丙烯（PP-R）管道系统具有重量轻、耐腐蚀、不结垢、使用寿命长、安装方便、连接可靠等众多优点，无规共聚聚丙烯自引入国内以来，得到了广泛的应用。我国建设部已将冷热水用PP-R管材作为重点推广的三大新型塑料管材的首推品种。近几年来，随着我国经济飞速发展，PP-R管材的用量也大幅增长，市场占有率迅速提高，发展势头迅猛。在冷热水输送领域，PP-R管的用量占据首位，总用量约占所有冷热水输送塑料管材的50%。
尽管PP-R的导热系数为0.21w/mk，仅为钢管的1/200，但用于热水管道的长期使用过程中，特别是管路较长、温差较大的情况下，依然有较大的热量损失。PP-R的玻璃化转变温度在0℃左右，在5℃以下存在一定的低温脆性，低温下受外力易对管材造成损伤，从而给北方寒冷地区冬季施工和运输带来不便。另一方面，目前市面上存在的PP-R管普遍遮光效果不好，尤其是白色管，在光线直射条件下，管内容易滋生青苔，导致卫生性降低，内管堵塞。因此开发一种具有保温效果、抗冲击和遮光效果好的PP-R管材，是目前亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
基于此，本发明的目的是提供一种多功能PP-R管材。
具体的技术方案如下：
一种多功能PP-R管材，该PP-R管材分三层结构，由内到外依次为：PP-R内管、发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层和聚丙烯外层。
在其中一些实施例中，所述发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层由如下质量份数的组分制备而成：
聚丙烯树脂PP      100份；
热塑性弹性体POE   5-10份；
聚丙烯专用发泡剂  1.5-3份；
纳米深色母粒      1-3份。
在其中一些实施例中，所述聚丙烯外层由如下质量份数的组分制备而成：
聚丙烯树脂PP     100份；
色母             2-4份。
本发明的另一目的是提供上述PP-R管材的制备方法。
具体的技术方案如下：
上述PP-R管材的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
（1）将发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层原料聚丙烯树脂PP、热塑性弹性体POE和纳米深色母粒按质量份数比例混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170-220℃，得中间层粒料；
（2）将聚丙烯外层各组分原料按质量份数比例混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170-220℃，得外层粒料；
（3）按常规方法使用单螺杆挤出机挤出PP-R内管，加工温度控制在180-220℃，PP-R内管经过真空定径冷却水箱后的温度为80-100℃；
（4）将PP-R内管通过发泡挤出机模具挤出发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层，该中间层包覆在PP-R内管外面，所述发泡挤出机中投入步骤（1）得到的中间层粒料和聚丙烯专用发泡剂，加工温度控制在170-220℃；
（5）将步骤（4）得到的包含PP-R内管和发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层的管材通过外层挤出机挤出聚丙烯外层，即得所述PP-R管材，所述外层挤出机中投入步骤（2）得到的外层粒料，加工温度控制在180-210℃。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点是：
1、保持PP-R管的质轻、卫生性好、使用寿命长等优点；2、依旧采用热熔方式与PP-R内管连接，发泡聚丙烯-弹性体层与内层PP-R管的粘接力小，用刀片即可将热熔端的外层和中间层去掉，施工方便，连接安全可靠；3、发泡聚丙烯-弹性体层保温效果显著，又具有良好的抗冲击性能，能减少热量损失和保护管材受外力冲击不开裂；4、能够有效防止在光线直射条件下，管材透光而滋生青苔，导致管路堵塞和水质降低的缺点；5、外层聚丙烯的颜色多样化，能满足人们对产品颜色外观的要求。

具体实施方式
本发明所使用的原料如下：
本发明中的PP-R内管使用PP-R树脂挤出成型，PP-R树脂为无规共聚聚丙烯，原料丰富，牌号较多，性能优越，为PP-R管的主要生产原材料。
本发明中使用的热塑性弹性体POE，是美国DOW化学公司出品，该产品以茂金属为催化剂的具有窄相对分子质量分布和均匀的短支链分布的热塑性弹性体。这种弹性体的主要性能非常突出，在很多方面的性能指标超过了普通弹性体。POE之所以具有优异的性能，与以下特点有关：
(1)辛烯的柔软链卷曲结构和结晶的乙烯链作为物理交联点，使其既具有优异的韧性又具有良好的加工性；
(2)相对分子质量分布窄，与聚烯烃相容性好，具有较佳的流动性；
(3)没有不饱和双键，耐候性优于其它弹性体；
(4)POE分子结构的特殊性赋予了其优异的力学性能、流变性能和抗紫外线性能，增韧效果显著。
本发明中使用的聚丙烯专用发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺(发泡剂AC或ADCA)，AC是发泡剂中最稳定的品种之一,在空气中分解温度为195—210℃。发气量为250—300ml/g，是常用的有机发泡剂中最高的,它的分解产物主要为N2、CO和少量CO2。
本发明中使用的纳米深色母粒，为接枝改性纳米炭黑与聚丙烯PP按重量比30：70混合，通过牵伸分散技术，熔融共挤造粒得到。炭黑分散均匀，遮盖力强。
接枝改性纳米炭黑为卡博特公司生产，比表面积大、自润滑性好等特性使得纳米炭黑在聚丙烯PP中有良好的分散性和相容性。
下面结合附图和具体实施例子对本发明一种多功能PP-R管材作进一步详细说明。
实施例1：制备一种多功能PP-R管材，PP-R内管规格S3.2 20*2.8，整管尺寸为25*5.3，外层白色。
制备方法如下：
（1）首先将聚丙烯树脂PP、热塑性弹性体POE和纳米深色母粒按质量份数比例100：8：2混合，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到中间层粒料;
（2）在聚丙烯树脂PP原料中加入3%的白色母，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到外层粒料;
（3）接着在单螺杆挤出机中投入PP-R树脂，加工温度控制在180-220℃之间，转速为60-90r/min,挤出PP-R内管。管材经过真空定径冷却水箱，水箱长度为5—10m，保证管材从真空水箱出来后温度在80—100℃之间。管材温度太高不利于PP-R内管成型，温度太低不利于发泡聚丙烯-弹性体层与PP-R内层的粘附;
（4）随后PP-R内管通过发泡挤出模具，该发泡挤出机投入中间层粒料和聚丙烯专用发泡剂（聚丙烯树脂PP与聚丙烯专用发泡剂的质量份数比例为100:2）混合料，加工温度控制在170-200℃之间，转速为50-80r/min，挤出包裹着PP-R内管的发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层;
（5）最后将步骤（4）得到的包含PP-R内管和发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层的管材通过外层挤出机挤出聚丙烯外层，即得所述PP-R管材，该挤出机投入聚丙烯外层专用料，温度控制在180-210℃之间，转速为20—30r/min。管材生产速度为5-20m/min。再经冷却、定型、打印、切割得到PP-R内管规格S3.2 20*2.8，整管尺寸为25*5.3，外层白色的保温遮光抗冲击PP-R管材。
样管按GB/T 18742的要求检测，各项性能均符合要求；按GB/T 21300的要求检测，透光率≤0.2%；管材耐低温冲击性能显著，落锤冲击试验，0℃条件下，1kg重锤，1.5m高度，管材开裂数为3/10，而同等条件下，相同规格的普通PP-R管的开裂数为10/10。
实施例2：制备一种多功能PP-R管材，PP-R内管规格S3.2 25*3.5，整管尺寸为32*7.0，外层白色。
制备方法如下：
（1）首先将聚丙烯树脂PP、热塑性弹性体POE和纳米深色母粒按质量份数比例100：5：1.5混合，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到中间层粒料;
（2）在聚丙烯树脂PP原料中加入2%的白色母，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到外层粒料;
（3）接着在单螺杆挤出机中投入PP-R树脂，加工温度控制在180-220℃之间，转速为60-90r/min,挤出PP-R内管。管材经过真空定径冷却水箱，水箱长度为5—10m，保证管材从真空水箱出来后温度在80—100℃之间。管材温度太高不利于PP-R内管成型，温度太低不利于发泡聚丙烯-弹性体层与PP-R内层的粘附;
（4）随后PP-R内管通过发泡挤出模具，该发泡挤出机投入中间层粒料和聚丙烯专用发泡剂（聚丙烯树脂PP与聚丙烯专用发泡剂的质量份数比例为100:1）混合料，加工温度控制在170-200℃之间，转速为50-80r/min，挤出包裹着PP-R内管的发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层;
（5）最后将步骤（4）得到的包含PP-R内管和发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层的管材通过外层挤出机挤出聚丙烯外层，即得所述PP-R管材，该挤出机投入聚丙烯外层专用料，温度控制在180-210℃之间，转速为20—30r/min。管材生产速度为5-20m/min。再经冷却、定型、打印、切割得到PP-R内管规格S3.2 25*3.5，整管尺寸为32*7.0，外层白色的保温遮光抗冲击PP-R管材。
样管按GB/T 18742的要求检测，各项性能均符合要求；按GB/T 21300的要求检测，透光率≤0.2%；管材耐低温冲击性能显著，落锤冲击试验，0℃条件下，1kg重锤，1.8m高度，管材开裂数为1/10，而同等条件下，相同规格的普通PP-R管的开裂数为8/10。
实施例3：制备一种多功能PP-R管材，PP-R内管规格S3.2 32*4.4，整管尺寸为40*8.4，外层白色。
制备方法如下：
（1）首先将聚丙烯树脂PP、热塑性弹性体POE和纳米深色母粒按质量份数比例100：10：3混合，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到中间层粒料;
（2）在聚丙烯树脂PP原料中加入4%的白色母，用高速搅拌机充分搅拌5—10min，然后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170—220℃之间，得到外层粒料;
（3）接着在单螺杆挤出机中投入PP-R树脂，加工温度控制在180-220℃之间，转速为60-90r/min,挤出PP-R内管。管材经过真空定径冷却水箱，水箱长度为5—10m，保证管材从真空水箱出来后温度在80—100℃之间,管材温度太高不利于PP-R内管成型，温度太低不利于发泡聚丙烯-弹性体层与PP-R内层的粘附;
（4）随后PP-R内管通过发泡挤出模具，该发泡挤出机投入中间层粒料和聚丙烯专用发泡剂（聚丙烯树脂PP与聚丙烯专用发泡剂的质量份数比例为100:3）混合料，加工温度控制在170-200℃之间，转速为50-80r/min，挤出包裹着PP-R内管的发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层;
（5）最后将步骤（4）得到的包含PP-R内管和发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层的管材通过外层挤出机挤出聚丙烯外层，即得所述PP-R管材，该挤出机投入聚丙烯外层专用料，温度控制在180-210℃之间，转速为20—30r/min。管材生产速度为5-20m/min。再经冷却、定型、打印、切割得到PP-R内管规格S3.2 32*4.4，整管尺寸为40*8.4，外层白色的保温遮光抗冲击PP-R管材。
样管按GB/T 18742的要求检测，各项性能均符合要求；按GB/T 21300的要求检测，透光率≤0.2%；管材耐低温冲击性能显著，落锤冲击试验，0℃条件下，2kg重锤，1.5m高度，管材开裂数为2/10，而同等条件下，相同规格的普通PP-R管的开裂数为9/10。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式，其描述较为具体和详细，但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此，本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (4)

1.一种多功能PP-R管材，其特征在于，该PP-R管材分三层结构，由内到外依次为：PP-R内管、发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层和聚丙烯外层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PP-R管材，其特征在于，所述发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层由如下质量份数的组分制备而成：
聚丙烯树脂PP      100份；
热塑性弹性体POE   5-10份；
聚丙烯专用发泡剂  1.5-3份；
纳米深色母粒      1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能PP-R管材，其特征在于，所述聚丙烯外层由如下质量份数的组分制备而成：
聚丙烯树脂PP    100份；
色母            2-4份。
4.权利要求1-3任一项所述的多功能PP-R管材的制备方法，其特征在于，包括如下步骤：
（1）将发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层原料聚丙烯树脂PP、热塑性弹性体POE和纳米深色母粒按质量份数比例混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170-220℃，得中间层粒料；
（2）将聚丙烯外层各组分原料按质量份数比例混合后通过双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒，加工温度控制在170-220℃，得外层粒料；
（3）按常规方法使用单螺杆挤出机挤出PP-R内管，加工温度控制在180-220℃，PP-R内管经过真空定径冷却水箱后的温度为80-100℃；
（4）将PP-R内管通过发泡挤出机模具挤出发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层，该中间层包覆在PP-R内管外面，所述发泡挤出机中投入步骤（1）得到的中间层粒料和聚丙烯专用发泡剂，加工温度控制在170-220℃；
（5）将步骤（4）得到的包含PP-R内管和发泡聚丙烯-弹性体中间层的管材通过外层挤出机挤出聚丙烯外层，即得所述PP-R管材，所述外层挤出机中投入步骤（2）得到的外层粒料，加工温度控制在180-210℃。
