Abstract
本发明提供一种固硫效果好的型煤粘结剂,它具有较好的粘结性能,能改善型煤的燃烧性能,易于点着且无烟无味。特征在于由15%~40%的膨润土、40%~80%的电石渣和5%~30%的菱铁矿粉组成。制得的型煤点火、着火容易,比土焦提前25分钟,比蜂窝煤提前10分钟;成本低,价格低廉;防水性好,浸泡于水中24小时不散;产品抗压强度不低于10公斤/球,落下强度(大于130厘米)51.7%。
Description
本发明涉及一种燃料用粘结剂,是一种粉煤或粉焦成型工艺用粘结剂。
目前,还有很大一部份地区使用蜂窝煤、柴禾、褐煤、烟煤和土焦等作为民用燃料,由于土焦具有运输方便、燃烧无烟等优点,加之许多地区环保部门因烟尘控制的需要,规定只能使用土焦,限制使用其它有烟燃料,因此土焦就成为城镇普遍使用的燃料。而土焦由于价格高、破碎损耗较大,灰份硫份偏高、引火困难等,给用户带来许多不便。代替土焦的措施之一,是在无烟粉煤或粉焦中掺配一定数量的粘结剂加工制成型煤或型焦使用。粘结剂一般选用工业废料、废渣或废液,既可消除环境污染,又能降低生产成本,再添加其它原料,如石灰、水泥、粘土、石膏、水玻璃、焦油、沥清、腐植酸、渣油、糠醛渣、薯类、淀粉、纸浆废渣、工业废渣、生化污泥、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯等等。常用的粘结剂分为有机粘结剂、无机粘结剂和复合粘结剂三大类,有机粘结剂一般成本较高,燃烧有烟,而且受工业布局的限制,化学工业发达的地区易于制备使用,而化学工业落后的地区由于原料运距远,成本高,用户难于接受;无机型粘结剂来源广泛,成本低,较适合于灰份较低的燃料使用;复合粘结剂是由两种或多种原料复合制成,可根据性能要求和具体情况制作。
本发明的目的在于避免上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种固硫效果好的型煤粘结剂,它具有较好的粘结性能,能改善型煤的燃烧性能,易于点着且无烟无味。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:由15%~40%的膨润土、40%~80%的电石渣和5%~30%的菱铁矿粉组成。
粘结剂的制备方法为:电石渣在200~600℃焙烧炉中加热活化60~120分钟,自然冷却后研磨至80~100目,膨润土研磨至200~300目,菱铁矿粉碎至100~200目,三者充分搅拌混合均匀。
粘结剂用的电石渣为工业废渣,来源丰富,其它原料也易于购到。
用本发明提供的粘结剂制作型煤过程为:原料无烟粉煤或粉焦加工成粒度小于3毫米,其中1~3毫米占55%,1~0.2毫米占35%,小于0.2毫米占10%。将粘结剂按干料重量的6~13%加入粉煤中,与适量的水充分搅拌混合均匀。在轧辊式煤球机下压制成型,成型压力为120kg/cm2产品在110~120℃下烘干30~60分钟,或在常温通风下自然干燥。
采用本发明提供的粘结剂加工生产的型煤或型焦,冷热强度高,耐水性、固硫效果好,燃烧后无烟无味,易着火,上火快,不结渣,燃烧完全,能全面代替土焦,可用于饮食行业的大灶,并可取代蜂窝煤用于家庭,是实现高效燃烧低污染的民用燃料。
该粘结剂制得的型煤质量经测定相比现有技术具有以下优点:点火、着火容易,比土焦提前25分钟,比蜂窝煤提前10分钟;火力强、蒸发量大,成本低,价格低廉;防水性好,浸泡于水中24小时不散;产品抗压强度不低于10公斤/球,落下强度(大于130厘米)51.7%。
实施例1电石渣60公斤在焙烧炉中加热至300度活化90分钟,冷却后研磨至80~100目,膨润土(外购粉状,200~300目)30公斤,菱铁矿粉10公斤研磨至100~200目,将以上三种原料在搅拌机中搅拌30分钟即成为粘结剂,装袋备用。
实施例2 电石渣50公斤在焙烧炉中加热至200度活化120分钟,冷却后研磨至80~100目,膨胀土(代用膨润土)40公斤,自然干燥后,研磨至200~300目,菱铁矿粉10公斤研磨至100~200目,将以上三种原料在搅拌机中搅拌30分钟即成为粘结剂,装袋备用。

1、一种型煤粘结剂,其特征在于由15%~40%的膨润土、40%~80%的电石渣和5%~30%的菱铁矿粉组成。
2、一种型煤粘结剂的制备工艺,其特征在于电石渣在200~600℃焙烧炉中加热活化60~120分钟,自然冷却后研磨至80~100目,膨润土研磨至200~300目,菱铁矿粉碎至100~200目,三者充分搅拌混合均匀。
