Abstract
本发明涉及一种以液体为燃料能发出七种彩色火焰的灯火,用无毒的焰色元素硼、钠、钾等的含氧酸碱、氯化物或硝酸盐溶液为发色剂,浸渍特制灯芯,干燥后将灯芯插入含有焰色激发剂,灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂和助燃剂的无毒燃液中,点燃灯芯,可持续发出翠绿、金黄、紫红、洋红、亮蓝、红绿、黄绿等彩色火焰。适用于生日、圣诞、宴会、庆典等各种需要渲染、营造气氛的场合。
Description
本发明涉及一种营造气氛用的装饰和庆典灯火,特别是一种以液体为燃料的、能发出各种彩色火焰的灯火。
现有以固体燃料能发生彩色火焰的烛类,国内外已有多篇专利报导,如特开昭61-16996.USO3,468,815、中国专利申请89105053等,这些专利多以金属盐类为发色剂、尿烷、聚乙二醇类等为燃料,由于焰色效果差、黄光显著,加之制造工艺复杂,成本昂贵,至今未形成市场。
中国专利申请92106066.1(公开号CN1064537A)提及的一种彩色火焰液体烛,焰色效果优于固体烛,但其推出的燃烧装置存在着严重缺陷,具体表现及克服方案已在本发明人申请号为93239273.3专利中述及,92106066.1专利申请的燃料配方中采用有毒元素钡、铬、锑为发色剂,剧毒物质硝酸铅为肋燃剂,致盲剂甲醇为燃料,以及加入易分解的过氧化氢、价值昂贵的氯铂酸等。对人体有害,也难于实施。液体彩焰灯燃烧火焰大,色泽纯正,艳丽逼真,这是显著优于固体彩焰烛的,但灯芯烧结垢的消除,灯芯材料毛细作用的优劣,助燃剂的采用以及焰色激发剂——水的存在(液体彩焰的产生不同固体焰火,前者温度低需水合离子发色,后者高温,电子可激发,跃迁发色)将直接影响彩焰能否持续稳定的产生,色彩是否纯正艳丽等商品化关键问题。
本发明的目的是推出一种能稳定持续燃烧,色彩艳丽、无毒、无污染的液体彩焰灯火。
本发明的主要技术内容是:供浸渍发色剂的灯芯是按以下步骤制备的:取20支以上的棉纱或类似材料,按10股以上捻成线束,置1~3%的苛性碱溶液中,按碱液总重量的0.3~0.5%加入土耳其红油(硫酸化蓖麻油),煮沸1~2小时,冷却,用水浸洗3~5次,用0.5~1.0%的盐酸溶液中和,浸置1小时以上,然后用中性去离子水洗至pH7,干燥供用。将经上述处理后的干燥灯芯浸渍发色剂,发色剂是采用对人体无害的硼、钠、钾、锂、锶、钙、铜等元素的含氧酸碱、氯化物、硝酸盐中的一种或多种组合水溶液,浓度在0.5~8%,取出干燥备用。
燃液的组分有焰色激发剂、灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂、助燃剂、染色剂和可燃成分:1.焰色激发剂是纯水,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的0.5~10%,2.灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂是硝酸等强无机酸,含量是控制燃液pH值在0~5.0即可,3.助燃剂是硝酸铵,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的0.1~0.5%,4.染色剂是无毒色素,含量在0~30ppm以内,5.可燃成分是酮类、醇类、酯类及其他无毒可燃类似物,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的86~90%。将以上组份混匀溶解,装配灯芯即得能燃烧发出紫红、亮蓝、翠绿、金黄、黄绿、洋红等七彩焰色灯火。
本发明的主要优点是采用灯芯浸渍法,它可以保证发色剂深入线束内部并被稳定吸附,灯芯插入燃液后逐渐形成浓度梯度,可保证燃烧芯部位的发色剂浓度较大,焰色浓重,此外,由于燃液中含有备类添加剂,可以保证火焰逼真艳丽,气氛浓烈喜庆,能持续稳定燃烧两小时。第三,本发明涉及的各种成分均经过严格筛选能充分保证对人畜无毒害、环境无污染,无烟、无臭,并可飘散宜人幽香。
实施例一.
取纯水92克加氯化铜(CuCl2·2H2O)8克(或相应重量的氯化亚铜),搅拌使完全溶解,将已经脱脂,去离子处理的干燥灯芯浸渍以上溶液,取出干燥备用。另取乙醇90克加入纯水9克,硝酸铵0.5,用硝酸调整pH4左右,加香精适量即得燃液,将上述灯芯插入燃液,点燃灯芯,可发出亮蓝色火焰(由于氯化铜本身就是染色剂,溶解在溶液中为亮蓝色,因此,可以不再另加入染色剂)。用其他发色剂浸渍灯芯,将灯芯插入燃液,点燃后可分别发出紫红、翠绿、洋红、金黄、红绿、黄绿等相应焰色。
Claims (3)
1、一种包括灯芯和燃液的液体彩焰灯火,其特征是灯芯是严格脱脂、去离子的线束经浸渍发色剂制成,燃液中含有焰色激发剂、灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂、助燃剂、染色剂和可燃成分。
2、如权利要求1的液体彩焰灯火,其特征在于:灯芯是严格脱脂、去离子的线束经浸渍发色剂制成,制备步骤是取20支以上的棉纱或类似材料,按10股以上捻成线束,置1~3%的苛性碱溶液中,按碱液总重量和0.3~0.5%加入土耳其红油(硫酸化蓖麻油),煮沸1~2小时,冷却,用水浸洗3~5次,用0.5~1.0%的盐酸溶液中和,浸置1小时以上,然后用中性去离子水洗至ph7,干燥,将经上述处理后的干燥灯芯浸渍发色剂,发色剂是由硼、钠、钾、锂、锶、钙、铜等元素的含氧酸碱、氯化物、硝酸盐中的一种或多种组合溶液,浓度在0.5~8%,取出干燥备用。
3、如权利要求1的液体彩焰灯火,其特征在于:燃液的组分有焰色激发剂、灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂、助燃剂、染色剂和可燃成分:其中,
焰色激发剂是纯水,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的0.5~10%;
灯芯烧结垢溶解软化剂是硝酸等强无机酸,含量是控制燃液ph值在0~5.0以内;
助燃剂是硝酸铵,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的0.1~0.5%;
染色剂是无毒色素,含量在0~30ppm以内;
可燃成分是酮类、醇类、酯类及其他无毒可燃类似物,含量为燃液重量百分比(W/W)的86~90%。
