Abstract

本发明公开了一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构，是由柔性面层和刚性基底镶嵌构成，柔性面层和刚性基底镶嵌结合，是为了使刚性基底的非光滑结构与柔性面层的耦合来获取柔性面层最大变形能，从而得到2～3°的温升。所述柔性面层材料内添加有石墨烯或铝粉或银粉等高性能导热纳米材料，使其在柔性面层材料内形成导热网链，从而将液体介质对耦合结构所做的功产生的热量能够最大限度的传递出去，可有效防止面层材料的老化，实现对液体介质边界层温度的控制。使边界层流体介质运动（动力）粘性降低，进而使流体介质粘性阻力降低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合结构，特别涉及一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构。
背景技术
柔性面层材料在液体介质压力或阻力的作用下产生变形，从而产生内能，这种内能以热能的形式耗散，如果这一热能不能传递出去，必然会引起柔性面层材料的老化，从而降低其使用寿命，如果能将该热能传递给流体介质，会使流体介质边界层温度升高，边界层流体介质运动（动力）粘性降低，则流体介质粘性阻力必然会降低。本发明正是受这一客观存在的现象启发而提出的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构。
本发明是由柔性面层和刚性基底镶嵌构成，刚性基底材料为非导热性材料，柔性面层和刚性基底镶嵌结合，是为了使刚性基底的非光滑结构与柔性面层的耦合来获取柔性面层最大变形能，从而得到2～3°的温升。
当流体介质在流动阻力和重力作用下使柔性面层产生变形，使柔性面层温度升高，温升为2～3°，
所述柔性面层材料内添加有导热材料。
所述的导热材料是石墨烯或银粉或AIN，使其在柔性面层材料内形成导热网链，从而将液体介质对耦合结构所做的功产生的热量能够最大限度的传递出去，实现对液体介质边界层温度的控制。边界层流体介质运动（动力）粘性降低，则流体介质粘性阻力必然会降低。
本发明的有益效果：使边界层流体介质运动（动力）粘性降低，进而使流体介质粘性阻力降低。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1所示，本实施例是由柔性面层1和刚性基底2镶嵌构成，刚性基底2材料为非导热性材料，柔性面层1和刚性基底2镶嵌结合，是为了使刚性基底2的非光滑结构与柔性面层1的耦合来获取柔性面层1最大变形能，从而得到2～3°的温升。
如图2所示，当将本发明制成管路时，流体介质在流动阻力和重力作用下使柔性面层1产生变形，使柔性面层1温度升高，经过实际试验，温升为2～3°，使边界层流体介质运动（动力）粘性降低，进而使流体介质粘性阻力降低。，图2中的三个向下箭头表示流体介质对柔性面层1的压力，单个向右的箭头表示流体介质的流动方向。
所述柔性面层1材料内添加有导热材料。
所述的导热材料是石墨烯或银粉或AIN，使其在柔性面层1材料内形成导热网链，从而将液体介质对耦合结构所做的功产生的热量能够最大限度的传递出去，实现对液体介质边界层温度的控制。
所述柔性面层1材料为硅橡胶，硅橡胶内添加的石墨烯为四层，每层厚度在2nm，柔性面层材料与石墨烯的体积比为100：25，此时材料的热导率增强3000%。达到6.44w/（m.k）
所述柔性面层1材料为聚偏氟乙烯（PVDF），以AIN为导热填料，聚偏氟乙烯内添加AIN，AIN的总填充体积分数为60%，AIN用硅烷偶联剂对其表面进行处理，再将AIN添加到PVDF（聚偏氟乙烯）中，AIN是AIN晶须与AIN粒子的混合物，AIN晶须与AIN粒子的体积之比为1/25.7，此材料最大的导热系数为11.5W/（m.k）.PVDF的密度为1.17～1.79g/cm3，AIN密度为3.26g/cm3。
所述柔性面层1材料为以线性酚醛环氧树脂为基体树脂，以AIN为导热填料，以线性酚醛树脂为固化剂，制备出含AIN体积分数为70%，导热系数高达14W/（m.k）的柔性面层材料，AIN是AIN晶与AIN粒子的混合物，AIN晶与AIN粒子的体积之比为1/25.7。
所述柔性面层1材料为以线性酚醛环氧树脂为基体树脂，以线性酚醛树脂为固化剂，以铝粉为导热材料。基体树脂、固化剂和直径为40μm的铝粉以100:8:34的质量比混合，浇铸成型，可制得导热系数为4.6W/（m.k）、具有优良尺寸稳定性、其拉伸强度为81MPa、压缩强度为215MPa的柔性面层材料。

1.一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构，其特征在于：是由柔性面层（1）和刚性基底（2）镶嵌构成，刚性基底（2）材料为非导热性材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构，其特征在于：所述柔性面层（1）材料内添加有导热材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构，其特征在于：所述的导热材料是石墨烯或铝粉或银粉或AIN。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能改变液体介质粘性的复合结构，其特征在于：所述的柔性面层（1）材料是硅橡胶或聚偏氟乙烯或线性酚醛环氧树脂。
