Abstract
一种金属薄片复合件,包括链接到一起的圆形小片,每个小片上有一个锥形凹坑,凹坑顶尖部有洞,这个凹坑用于镶装宝石。该锥形凹坑也可以是在顶尖部位有伸长的小袋。
Description
本发明涉及由相邻的薄片并链接在一起所组成的金属薄片复合件。
这种金属薄片复合件是已知的,例如用于屠宰业的围裙和手套的防护。
本发明是提供镶有宝石的金属薄片复制件供装饰之用。
按本发明的解决方案具有如下特点:在薄片上有凹入坑供镶宝石之用,用粘合剂将宝石镶在凹坑中,凹坑为锥形,其成形方式是制成截锥,在顶尖处有洞。
按本发明,还可以在薄片上有这样的镶宝石的锥形凹坑,就是在锥顶尖部有一个小袋式伸出部分,然后用粘合剂把宝石粘镶在其内。
制造此薄片的优选材料是阳极化铝和黄铜,但也可用涂漆的金属制造。按本发明所用宝石最好是由玻璃切削而成。
此种带宝石的金属薄片复合件可以简易方式制备,可以只在该金属薄片复合件的某些部位镶上宝石,即可以简单方式得到良好装饰图案。向金属薄片上镶宝石可以用手工,或由计算机控制。
本发明金属薄片复合件特别适用于制造钱包、皮带、服装附件。
向凹坑内用粘合剂镶装宝石可以在将粘合剂涂布在宝石上或凹坑内之后,简单地将之粘附上去。最好用熔融的粘合剂。由于凹坑是锥形的,所以和宝石的锥形部分非常配合。
由于金属薄片上所加工的截锥形凹坑在顶尖处有洞,在薄片涂漆时可防止有漆积在凹坑内,或在涂粘合剂后防止粘合剂积于该处,这样就使宝石的镶装部位不能与金属片的锥形凹坑相配合。在截锥顶尖部的洞还使已熔的粘合剂进入该洞而产生机械锚固作用,亦即围绕在洞边形成一层粘合剂。
还可以使锥形凹坑的顶尖处形成一个伸长的小袋。这就为漆或粘合剂提供一个积聚空间,这样可以省去在金属薄片上冲成洞的操作,同时仍能保证宝石的镶装部位与金属片的凹坑妥善配合。
图中示出本发明的实施方案举例。

图3是该金属薄片复合件的一个小片的一种方案,其凹坑的顶尖处有洞;
图4是该金属薄片复合件的一个小片的另一方案,其凹坑的顶尖处有伸长的小袋。
图1和图2叙述各小片12如何连在一起成为本发明的金属薄片复合件10,亦即各金属小片12由环30连到一起。图3所示是一个金属小片有四个小长片28各按90°沿圆周分布开。每个小长片28都套上环30并弯折过去,如图1所示,使各个环30与金属小片12构成链接。小长片28的末端在该金属小片的下面以径向伸到中心而合拢在一起。每个金属小片12共套住四个环30,而每个环30也是套住四个金属小片12。因此,借助于环30就得到二维式交联的金属小片12,构成金属薄片复合件10。
图3是金属薄片复合件10的金属小片12的一种方案。锥形凹坑的顶尖22处是开孔的,也就是在锥的顶尖22处有孔20。孔20的形成是以适当方式在制小片12和制出凹坑14时,以同一工序所制成。
图4是金属薄片复合件10的金属小片12的另一方案。即在锥形凹坑14的顶尖22处有伸长的小袋24。在模压金属小片时以适当方式在同一工序也制出这个小袋。
图3、4两种方案的优点均已在前文提到。
单件的金属小片12和环30可以由制造衣饰常用的多种材料制成。若是由金属制成,可以用涂漆法得到任何所需的颜色。但最好是由阳极化铝或黄铜制造这些零件。
宝石16也可以是衣饰工业已知的材料。然而这些宝石最好是由玻璃切削制成。
Claims (5)
1、一种金属薄片复合件,该件包括链接在一起的相邻的圆形小片,其特征在于该小片(12)具有凹坑(14)供镶入宝石(16)之用,宝石(16)是利用粘合剂(18)镶装在凹坑(14)内,凹坑(14)是锥形,并且是由在顶尖(22)处有孔(20)的截锥所形成。
2、一种金属薄片复合件,该件包括链接在一起的相邻的圆形小片,其特征在于该小片(12)具有凹坑(14)供镶入宝石(16)之用,宝石(16)是利用粘合剂(18)镶装在凹坑(14)中,凹坑(14)是锥形,并且在其顶尖(22)处有伸长的小袋(24)。
3、权利要求1或2的金属薄片复合件,其特征在于小片(12)是由阳极化铝或黄铜所制成。
4、权利要求1或2的金属薄片复合件,其特征在于小片(12)是由涂漆的金属制成。
5、权利要求1或2的金属薄片复合件,其特征在于宝石(16)是由玻璃切削制成。
