Background
The technical regulation of ' universal technical conditions for children ' furniture ' is formally implemented in China in 8 months in 2012, which is the special furniture industrial regulation for children to leave the platform for the first time in China. On this basis, the paint used as an important component of furniture is the first to come, and the requirements including properties and some special effects make it necessary to develop special paint for children's furniture specialties. According to the statistics of the international organization, indoor air pollutants harmful to health are found in 30% of newly built and rebuilt buildings in the world, and 68% of diseases are caused by indoor air pollution. Every year, 10 million people worldwide die from asthma, aplastic anemia, leukemia due to indoor air pollution, and 35% of them are children. In the prior art, formaldehyde, benzene, VOC (volatile organic compounds) and free TDI (free toluene diisocyanate) generated from furniture coating paint are main pollutants thereof. In addition, due to the fact that the furniture is used for a long time, the cleaning degree is not thorough and the environment is affected, a large number of pathogenic bacteria are bred on the surface of the furniture, especially children with weak immunity are prone to symptoms such as headache, fever and rhinorrhea and cold caused by bacterial infection, and the body health of the children is seriously affected. In addition, the existing environment-friendly coating has great limitations in application, such as obvious defects in the aspects of hardness, hand feeling, wear resistance and the like; and generally, the paint can only be used on solid-color base materials, and if the paint is used on the solid-color base materials, the phenomenon that a paint film shrinks, sinks and loses gloss can be generated after a certain time because the wood grain conduits of the solid-color base materials are relatively deep.
