Abstract

本发明提供了一种双层海峡火车轮渡及方法。它具有双层结构,可成倍增加单位轮渡的载货量。并具有自升式支腿装置,使轮渡靠岸作业时,利用该装置将轮渡船体顶升到波浪飞溅区以上的高度,有效地抵抗海洋环境外力对船体的不利影响,从而在不同高程上,方便、可靠地实现岸船轮轨对接,列车车皮可同时多股道快速上下船。

Description

自升式双层海峡火车轮渡及方法
本发明涉及一种自升式双层海峡火车轮渡,属于水路运输、特种船舶技术领域。
火车轮渡的关键技术是轮渡靠岸作业时的岸船调平及岸船轮轨对接。现有的内河轮渡影响岸船调平及岸船轮轨对接的主要因素及采用的技术是:1.潮汐涨落使轮渡的船轨平面与岸轨平面出现落差;列车车皮的上下船又使轮渡浮态变化,影响岸船轮轨对接。对此,常规技术是采取轮渡压载水仓的压载调节,动态调平船体浮态。但是,采用这种方法调平作业及列车车皮上下船的时间长,影响装卸效率;且轮渡压载系统和轮轨对接系统的设计制造很困难。2.河流流动使轮渡锚泊定位困难。对此,常规技术是建造一个人工港湾,把河流流动对轮渡产生的摇动、摆动等动态影响减小,形成一个相对的静止环境,使轮渡的锚泊定位容易实现。同时,岸上设置专用码头和框固设备,以满足岸船轮轨对接的技术要求。但是,采用这种方法工程投资大,工期长,轮渡投入运营周期长。产生以上两方面缺点的主要原因是把轮渡仍作为浮体离不开水面作业而严重受水面环境的影响。即使象英国专利GB2061191所描述的带自升式转辙平台的双层火车轮渡,仍不能摆脱船体受水面环境影响的事实。
本发明的目的是推出一种在海洋环境下(比内河环境恶劣得多)能实现岸船调平、岸船轮轨对接的火车轮渡及方法。
本发明的技术方案是:火车轮渡的船体上装有可伸缩的支腿,在岸边的海底地基上建有支腿支承底座。在轮渡靠岸作业时,支腿伸出船体,支撑于海底支腿支承底座上,将船体顶升至波浪飞溅区以上,使船体在不受海况影响下,实现岸船调平和岸船轮轨对接。
以下结合附图对发明作进一步表述。

船体1靠岸时,列车车皮3分别排列在上层甲板4及下层甲板5,支腿2及沉垫6均未伸出。H0表正常水位,H1表低潮位,H2表高潮位,D1表1/3有义波高,D2表波浪飞溅区。沉垫6落在支腿支承底座7上,支腿2将船体1顶升至波浪飞溅区D2之上,轮渡上层甲板4与岸调平,岸船轮轨对接,对接调节装置8使对接牢固实现。上层甲板列车车皮3下船,新车皮9上船。支腿2继续将船体1顶升,轮渡下层甲板5与岸调平,岸船轮轨对接,下层甲板列车车皮3下船,新车皮9上船。轮渡卸完旧车皮,装满新车皮后,下降船体1的高度。然后,收起支腿2及沉垫6,轮渡离岸。支腿与轮渡船体结为一体,或内含于船体;或外挂于舷侧且支腿下端处于干舷以上。支腿结构可为圆柱、矩形柱或透空式桁架。

Claims (4)

1.一种自升式双层海峡火车轮渡,由船体及列车轨道组成,其特征在于:船体上装有可伸缩的支腿,在岸边的海底地基上建有支腿支承底座。
2.根据权利要求1所述的火车轮渡,其特征是支腿与轮渡的船体结为一体,或内含于船体;或外挂于舷侧且支腿下端处于干舷以上。
3.根据权利要求3所述的火车轮度,其特征是所述的支腿结构可为圆柱、矩形柱或透空式桁架。
4.一种自升式双层海峡火车轮渡的方法,其特征在于:在轮渡靠岸作业时,支腿伸出船体,支撑于海底支腿支承底座上。
