Disclosure of Invention
Based on the problems, the invention provides a new technical scheme, which can enable the terminal to save energy to the maximum, improve the use efficiency of frequency spectrum and improve the system throughput.
In view of this, the present invention provides a method for configuring parameters in a discontinuous reception mode, where the method includes: when the base station carries out parameter configuration of a discontinuous reception mode, configuring a first discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an authorized spectrum, and configuring a second discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an unauthorized spectrum, wherein the first discontinuous reception parameter is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter.
In the technical scheme, different discontinuous receiving parameters are configured for the service cell of the authorized spectrum and the service cell of the unauthorized spectrum of the terminal, so that the terminal adopts different discontinuous parameter configurations in the service cell of the authorized spectrum and the service cell of the unauthorized spectrum, and thus, the terminal can save energy to the maximum extent.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second drx parameter includes: determining the second discontinuous reception parameter according to the parameter configuration of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum; when the base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, enabling all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in a sleep state; when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a busy state, namely the downlink channel on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum cannot be occupied, all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are in a sleep state; and when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in an idle state, namely the downlink channel on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum can be occupied, enabling at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in an awake state.
In the technical scheme, the discontinuous reception parameters corresponding to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are configured according to parameters of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and specifically, when the base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of the downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, all terminals on the serving cell are in a sleep state, when the base station detects that a downlink channel is busy, that is, the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is not available, the base station does not need to wake up the terminal to wait for scheduling of the base station, so that the terminals are all in the sleep state, when the base station detects that the downlink channel is idle, that is, the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is available, the base station may schedule the terminal, so that at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a wake-up state, therefore, the base station can be scheduled at any time, thereby not only ensuring the normal interaction between the base station and the terminal, but also saving the energy consumption of the terminal.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second discontinuous reception parameter specifically includes: when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on frame structure trigger channel detection, a discontinuous reception period in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a period of frame structure trigger channel detection, and a wake-up time of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a target time, where the target time is a preset time immediately after the base station detects the channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and the length of the preset time is a time length required by the base station to send a channel idle indication signaling to at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum when the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: and the discontinuous reception period and the position and the length of the wake-up time in each discontinuous reception period are sent to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
In the technical scheme, when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on frame structure triggering channel detection, both the period of the discontinuous reception parameter and the wake-up time can be configured, the period of the discontinuous reception parameter is the same as the period of the frame structure triggering channel detection, the wake-up time is a period of time immediately after the base station detects the channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and the period of time is the time length required by the base station to send a channel idle indication signaling to the terminal when the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle. Specifically, the position and length of the period and the wake-up time may be transmitted to the terminal by the base station through radio resource control signaling. Therefore, the discontinuous receiving parameters of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are configured according to the parameter configuration of the downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism, and the energy consumption of the terminal is greatly saved.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, the base station sends the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after the channel detection time is finished so as to control the terminal to prolong the wake-up time; and if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, the base station does not send the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after the channel detection time is finished so as to control the terminal to enter the sleep state again when the terminal finds that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the wake-up time.
In the technical scheme, if the channel idle indication signaling is monitored in the terminal wake-up time, the wake-up time of the terminal is prolonged, so that the base station can conveniently schedule the terminal at any time, otherwise, if the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the terminal wake-up time, the terminal is enabled to enter the sleep state again, and the energy consumption of the terminal is further saved.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: dividing all terminals on a serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum into a plurality of terminal groups, wherein each terminal group comprises at least one terminal; if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, after the channel detection time is over, the base station sends the channel idle indication signaling to all the terminals of the plurality of terminal groups so as to control the plurality of terminal groups to alternately keep the awakening state; and if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, after the channel detection time is finished, the base station does not send the channel idle indication signaling to all the terminals of the plurality of terminal groups so as to control all the terminals of the plurality of terminal groups to re-enter the sleep state when finding that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the wake-up time.
In the technical scheme, all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum can be divided into a plurality of terminal groups, so that the plurality of terminal groups alternately keep an awake state within the channel occupation time after the channel detection time is over when the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, or enter a sleep state after the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy and the channel detection time is over. For example, all terminals are divided into a plurality of terminal groups, for example, the terminals of one terminal group are scheduled in the first half of the channel occupation time and therefore wake up in the first half, and the terminals of another terminal group are scheduled in the second half of the channel occupation time and therefore wake up in the second half. In this way, power consumption of the terminal is further saved.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, a union of durations of the plurality of terminal groups in the awake state is greater than or equal to a maximum duration occupied by the downlink channel.
In the technical scheme, in order to ensure that the base station can schedule the available terminals at any time, the union of the durations of the plurality of terminal groups in the awake state should be greater than or equal to the maximum duration occupied by the downlink channel.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second discontinuous reception parameter specifically includes: when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on a frame structure or based on load trigger channel detection, the period of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is not fixed, the wake-up time of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a target time, wherein the target time is when there is a downlink load to be transmitted on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, when the base station finds that the channel is idle after detecting the downlink channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, a time when a fast wake-up signaling is sent to a terminal having a serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as a secondary serving cell, and the length of the wake-up time of the discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is sent to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
In the technical scheme, when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on a frame structure or based on load trigger channel detection, the discontinuous reception parameter of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum has no fixed period, and the specific waking time is the time of sending a fast wake-up to the terminal using the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as the secondary serving cell when the base station detects that the channel is idle after detecting the downlink channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and the specific waking time length is notified to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, if a certain target terminal of a plurality of target terminals that add the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as an auxiliary serving cell does not need to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, a receiver on the certain target terminal, which is used for receiving data from the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, is in a sleep state; if the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is added as an auxiliary serving cell, and the certain target terminal needs to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, if the base station detects that a channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is idle, the base station sends the fast wakeup signaling to the certain target terminal on any serving cell of the licensed spectrum or on other serving cells of the unlicensed spectrum that the certain target terminal is monitoring, so as to wake up the certain target terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, wherein the certain target terminal is already in a wakeup state on the serving cell of any licensed spectrum or on the serving cells of other unlicensed spectrum.
In the technical scheme, when a certain terminal which adds the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as the auxiliary serving cell has no downlink load and transmits the data on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, it indicates that the terminal does not need to receive the data on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, so that a receiver used by the terminal to receive the data on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum can be in a sleep state, and the power consumption of the terminal is saved. When a certain terminal which adds the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as the auxiliary serving cell has downlink load and needs to transmit on the cell, if the base station detects that the channel of the cell is idle, the terminal can be awakened by means of the serving cell of the licensed spectrum and the serving cells of other unlicensed spectrums. Specifically, the fast wake-up signaling may be sent to a terminal currently in a wake-up state on a serving cell of a licensed spectrum or a serving cell of another unlicensed spectrum, so as to wake up the terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum.
In addition, for different terminals and different serving cells on the unlicensed spectrum, the corresponding terminal states are different. Such as terminal #1, adds serving cell 1 on unlicensed spectrum F1, while terminal #2 adds serving cell 2 on unlicensed spectrum F2. Then, when the downlink load of terminal #1 does not need to be transmitted in serving cell 1, the receiver of terminal #1 for receiving data on serving cell 1 is in a sleep state. When the downlink load of terminal #2 does not need to be transmitted in serving cell 2, the receiver of terminal #2 for receiving data on serving cell 2 is in a sleep state.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, wake-up times of discontinuous reception in the first discontinuous reception parameter by the plurality of target terminals are uniformly distributed.
In this technical solution, for a plurality of target terminals that add a serving cell of a certain unlicensed spectrum as a secondary serving cell, wake-up times in the non-connection parameters on the serving cell of the corresponding licensed spectrum are uniformly distributed. Therefore, when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is idle at any time, the base station can directly schedule the terminal at the wake-up time on the serving cell of the licensed spectrum to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, so that the resource utilization rate is improved, and the throughput of the system is improved.
The above definition is for a plurality of target terminals on a serving cell of each unlicensed spectrum, and the above definition need not be satisfied for a plurality of terminals on serving cells of different unlicensed spectrums.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the fast wake-up signaling is a carrier indication domain when multiplexing a cross-carrier scheduling signaling, a multiplexing media access control auxiliary serving cell activation signaling, a multiplexing channel idle indication instruction, and/or a new media access control signaling or a physical downlink control indication signaling.
In the technical scheme, the fast wake-up signaling may multiplex other signaling, such as a carrier indication domain when multiplexing a cross-carrier scheduling signaling, a multiplexing media intervention control auxiliary serving cell activation signaling, and a multiplexing channel idle indication instruction, or may adopt a new wake-up signaling, such as a new media access control signaling or a physical downlink control indication signaling.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the terminal enters the sleep state when a duration of the terminal in the wake-up state is equal to a maximum duration occupied by a downlink channel, or the terminal receives a signaling for entering the sleep state sent by the base station.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: and the second discontinuous reception parameter corresponding to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter corresponding to the serving cell of other unlicensed spectrum.
In the technical scheme, the configurations of the second discontinuous reception parameters of the terminal on the serving cells of different unlicensed frequency spectrums may be different.
According to another aspect of the present invention, a device for configuring parameters in a discontinuous reception mode is further provided, including: the base station comprises a configuration unit and a control unit, wherein when the base station carries out parameter configuration of a discontinuous reception mode, a first discontinuous reception parameter is configured on a service cell of an authorized frequency spectrum, and a second discontinuous reception parameter is configured on a service cell of an unauthorized frequency spectrum, wherein the first discontinuous reception parameter is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter.
In the technical scheme, different discontinuous reception parameters are configured for the serving cell of the authorized spectrum and the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum of the terminal, so that the terminal adopts different discontinuous parameter configurations in the serving cell of the authorized spectrum and the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and thus, the terminal can save energy to the maximum.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second drx parameter includes: determining the second discontinuous reception parameter according to the parameter configuration of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum; when the base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, enabling all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in a sleep state; when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a busy state, namely the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum cannot be occupied, all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are in a sleep state; and when the base station detects that the channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in an idle state, namely the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum can be occupied, enabling at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in an awake state.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: and the first sending unit is used for sending the discontinuous reception period and the position and the length of the wake-up time in each discontinuous reception period to the terminal by the base station through a wireless resource control signaling.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: and a second sending unit, configured to send the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after a channel detection time is finished if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, so as to control the terminal to prolong the wake-up time, and not send the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after the channel detection time is finished if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, so as to control the terminal to re-enter the sleep state when the terminal finds that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the wake-up time.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: a grouping unit, configured to group all terminals in a serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum into a plurality of terminal groups, where each terminal group includes at least one terminal; a third sending unit, configured to send the channel idle indication signaling to all terminals in the multiple terminal groups after the channel detection time is over if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, so as to control the multiple terminal groups to alternately maintain the awake state, and if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, not send the channel idle indication signaling to all terminals in the multiple terminal groups after the channel detection time is over, so as to control all terminals in the multiple terminal groups to re-enter the sleep state when the base station finds that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the awake time.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the configuration unit is further configured to: if a certain target terminal in a plurality of target terminals which add the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as an auxiliary serving cell does not need to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, enabling a receiver on the certain target terminal, which is used for receiving data from the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, to be in a sleep state; if the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is added as an auxiliary serving cell, and the certain target terminal needs to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, if the base station detects that a channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is idle, the base station sends the fast wakeup signaling to the certain target terminal on any serving cell of the licensed spectrum or on other serving cells of the unlicensed spectrum that the certain target terminal is monitoring, so as to wake up the certain target terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, wherein the certain target terminal is already in a wakeup state on the serving cell of any licensed spectrum or on the serving cells of other unlicensed spectrum.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the second discontinuous reception parameter corresponding to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter corresponding to the serving cell of another unlicensed spectrum.
In the technical scheme, the configurations of the second discontinuous reception parameters of the terminal on the serving cells of different unlicensed frequency spectrums may be different.
Through the technical scheme, different discontinuous receiving parameters are configured for the service cell of the authorized spectrum and the service cell of the unauthorized spectrum of the terminal, so that the terminal can save energy to the maximum extent, the use efficiency of the spectrum is improved, and the system throughput is improved.
Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the invention will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, however, the present invention may be practiced in other ways than those specifically described herein, and therefore the scope of the present invention is not limited by the specific embodiments disclosed below.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a parameter configuration method of a discontinuous reception mode according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, a method for configuring parameters of a discontinuous reception mode according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: step 402, when the base station performs parameter configuration in a discontinuous reception mode, configuring a first discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an authorized spectrum, and configuring a second discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an unauthorized spectrum, wherein the first discontinuous reception parameter is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter.
In the technical scheme, the discontinuous reception parameters corresponding to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are configured according to parameters of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and specifically, when a base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of the downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, all terminals on the serving cell are in a sleep state, when the base station detects that a downlink channel is busy, that is, the downlink channel on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is not available, the base station does not need to wake up the terminal to wait for scheduling of the base station, so that the terminals are all in the sleep state, when the base station detects that the downlink channel is idle, that is, the downlink channel on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is available, the base station may schedule the terminal, so that at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a wake-up state, therefore, the base station can be scheduled at any time, thereby not only ensuring the normal interaction between the base station and the terminal, but also saving the energy consumption of the terminal.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second discontinuous reception parameter specifically includes: when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on frame structure trigger channel detection, a discontinuous reception period in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a period of frame structure trigger channel detection, and a wake-up time of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a target time, where the target time is a preset time immediately after the base station detects the channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and the length of the preset time is a time length required by the base station to send a channel idle indication signaling to at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum when the base station finds that the channel is idle.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second discontinuous reception parameter specifically includes: when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on a frame structure or based on load trigger channel detection, the period of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is not fixed, the wake-up time of discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is the same as a target time, wherein the target time is when there is a load to transmit on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, when the base station finds that the channel is idle after detecting the downlink channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, a time when a fast wake-up signaling is sent to a terminal having a serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as a secondary serving cell, and the length of the wake-up time of the discontinuous reception in the second discontinuous reception parameter configuration is sent to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a parameter configuration apparatus of a discontinuous reception mode according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 for configuring parameters of a discontinuous reception mode according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a configuration unit 502, configured to configure a first discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an authorized spectrum and a second discontinuous reception parameter on a serving cell of an unauthorized spectrum when a base station performs parameter configuration in a discontinuous reception mode, where the first discontinuous reception parameter is different from the second discontinuous reception parameter.
In the foregoing technical solution, preferably, the configuration criterion of the second drx parameter includes: determining the second discontinuous reception parameter according to the parameter configuration of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum; when the base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, enabling all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in a sleep state; when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a busy state, namely the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum cannot be occupied, all terminals on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are in a sleep state; and when the base station detects that the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in an idle state, namely the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum can be occupied, enabling at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum to be in an awakening state.
In the technical scheme, the discontinuous reception parameters corresponding to the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum are configured according to parameters of a downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and specifically, when a base station is in a channel detection time period and an idle time period of the downlink channel listen-before-talk mechanism of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, all terminals on the serving cell are in a sleep state, when the base station detects that a downlink channel is busy, that is, the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is not available, the base station does not need to wake up the terminal to wait for scheduling of the base station, so that the terminals are all in the sleep state, when the base station detects that the downlink channel is idle, that is, the downlink channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is available, the base station may schedule the terminal, so that at least one terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is in a wake-up state, therefore, the base station can be scheduled at any time, thereby not only ensuring the normal interaction between the base station and the terminal, but also saving the energy consumption of the terminal.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: a first sending unit 504, where the discontinuous reception period and the position and length of the wake-up time in each discontinuous reception period are sent to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
In the technical scheme, when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on frame structure triggering channel detection, both the period of the discontinuous reception parameter and the wake-up time can be configured, the period of the discontinuous reception parameter is the same as the period of the frame structure triggering downlink channel detection, the wake-up time is a period of time immediately after the base station finishes detecting the channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, and the period of time is the time length required by the base station to send a channel idle indication signaling to the terminal when the base station finds that the channel is idle.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: a second sending unit 506, configured to send the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after the channel detection time is finished if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, so as to control the terminal to prolong the wake-up time, and if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, not send the channel idle indication signaling to the terminal after the channel detection time is finished, so as to control the terminal to re-enter the sleep state when the terminal finds that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the wake-up time.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the method further includes: a grouping unit 508, configured to group all terminals in a serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum into a plurality of terminal groups, where each terminal group includes at least one terminal; a third sending unit 510, configured to send the channel idle indication signaling to all terminals in the multiple terminal groups after the channel detection time is finished if the base station finds that the downlink channel is idle, so as to control the multiple terminal groups to alternately maintain the awake state, and if the base station finds that the downlink channel is busy, after the channel detection time is finished, not send the channel idle indication signaling to all terminals in the multiple terminal groups, so as to control all terminals in the multiple terminal groups to re-enter the sleep state when the base station finds that the channel idle indication signaling is not monitored in the awake time.
In the technical scheme, when the downlink channel detection mode of the base station on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is based on a frame structure or based on load trigger channel detection, the discontinuous reception parameter of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum has no fixed period, and the specific waking time is the time of sending a fast waking time to a terminal which takes the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as an auxiliary serving cell when the base station detects the channel state of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum and finds that the channel is idle, and the specific waking time length is notified to the terminal by the base station through a radio resource control signaling.
In the above technical solution, preferably, the configuration unit 502 is further configured to: if a certain target terminal in a plurality of target terminals which add the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum as an auxiliary serving cell does not need to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, enabling a receiver on the certain target terminal, which is used for receiving data from the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, to be in a sleep state; if the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is added as an auxiliary serving cell, and the certain target terminal needs to perform downlink load transmission on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, if the base station detects that a channel of the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum is idle, the base station sends the fast wakeup signaling to the certain target terminal on any serving cell of the licensed spectrum or on other serving cells of the unlicensed spectrum that the certain target terminal is monitoring, so as to wake up the certain target terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, wherein the certain target terminal is already in a wakeup state on the serving cell of any licensed spectrum or on the serving cells of other unlicensed spectrum.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 6 to 12.
The invention mainly provides a carrier aggregation mechanism, a terminal can use different DRX (Discontinuous Reception) configurations in an authorized spectrum and an unauthorized spectrum, and different unauthorized carriers can also use different DRX configurations.
The specific method comprises the following steps:
when configuring DRX configuration for a terminal, a base station configures the same DRX parameter on a plurality of carriers on an authorized frequency spectrum. And one or more sets of parameters different from DRX parameters of carriers on the licensed spectrum may be configured on carriers on one or more unlicensed spectrum.
(ii) as shown in fig. 6, a frame structure example of LTE is given if LBT (listen before Talk) mechanism based on FBE (frame based Equipment, Equipment triggering channel detection based on frame structure) is used. When the period is 10ms, the period includes CCA (Clear Channel Assessment) (the CCA detection time and the LBT detection time are used as meanings), Channel state detection time, Channel occupation time (when the Channel is detected to be free), and idle time. The Idle time is mainly used for preventing other peripheral devices from wanting to access the unlicensed spectrum, so that the device needs to release the Idle time after occupying the channel for a period of time, and then perform CCA detection.
As shown in fig. 7, an example of a frame structure in LTE is given if an LBT mechanism based on LBE (Load based equipment, Load triggered channel detection-based device) is used. In the case of LBE, the LBT mechanism has no fixed period. When the service arrives, the CCA channel detection is carried out for the first time, and if the channel is detected to be idle, the transmission is carried out. When the channel is occupied to the maximum channel occupation time and the data is not sent completely, an extended CCA is needed to be used, namely a value N is randomly selected, and in the following CCA detection, if the channel is busy, the N is unchanged; if the channel is detected to be idle, N-1, and when N is reduced to 0, data is transmitted.
(iii) for DRX configuration criteria on unlicensed spectrum as follows:
1. when the base station is in the channel detection time or idle period time, the terminal is in a sleep state;
2. when the base station detects that the channel is busy, the terminal continues to be in a sleep state without waking up.
3. When the base station detects that the channel is idle, some or all of the terminals wake up.
According to the criteria given in (three) and the background given in (two), it can be seen that the DRX mechanism of the terminal is easier to design under the LBT mechanism based on FBE. As shown in fig. 8: the DRX cycle is the cycle of the LBT mechanism of the FBE, and the starting time of the terminal wake-up is after the CCA channel detection time is over, and before the channel clear indication signaling or the scheduling signaling is directly sent. There are various situations for the length of time that the terminal wakes up:
1. one is that the base station detects that the channel is busy, and the terminal finds that the channel is in a busy state according to the channel idle indication signaling, and then sleeps. In this case, the time when the terminal wakes up is the time to detect the channel idle indication signaling. As shown in fig. 8 for the time of wake-up.
2. One is that the base station detects that the channel is idle, and the terminal finds that the channel is in an idle state according to the channel idle indication signaling, under this condition, the operation is divided into two operations:
1) as shown in fig. 9, one is that all terminals stay awake during the channel occupation time of the base station, because the channel occupation time is not very long, and the load on the unlicensed spectrum is not too heavy, any terminal may be scheduled at any time, so all terminals wake up, and each subframe monitors the PDCCH to determine whether it is scheduled.
2) As shown in fig. 10, another method is to divide the terminals into multiple groups during the channel occupation time of the base station, for example, the terminal of one group will be scheduled in the first half of the channel occupation time and therefore wake up in the first half; the terminals of another group will be scheduled in the second half of the channel occupancy time and so wake up in the second half. This further saves the energy consumption of the terminal, but is limited in the degree of freedom of scheduling. In this case, the user may be divided into more than two groups, but the sum of the wake-up time of all the groups is equal to or greater than the channel occupation time.
(V) wherein (IV) gives the case of FBE, followed by the case of LBE. First, because of the load-based LBT mechanism, it is difficult for the base station to determine when there is load and when to perform channel status detection. In this case, the assistance of the licensed spectrum is required to wake up the terminal in a sleep state on the unlicensed spectrum. The specific procedure is as follows (of course, this procedure is also applicable to FBE-based cases):
1. when no downlink load needs to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum, the terminal is in a sleep state on the unlicensed spectrum.
2. When a downlink load needs to be transmitted on the unlicensed spectrum, the base station performs channel state detection on the unlicensed spectrum, and if the channel is detected to be idle, the base station sends a wakeup signaling on the licensed spectrum monitored by the terminal or on other unlicensed spectrums monitored by the terminal, and wakes up the terminal on the unlicensed spectrum.
3. Based on the above-mentioned point 2, in order to satisfy the condition that the base station can wake up the cell on the unlicensed spectrum as the terminal of the secondary serving cell (Scell) when detecting the channel idle at any time (these terminals are referred to as the unlicensed spectrum Fn serving terminals), DRX of all the unlicensed spectrum Fn serving terminals on the licensed spectrum needs to satisfy a certain criterion, as follows:
1) the wake-up times of the terminals in the DRX period on the authorized spectrum should be uniformly distributed as much as possible, so that when the base station detects that an unlicensed spectrum Fn channel is idle at any time, the terminals at the wake-up time on the authorized spectrum can be directly scheduled on the unlicensed spectrum, and the resource utilization rate is improved.
2) If there are multiple unlicensed spectrum terminals in each unlicensed spectrum need to meet the above criteria, the criteria may not be taken care of between terminals in different unlicensed spectrum.
As shown in fig. 11, for example, on the unlicensed spectrum F3, there are 15 terminals that add the cell of F3 to the SCell, and then the 15 terminals are divided into 5 UE groups, and the union of the wake-up times of each UE group on the licensed spectrum must be the whole time period. In this way, when the base station detects that the downlink channel on the unlicensed spectrum F3 is idle near the time t1 and t6, the terminal of the UEgroup1 may be scheduled to transmit and receive data on the unlicensed spectrum; when the base station detects that the downlink channel on the unlicensed spectrum F3 is idle around the time t2 and t7, the terminal of the UE group2 may be scheduled to transmit the received data … … on the unlicensed spectrum
4. The wake-up signaling may be:
1) carrier Indicator Field (CIF) when cross-Carrier scheduling signaling cross Carrier scheduling is multiplexed, and the CIF value is set to a value pointing to the unlicensed spectrum.
2) And multiplexing MAC activation signaling to activate the SCell on the unlicensed frequency spectrum.
3) Multiplexing channel idle indication signaling.
4) A new wake-up signaling is designed. Such as new mac signaling or pdcch signaling.
5. Trigger conditions from wake to sleep:
1) the wake-up time reaches the maximum channel occupancy time.
2) The sleep state may be entered upon receipt of the base station signaling indication, such as when the data for the terminal has been transmitted.
(sixth) the method of this case based on LBE can also be used when LTE is the primary serving base station, WLAN is the secondary serving base station or as the secondary serving cell is LTE controlled through carrier aggregation or dual connectivity.
Wherein, fig. 12 shows a flowchart of the DRX wake-up time of the terminal on the licensed spectrum assisted unlicensed spectrum in the LBT mechanism of LBE.
As shown in fig. 12, in the LBT mechanism of LBE, a specific procedure of assisting the DRX wake-up time of the terminal on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum by the serving cell of the licensed spectrum includes:
step 1202, when the load increases, determine whether it needs to transmit on the serving cell of the unlicensed spectrum, if yes, go to step 1204.
In step 1204, a group of terminals that add the unlicensed spectrum as a secondary service and are in an awake state is determined.
Step 1206, sending a fast wake-up signaling to the group of terminals.
Step 1208, transmitting data to the terminals in the terminal group over the unlicensed spectrum.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in the above with reference to the accompanying drawings, and by configuring different discontinuous reception parameters for the serving cell of the authorized spectrum and the serving cell of the unauthorized spectrum of the terminal, the terminal can maximally save energy, and at the same time, the use efficiency of the spectrum is improved, and the system throughput is improved.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
