本发明涉及一种骨科手术用导向机构,具有准直管和导向管;所述准直管套接在导向管外侧;所述导向管由依次连接的第一直行部、弯曲部和第二直行部组成。本发明结构简单,性能可靠,可使脊柱手术从单侧入路后可对对侧进行处理,降低了手术难度,减少了手术时间,降低了患者痛苦。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械制造技术领域,特别涉及一种骨科手术用导向机构。
背景技术
骨科手术特别是脊柱手术,常需要从一侧入路处理对侧椎体或椎间隙,如行TLIF手术时,为了能够从单侧入路处理对侧椎间隙。现行的方法是先使用直形工具处理同侧间隙,再使用弯头工具处理对侧间隙;再如行椎体后凸成形术时,为了实现对整个椎体进行复位和填充骨水泥,现行的方法是从两侧椎弓根分别穿刺后进行复位和填充骨水泥。无论是使用直形、弯头工具处理椎间隙,还是双侧椎弓根穿刺对椎体复位和填充骨水泥,都延长了手术时间,增加手术难度,增加患者痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单,性能可靠,可使脊柱手术从单侧入路后可对对侧进行处理,降低手术难度,减少手术时间,降低患者痛苦的骨科手术用导向机构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种骨科手术用导向机构,具有准直管和导向管;所述准直管套接在导向管外侧;所述导向管由依次连接的第一直行部、弯曲部和第二直行部组成。
上述技术方案所述导向管的为超弹性态的镍钛合金导向管。
上述技术方案所述镍钛合金导向管的奥氏体转变终了温度Af为5-15℃。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
本发明结构简单,性能可靠,可使脊柱手术从单侧入路后可对对侧进行处理,降低了手术难度,减少了手术时间,降低了患者痛苦。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
见图1至图4,本发明具有准直管1和导向管2;准直管1套接在导向管2外侧;导向管2由依次连接的第一直行部21、弯曲部22和第二直行部23组成。
导向管2内设有柔性芯3;柔性芯3的右侧端部连接刚性杆4的左端;刚性杆4的右端通过卡接在导向管2右端的凸凹部件5与球钻6相连。导向管2为镍钛记忆合金导向管。

见图5,本发明具有准直管1和导向管2;准直管1套接在导向管2外侧;导向管2由依次连接的第一直行部21、弯曲部22和第二直行部23组成。
导向管2的弯曲部22和第二直行部23位置具有若干侧向孔7,第二直行部23的右端部开设有端部孔8。导向管2为镍钛记忆合金导向管。

1.一种骨科手术用导向机构,具有准直管(1)和导向管(2);所述准直管(1)套接在导向管(2)外侧;其特征在于:所述导向管(2)在室温自由状态下由依次连接的第一直行部(21)、弯曲部(22)和第二直行部(23)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科手术用导向机构,其特征在于:所述导向管(2)的为超弹性态的镍钛合金导向管。
3.根据权利要求2所述的骨科手术用导向机构,其特征在于:所述镍钛合金导向管的奥氏体转变终了温度Af为5-15℃。
