技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体是一种含有氟环唑和肉桂醛的杀菌剂。
背景技术
肉桂醛是是肉桂精油的主要成分,别名称为玉桂,是樟科肉桂属的一个种。肉桂醛又称为桂皮醛,具有很强的芳香气味,纯净的肉桂醛为无色或淡黄色勃稠状液体,在空气中易被氧化,天然存在的肉桂醛多为反式结构,大量存在于肉桂等植物体内。
目前,肉桂醇的研究多限于食品工业应用和医药工业的应用,例如,研究发现,利用肉桂醛对食品中分离得到的青霉、曲霉、毛霉、根霉、芽枝霉、镰刀菌进行抗菌活性实验,最小抑菌浓度可达6mg/kg,防霉效果好;利用肉桂醛乳油对芒果的保鲜进行实验,结果表明比传统杀菌剂的防治效果显著;对肉桂醛抑制黄曲霉的机理进行了研究,认为肉桂醛首先损伤其细胞膜,进而改变细胞内的空间结构,如蛋白质、核酸等。医药工业中也己经表明肉桂醛对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌等都具有显著的杀菌作用。但是,目前没有检索到将其应用于防治水稻纹枯病的相关报道。
氟环唑(Epoxiconazole),化学名称:(2RS,3SR)-3-(2-氯苯基)-2-(4-氟苯基)-2-[(1H1,2,4-三唑-1-基)甲基]环氧乙烷,化学结构式为:
氟环唑是一种内吸性三唑类杀菌剂,其活性成分氟环唑抑制病菌麦角甾醇的合成,阻碍病菌细胞壁的形成,并且氟环唑分子对一种真菌酶(14-dencthylase)有强力亲和性,与目前已知的杀菌剂相比,能更有效抑制病菌原真菌。氟环唑可提高作物的凡丁质酶活性,导致真菌吸器的收缩,抑制病菌侵入,这是氟环唑在所有三唑类产品中独一无二的特性。氟环唑对香蕉、葱蒜、芹菜、菜豆、瓜类、芦笋、花生、甜菜等作物上的叶斑病、白粉病、锈病以及葡萄上的炭疽病、白腐病等病害有良好的防效。近年来由于其大面积的推广,导致病原物对其敏感性降低,抗性变强。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对上述现有杀菌剂存在的不足,提供一种含有氟环唑和肉桂醛的杀菌剂,克服现有杀菌剂由于抗药性问题造成的防效降低、用量加大、残留高和成本高的缺陷。
本发明实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是:一种含有氟环唑和肉桂醛的杀菌剂,有效成分由氟环唑和肉桂醛组成,所述的肉桂醛和氟环唑的重量比为1-5:1。
本发明还要求保护所述杀菌剂在防治水稻纹枯病上的应用。
本发明利用中药肉桂醛与杀菌剂成分混配,试验证明,在杀菌剂组分中加入肉桂醛后,能够逆转病原物对杀菌剂的抗药性,从而提高杀菌剂的防治效果,并能够大幅降低用药成本和药物残留,为农户创造更高的经济效益,同时也确保了食品安全。
具体实施方式
下面结合试验数据和实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果做进一步说明。
一室内联合毒力测定试验
为明确杀菌剂(丙环唑、丁香菌酯、多菌灵、氟环唑、咪酰胺、嘧菌酯、噻呋酰胺、四氟醚唑、戊唑醇、已唑醇、井冈霉素、苯醚甲环唑)与肉桂醛混配对水稻纹枯病菌的毒力影响,采用菌丝生长速率法进行了室内测定。
水稻纹枯病菌分离自贵港周边地区,纯化培养后经柯赫氏法则验证其致病性后将菌种接种于PDA培养基中,在25℃,90%湿度条件下培养5d,菌丝长满培养皿后用0.4cm打孔器打成菌饼用。
将肉桂醛和杀菌剂分别按有效成分重量比例1:1、2:1、5:1、10:1混合配成二元复配剂作为混剂1-混剂4,将杀菌剂单剂以及混剂1-混剂4从10ppm起按照等比梯度各稀释6个浓度,以清水处理作空白对照,制成PDA平板,设置无药剂为对照,每浓度重复3次,在无菌条件下将打好的菌饼倒置于各个处理PDA平板中央后,将平板置于25℃,90%湿度条件下培养,待菌丝生长直径达到培养皿直径50%左右时调查结果,计算抑制率,并借助DPS数据统计软件推算各个药剂处理的EC50以及复配共毒系数。由于肉桂醛单剂对于水稻纹枯病菌几乎没有影响,因此本发明在计算复配共毒系数时将肉桂醛单剂的EC50记为0,共毒系数=复配的EC50/杀菌剂单剂的EC50。统计结果如下表所示。
从上表可知:肉桂醛与丙环唑、丁香菌酯、多菌灵、氟环唑、咪酰胺、嘧菌酯、噻呋酰胺、四氟醚唑、戊唑醇、已唑醇、井冈霉素按1-5:1比例复配后对水稻纹枯病菌均有明显的增效作用,而肉桂醛与丙环唑、丁香菌酯、多菌灵、氟环唑、咪酰胺、嘧菌酯、噻呋酰胺、四氟醚唑、戊唑醇、已唑醇、井冈霉素按10:1比例复配后对水稻纹枯病菌表现出抑制作用,而肉桂醛与苯醚甲环唑按1-10:1比例复配后对水稻纹枯病菌表现出相加或抑制作用。
二大田药效试验
试验药剂
12个单剂:丙环唑、丁香菌酯、多菌灵、氟环唑、咪酰胺、嘧菌酯、噻呋酰胺、四氟醚唑、戊唑醇、已唑醇、井冈霉素、苯醚甲环唑;
12个混配剂:按照肉桂醛与杀菌剂为2:1的重量比,在上述单剂中加入肉桂醛。
试验连同空白对照共设25个处理,每个处理3次重复,75个小区,各小区随机排列。
试验方法
将上述单剂与混配剂均匀喷雾,杀菌剂单剂的有效成分用量按照常规用量使用,混剂中的杀菌剂成分用量与单剂同。药后21天调查水稻纹枯病防治结果。

从上表可知:肉桂醛与丙环唑、丁香菌酯、多菌灵、氟环唑、咪酰胺、嘧菌酯、噻呋酰胺、四氟醚唑、戊唑醇、已唑醇井、冈霉素按2:1比例复配后对水稻纹枯病的防效比单剂明显要好,而肉桂醛与苯醚甲环唑按2:1比例复配后对水稻纹枯病的防效与单剂相差不大。
Claims (2)
1.一种含有氟环唑和肉桂醛的杀菌剂,其特征在于,有效成分由氟环唑和肉桂醛组成,所述的肉桂醛和氟环唑的重量比为1-5:1。
2.权利要求1所述的杀菌剂在防治水稻纹枯病上的应用。
