Abstract
本发明公开了一种含五氟磺草胺的三元除草组合物及其应用,由第一活性成分五氟磺草胺、第二活性成分氰氟草酯和第三活性成分禾草丹及助剂组成,第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分的重量比是(0.1~90):(1~90):(1~90),优选为(0.2~50):(5~50):(5~70)。本组合物可配制成农业上允许的悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、片剂、泡腾片剂。本发明组分合理,除草效果好,用药成本低,且其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,延缓抗性,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明对水稻田杂草具有封闭和除草双重效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水稻田除草组合物,由活性成分五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹及助剂组成,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
五氟磺草胺,英文名penoxsulam,化学名称为:2-(2,2-二氟乙氧)-N-(5,8-二甲氧(1,2,4)三唑-(1,5-C)嘧啶-2-基)-6-三氟甲基-苯磺胺。是广谱性传导型除草剂,药经由茎叶、幼芽及根系吸收,通过木质部和韧皮部传导至分生组织,抑制植株生长,使生长点失绿,处理后7~14d顶芽变红、坏死,2~4周植株死亡。可有效防除禾本科杂草稗草、千金子以及一年生莎草科杂草,并对众多阔叶杂草有效,持效期长。同时,其亦可防除稻田中抗苄嘧磺隆杂草,且对许多阔叶及莎草科杂草与稗草等具有残留活性,为目前稻田用除草剂中杀草谱最广的品种。适用于水稻的旱直播田、水直播田、秧田以及抛秧、插秧栽培田。旱直播田于芽前或灌水后,水直播田于苗后早期应用;插秧栽培则在插秧后5~7d施药。施药方式可采用喷雾或拌土处理。持效期长达30~60d,一次用药能基本控制全季杂草危害。
氰氟草酯,英文名cyhalofop-butyl,化学名称为(R)-2-[4(4-氰基-2-氟苯氧基)苯氧基]-丙酸丁酯。氰氟草酯属芳氧基苯氧基丙酸类除草剂,具有内吸传导作用,对水稻具有高度安全性。由植物体的叶片和叶鞘吸收,韧皮部传导,积累于植物体的分生组织区,抵制乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACCase),使脂肪酸合成停止,细胞的生长分裂不能正常进行,膜系统等含脂结构破坏,最后导致植物死亡。从氰氟草酯被吸收到杂草死亡比较缓慢,一般需要1~3周。
禾草丹,英文名thiobencarb,又名杀草丹、灭草丹、稻草完、除田莠,化学名称为:S-[(4-氯苯基)甲基]二乙基硫代氨基甲酸酯。禾草丹为氨基甲酸酯类选择性内吸传导型土壤处理除草剂,可被杂草的根部和幼芽吸收,特别是幼芽吸收后转移到植物体内,对生长点有很强的抑制作用。禾草丹阻碍α-淀粉酶和蛋白质合成,对植物细胞的有丝分裂也有强烈抑制作用,因而导致萌发的杂草种子和萌发初期的杂草枯死。稗草吸收传导禾草丹的速度比水稻要快,而在体内降解禾草丹的速度比水稻要慢,这是形成选择性的生理基础。此类除草剂能迅速被土壤吸附,因而随水分的淋溶性小,一般分布在土层2厘米处。土壤的吸附作用减少了由蒸发和光解造成的损失。在土壤中半衰期,通气良好条件下为2~3周,厌氧条件下则为6~8月。能被土壤微生物降解,厌氧条件下被土壤微生物形成的脱氯禾草丹,能强烈地抑制水稻生长。
水稻田单一使用一种除草剂,不能完全有效的控制水稻田杂草的发生,如果用量过大,容易对当季作物或后茬作物造成残留毒害。五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹在化学类别和作用机理上均不相同,在防治水稻田杂草上差异很大。经文献检索,目前尚未发现有五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹三元复配的相关报道。
发明人经过大量的室内配方筛选和田间药效试验,发现将五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹在一定范围内进行复配后,对水稻田杂草具有封闭和除草双重效果;作用速度快,对稗草和千金子的防除效果较五氟磺草胺和氰氟草酯混剂除草速度快;较五氟磺草胺和氰氟草酯混剂,加入禾草丹,对稗草和千金子增效作用显著。三者复配扩大杂草防治谱,降低使用成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种组分合理,增效作用显著,除草效果好,杂草防治谱扩大,用药成本低,能延缓抗性,且对水稻安全的三元除草组合物。
本发明的另一目的在于提供含有五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹的除草组合物制剂剂型。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述组合物在防除水稻田杂草上的应用。
为了克服现有单一制剂的缺陷,本发明的技术方案是这样解决的,一种含有五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹的三元除草组合物,其特征在于,包括:
A)第一活性成分五氟磺草胺;
B)第二活性成分氰氟草酯;
C)第三活性成分禾草丹;
第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分的重量比为(0.1~90):(1~90):(1~90),优选为(0.2~50):(5~50):(5~70)。
本发明五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹的三元除草组合物按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制的制剂剂型是悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、片剂、泡腾片剂。
对悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、拉开粉、十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝、羧甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、甲基纤维素等中的一种或多种;防腐剂如甲醛、苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、异噻唑啉酮等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇、山梨醇、尿素、无机盐类等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
对可分散油悬浮剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐(扩散剂NNO)、TERSPERSE2020(美国亨斯迈公司HUNTSMAN出品,烷基萘磺酸盐类)等中的一种或多种;乳化剂如BY(蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚)系列乳化剂(BY-110、BY-125、BY-140)、农乳700#(通用名:烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳2201、斯盘-60#(通用名:山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯)、吐温-60#(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬脂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、农乳1601#(通用名:苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚)、TERSPERSE4894(美国亨斯迈公司出品)等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚甲醛缩合物硫酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐、TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品)等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠等中的一种或多种;分散介质如大豆油、菜籽油、小麦油、油酸甲酯、柴油、机油、矿物油等中的一种或多种。
对悬乳剂,可使用的助剂有:乳化剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙(农乳500#)、农乳700#、农乳2201、斯盘-60#、乳化剂T-60(通用名:失水山梨醇单硬酯酸酯聚氧乙烯醚)、TX-10(通用名:辛基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚)、农乳1601#、农乳600#、农乳400#等中的一种或多种;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;溶剂如邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、乙酸乙酯、苯甲酸甲酯等中的一种或多种;消泡剂如硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类、己醇、丁醇、辛醇等中的一种或多种;增稠剂如白炭黑、聚乙烯醇、膨润土、硅酸镁铝等中的一种或多种;防冻剂如乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、尿素、无机盐类如氯化钠等中的一种或多种;水为去离子水。
对可湿性粉剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯基醚嵌段共聚物、烷基萘甲醛缩合物磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;填料如硫酸铵、尿素、蔗糖、葡萄糖、硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等中的一种或多种。
对水分散粒剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;崩解剂如硫酸铵、硫酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、淀粉及其衍生物、膨润土等中的一种或多种;粘结剂如淀粉、葡萄糖、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚乙二醇、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖等中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等中的一种或多种。
对颗粒剂,可使用的助剂有:载体如粘土、高岭土、滑石、碳酸钙、玉米淀粉、硅酸铝等中的一种或多种;分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;粘合剂如聚乙烯醇、糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等中的一种或多种。
对片剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;崩解剂如硫酸铵、氯化钙、氯化钠、氯化镁、氯化铝等中的一种或多种;吸附剂如白炭黑、硅藻土、凹凸棒土、皂土、滑石粉、石膏、硫酸盐等中的一种或多种;粘结剂如淀粉、阿拉伯胶、硅酸钠、石膏、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、石蜡、沥青、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等中的一种或多种;流动调节剂如滑石粉、硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、二氧化钛、十二烷基硫酸镁、聚山梨酸酯、麦子淀粉、苯甲酸钠等中的一种或多种;稳定剂如磷酸氢二钠、丁二酸、己二酸、草酸、硼砂等中的一种或多种;填料如硅藻土、高岭土、白炭黑、轻钙、滑石粉、凹凸棒土、陶土等中的一种或多种。
对泡腾片剂,可使用的助剂有:分散剂如聚羧酸盐、木质素磺酸盐、烷基萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;润湿剂如烷基硫酸盐、烷基磺酸盐、萘磺酸盐等中的一种或多种;固体酸如柠檬酸、琥珀酸、马来酸、富马酸、酒石酸、草酸、丙二酸、苹果酸、丁二酸、已二酸、硼酸、磷酸、苯甲酸、氨基磺酸、水杨酸、谷氨酸、苯乙酸、烟酸或山梨酸等中的一种或几种;碳酸盐如碳酸钠、碳酸钾、碳酸铵、碳酸钙、碳酸锂、碳酸氢钠、碳酸氢钾、碳酸氢锂、碳酸氢三钠、碳酸氢三钾、碳酸氢三铵等中的一种或几种;粘结剂如淀粉、阿拉伯胶、硅酸钠、石膏、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇、石蜡、沥青、羧甲基纤维素钠、蔗糖、羧甲基纤维素钙、羧丙基纤维素、糊精、淀粉糊精、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等中的一种或多种;流动调节剂如滑石粉、硬脂酸、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸钡、二氧化钛、十二烷基硫酸镁、聚山梨酸酯、麦子淀粉、苯甲酸钠等中的一种或多种;固体载体如轻质碳酸钙、陶土、高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、白炭黑、粘土、凹凸棒土、滑石粉、石英沙等中的一种或多种。
本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单独施用时的活性,具有增效作用,扩大杂草防治谱、减少施药次数,降低防治成本,延缓抗性,对作物安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。本发明用于水稻田杂草具有封闭和除草双重效果,对水稻田稗草、千金子等杂草具有显著的防治效果。
具体实施方式
下面通过室内毒力测定来说明五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹复配对水稻田杂草是否有增效作用。
为了防除水稻田杂草,我们以五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹进行了相互复配的增效研究,试验方法参考《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.3—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第3部分:活性测定试验土壤喷雾法》和《中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY/T1155.7—2006农药室内生物测定试验准则除草剂第7部分:混配的联合作用测定》。
试验对象为水稻田稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、鸭舌草(Monochoriavaginalis)、异型莎草(Cyperusdifformis)。
试验采用有机质含量为2%、pH为6.8、通透性良好的过筛风干沙壤土。选择易于培养、生育期一致的稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、异型莎草种子,发芽率均在80%以上。
将试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式,使土壤完全润湿。将稗草、鸭舌草、千金子、异型莎草种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,覆土1.0cm,播种24h后进行土壤喷雾处理。
单剂及各混配药剂设置5个不同浓度梯度(在预备试验结果的基础上,根据药剂配比不同,浓度梯度设置亦有所不同,防除率在5%~90%的范围内按等比级数设定)。设清水对照,重复4次。杂草处于萌发期,从低剂量到高剂量分别进行喷雾处理。处理后置于温室内培养观察,以盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。
处理后21天计算各药剂处理的鲜重防效,通过防效的机率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的ED50值,用孙云沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC),以此来评价供试药剂对杂草的活性。
复配制剂的共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。

室内毒力测定结果表明:五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯和禾草丹以重量比为(0.1~90):(1~90):(1~90)混用对稗草、千金子、鸭舌草、异型莎草均有较好的增效作用,重量比为(0.2~50):(5~50):(5~70)时,增效作用最为显著。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1
称取15%五氟磺草胺、20%氰氟草酯、15%禾草丹、3%聚羧酸钠、2%苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、3%烷基硫酸钠、0.5%羧甲基纤维素、3%聚乙二醇、0.2%山梨酸钾、1%辛醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径D90小于10μm后制得50%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2
称取10%五氟磺草胺、10%氰氟草酯、14%禾草丹、5%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、2%烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、0.3%硅酸镁铝、0.2%膨润土、5%丙二醇、0.2%苯甲酸钠、1.5%丁醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨至粒径D90小于10μm后制得34%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬浮剂。
制剂实施例3
称取5%五氟磺草胺、15%氰氟草酯、10%禾草丹、2%T烷基萘磺酸钠、4%斯盘-60#、5%吐温-60#、4%农乳2201#、1%萘磺酸钠、0.5%白炭黑、5%丙二醇,油酸甲酯加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得30%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例4
称取20%五氟磺草胺、5%氰氟草酯、10%禾草丹、2%扩散剂NNO、3%农乳700#、8%BY-110、1%TERSPERSE2500(美国亨斯迈公司出品)、1%硅酸镁铝、3%甘油,菜籽油加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得35%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可分散油悬浮剂。
制剂实施例5
称取14%五氟磺草胺、8%氰氟草酯、16%禾草丹、5%农乳600#、5%烷基萘磺酸钠、3%乙酸乙酯、1%丙二醇、1%丁醇、1%聚乙烯醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经过高速剪切混合均匀,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得38%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬乳剂。
制剂实施例6
称取30%五氟磺草胺、5%氰氟草酯、5%禾草丹、5%农乳2201、5%聚羧酸钠、3%邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、2%甘油、1%硅油、1%膨润土,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经过高速剪切混合均匀,在球磨机中球磨2~3小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得40%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬乳剂。
制剂实施例7
称取35%五氟磺草胺、25%氰氟草酯、10%禾草丹、4%木质素磺酸钙、2%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2%十二烷基硫酸钠、3%轻钙,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得70%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例8
称取45%五氟磺草胺、5%氰氟草酯、15%禾草丹、5%脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、2%烷基酚聚氧乙烯基醚磷酸酯、2%烷基磺酸钠、5%硅藻土,陶土加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,气流粉碎后制得65%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可湿性粉剂。
制剂实施例9
称取10%五氟磺草胺、25%氰氟草酯、25%禾草丹、4%木质素磺酸钠、2%烷基萘磺酸钠、1%拉开粉BX(二丁基萘磺酸钠)、1%烷基磺酸钠、1%聚乙二醇,凹凸棒土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取60%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例10
称取6%五氟磺草胺、14%氰氟草酯、24%禾草丹、4%聚羧酸盐GY-D06、5%木质素磺酸钠、2%烷基磺酸钠、2%K-12(十二烷基硫酸钠)、3%硫酸钠、5%硫铵,陶土加至100%重量份。上述原料经常规制取水分散粒剂的方法即混合、超微气流粉碎、混合、造粒步骤制取44%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹水分散粒剂。
制剂实施例11
称取1%五氟磺草胺、2%氰氟草酯、2%禾草丹、5%烷基萘磺酸钠、3%烷基磺酸钠、3%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,滑石粉加至100%重量份。上述原料在混合缸中混合均匀,经过挤压、造粒、干燥,并经筛分步骤制得5%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹颗粒剂。
制剂实施例12
称取5%五氟磺草胺、5%氰氟草酯、7%禾草丹、5%聚羧酸钠、3%萘磺酸钠、3%聚乙烯醇,碳酸钙加至100%重量份。上述原料在混合缸中混合均匀,经过挤压、造粒、干燥,并经筛分步骤制得17%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹颗粒剂。
制剂实施例13
称取5%五氟磺草胺、10%氰氟草酯、10%禾草丹、5%十二烷基硫酸钠、6%拉开粉、4%苯甲酸钠、8%硫酸铵、5%阿拉伯胶,混合均匀,陶土加至100%重量份,在压片机中压制成片,即得25%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹片剂。
制剂实施例14
称取8%五氟磺草胺、4%氰氟草酯、3%禾草丹、5%萘磺酸钠、10%拉开粉、6%苯甲酸钠、10%凹凸棒土、8%氯化镁、5%羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀,滑石粉加至100%重量份,在压片机中压制成片,即得15%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹片剂。
制剂实施例15
称取2%五氟磺草胺、5%氰氟草酯、6%禾草丹、6%十二烷基硫酸钠、9%拉开粉、6%苯甲酸钠、15%膨润土,混合并气流粉碎至过400目筛,与经干燥粉碎过80目筛的20%柠檬酸、20%碳酸钾,混合均匀,陶土加至100%重量份,在压片机中压制成片,即得13%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹泡腾片剂。
制剂实施例16
称取3%五氟磺草胺、7%氰氟草酯、12%禾草丹、5%萘磺酸钠、10%拉开粉、6%苯甲酸钠、15%凹凸棒土,混合并气流粉碎至过400目筛,与经干燥粉碎过80目筛的15%柠檬酸、15%碳酸钙,混合均匀,硅藻土加至100%重量份,在压片机中压制成片,即得22%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹泡腾片剂。
生物实施例1:防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验。
发明人于2014年在湖南省湘潭县小泉村进行了制剂实施例2(34%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬浮剂)、制剂实施例3(30%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可分散油悬浮剂)、制剂实施例6(40%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹悬乳剂)、制剂实施例8(65%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹可湿性粉剂)、制剂实施例9(60%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹水分散粒剂)、制剂实施例11(5%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹颗粒剂)、制剂实施例13(25%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹片剂)、制剂实施例15(13%五氟磺草胺·氰氟草酯·禾草丹泡腾片剂)防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验,验证了该药剂对水稻田杂草的防治效果及对水稻的安全性。
试验作物为水稻,防治对象为水稻田一年生禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草及莎草:稗草(Echinochloacrusgalli)、千金子(Leptochloachinensis)、鸭舌草(Monochoriavaginalis)、异型莎草(Cyperusdifformis),施药时水稻播后3天,处于1叶1心期,杂草处于萌发期。试验田地势平坦,土壤肥力中等,pH值7.1。试验药剂及剂量详见表5。另设空白对照,每处理4次重复,每小区30㎡,共44个小区,小区随机区组排列。采用常规喷雾法或撒施法,喷雾时亩施药液45kg。
药后30d调查各处理杂草株防效。调查方法为每小区调查2点,每点0.25m2(0.5m×0.5m)。药效计算方法为:
其中:CK为空白对照区活草数(或鲜重);PT为处理区残存草数(或鲜重)。
表5防治水稻田杂草田间药效试验株防效
田间试验结果表明,以上8个制剂实施例用药量为100ga.i./亩,对水稻田杂草有很好的防治效果,药后30天的平均防效均明显优于25g/L五氟磺草胺可分散油悬浮剂2ga.i./亩、20%氰氟草酯可分散油悬浮剂5ga.i./亩、50%禾草丹乳油150ga.i./亩的防效。通过对药后30天差异显著性分析,五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯与禾草丹组合与其它单剂处理防效差异性显著。
安全性调查:药后7d、15d目测各处理对水稻苗的安全性。观察结果为,所有供试药剂对水稻生长安全,无褪绿、矮化等药害现象发生。
综上所述,本发明的组合物是采用三种活性成分复配方案,其活性和除草效果不是各组分活性的简单叠加,与现有的单一制剂相比,除具有显著的除草效果外,而且有显著的增效作用,制剂残留量少,对作物无污染,安全性好,符合农药制剂的安全性要求。
Claims (5)
1.一种含五氟磺草胺的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:由第一活性成分五氟磺草胺、第二活性成分氰氟草酯与第三活性成分禾草丹及助剂组成,第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分的重量比是(0.1~90):(1~90):(1~90)。
2.根据权利要求1所述含五氟磺草胺的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:第一活性成分、第二活性成分与第三活性成分的重量比是(0.2~50):(5~50):(5~70)。
3.根据权利要求1所述含五氟磺草胺的三元除草组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物剂型为悬浮剂、可分散油悬浮剂、悬乳剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、片剂、泡腾片剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述含五氟磺草胺的三元除草组合物在防治水稻田一年生禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草上的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述应用,水稻田一年生禾本科杂草是稗草、千金子,阔叶杂草是鸭舌草,莎草科杂草是异型莎草。
