Abstract
本发明公开一种除草组合物,其中各组分的重量份比为:草甘膦1~5份、盖草能1~7份、2,4-D丁酯0.5~3份、氟乐灵2~12份、载体30~70份以及表面活性剂5~17份。本发明的除草组合物,用量少、成本低、对禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草和莎草都具有良好的防治效果,残效期短、在土壤中能迅速降解,残效期短为10~15天。

技术领域
本发明公开一种除草组合物,属于除草剂的技术领域。
背景技术
除草剂(herbicide)是指可使杂草彻底地或选择地发生枯死的药剂,又称除莠剂,用以消灭或抑制植物生长的一类物质。其中的氯酸钠、硼砂、砒酸盐、三氯醋酸对于任何种类的植物都有枯死的作用,其作用受除草剂、植物和环境条件三因素的影响。按作用分为灭生性和选择性除草剂,选择性除草剂特别是硝基苯酚、氯苯酚、氨基甲酸的衍生物多数都有效。世界除草剂发展渐趋平稳,主要发展高效、低毒、广谱、低用量的品种,对环境污染小的一次性处理剂逐渐成为主流。

除草剂可按作用方式、施药部位、化合物来源等多方面分类。
根据作用方式分类
(1)选择性除草剂:除草剂对不同种类的苗木,抗性程度也不同,此药剂可以杀死杂草,而对苗木无害。如盖草能、氟乐灵、扑草净、西玛津、果尔除草剂等。
(2)灭生性除草剂:除草剂对所有植物都有毒性,只要接触绿色部分,不分苗木和杂草,都会受害或被杀死。主要在播种前、播种后出苗前、苗圃主副道上使用。如草甘膦等。
根据除草剂在植物体内的移动情况分类
(1)触杀型除草剂:药剂与杂草接触时,只杀死与药剂接触的部分,起到局部的杀伤作用,植物体内不能传导。只能杀死杂草的地上部分,对杂草的地下部分或有地下茎的多年生深根性杂草,则效果较差。如除草醚、百草枯等。
(2)内吸传导型除草剂:药剂被根系或叶片、芽鞘或茎部吸收后,传导到植物体内,使植物死亡。如草甘膦、扑草净等。
(3)内吸传导、触杀综合型除草剂:具有内吸传导、触杀型双重功能,如杀草胺等。
根据化学结构分类
(1)无机化合物除草剂:由天然矿物原料组成,不含有碳素的化合物,如氯酸钾、硫酸铜等。
(2)有机化合物除草剂:主要由苯、醇、脂肪酸、有机胺等有机化合物合成。如醚类—果尔、均三氮苯类—扑草净、取代脲类-除草剂一号、苯氧乙酸类—2甲4氯、吡啶类—盖草能、二硝基苯胺类—氟乐灵、酰胺类—拉索、有机磷类—草甘膦、酚类—五氯酚钠等。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种除草组合物,该组合物由以下重量份的组分组成,草甘膦、盖草能、2,4-D丁酯、氟乐灵、载体以及表面活性剂。
上述除草组合物最后配置成可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
进一步地,上述除草组合物中各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦1~5份、盖草能1~7份、2,4-D丁酯0.5~3份、氟乐灵2~12份、载体30~70份以及表面活性剂5~17份。
优选的,上述除草组合物中各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦1~4份、盖草能2~5份、2,4-D丁酯1~2.5份、氟乐灵3~10份、载体35~65份以及表面活性剂7~15份。
优选的,上述除草组合物中各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦2.5份、盖草能4份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵7份、载体60份以及表面活性剂7份。
优选的,上述除草组合物中各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦2份、盖草能3份、2,4-D丁酯1.5份、氟乐灵5份、载体55份以及表面活性剂10份。
优选的,上述除草组合物中各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦3.5份、盖草能3.5份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵6份、载体65份以及表面活性剂13份。
上述除草组合物中载体为固体或液体载体。
上述除草组合物中表面活性剂为湿润剂、分散剂或乳化剂。
上述除草组合物中表面活性剂为季铵盐衍生物、环氧乙烷与壬基-或辛基苯酚的缩合物、环氧乙烷、硫酸酯及磺酸酯及磺酸的碱金属及碱土金属盐。
上述除草剂中载体为硅酸铝、滑石粉、煅烧氧化镁、硅藻土、二磷酸三钙、吸附炭墨、高岭土和膨润土的陶土。
上述除草剂中载体为水、苯乙酮、环己酮、异佛尔酮、甲苯、二甲苯及矿物油。
上述除草剂中草甘膦可用剂型为:30%、46%水剂、30%、50%、65%、70%可溶粉剂;74.7%、88.8%草甘膦铵盐可溶粒剂和98%、95%草甘膦原药。
草甘膦的作用原理:内吸传导型广谱灭生性除草剂。主要抑制植物体内的烯醇丙酮基莽草素磷酸合成酶,从而抑制莽草素向苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸及色氨酸的转化,使蛋白质合成受到干扰,导致植物死亡。对于稗、狗尾草、看麦娘、牛筋草、马唐、猪殃殃等一年生杂草,用药量以有效成分计为6~10.5g/100m。对车前子、小飞蓬、鸭跖草等用药量以有效成分计为11.4~15g/100m。对白茅、硬骨草、芦苇等则需18~30g/100m,对杂草茎叶均匀定向喷雾。
对于稗、狗尾草、看麦娘、牛筋草、马唐、苍耳、藜、繁缕、猪殃殃等、车前草、小飞蓬、鸭跖草、双穗雀稗草、白茅、芦苇、香附子、水蓼、狗牙根、蛇莓、刺儿菜等均有效,每亩用10%水剂1200-2000克。一般阔叶杂草在萌芽早期或开花期,禾本科在拔节晚期或抽穗早期每亩用药量兑水20-30公斤喷雾。已割除茎叶的植株应待杂草丙生至有足够的新生叶片时再施药。防除多年生杂草时一次药量分2次,间隔5天施用能提高防效。
除草剂的最佳使用时间为3~5叶期,除草的效果≥94%。
对于多年生恶性杂草,如白茅、香附子等,在第一次用药后1个月再施加一次药,才能达到理想的防治效果。在晴天或高温时用药效果好,喷药后4~6小时内遇见雨水应补喷。
本发明中盖草能是一种速效安全的除草剂,适用于阔叶作物、禾本科杂草,对于油菜、大豆、花生、棉花、甘蓝、西瓜、马铃薯、甜菜、豌豆、茄子、辣椒、胡萝卜、萝卜、白菜、芹菜、胡椒、南瓜、黄瓜、莴苣、菠菜、番茄。防除多种禾本科杂草,杀草谱广;使用的有效时间为杂草出苗后施药,施药适期宽。即使在不利的环境下用药,仍有较好的防效。在5~25℃都比较稳定。对于油菜田杂草为看麦娘、网草、硬草、棒头草;对于大豆、花生、棉花、甘蓝、西瓜、马铃薯田杂草:马唐、野黍、狗尾草、牛筋草、狗牙根、野燕麦、芦苇等。其主要是通过内吸传到,由叶片、茎杆和根系吸收;在植物体内一直脂肪酸合成,使细胞生长分裂停止、细胞膜含脂结构被破坏,导致杂草死亡。在杂草3~5叶期用药,防效高用药省;对于5叶以上及分蘖盛期的大龄禾本杂草,适当增加用药量,也能达到理想防效。
本发明中2,4-D丁酯是一种选择性很强而有内吸传导作用的除草剂。对棉花、大豆、马铃薯等有药害。主要防除禾本科作物田中单子叶杂草,莎草及某些恶性杂草。
本发明的氟乐灵适用于大豆、棉花、小麦、旱稻、甘蔗、甜菜、向日葵、番茄、甘蓝、菜豆、胡萝卜、芹菜、香菜等40多种作物及果园、林业苗圃、花卉、草坪、种植园等防除稗草、野燕麦、狗尾草、马唐、牛筋草、碱茅、千金子、早熟禾、看麦娘、藜、苋、繁缕、猪毛菜、宝盖草、马齿苋等一年生禾本科杂草及部分双子叶杂草。适用范围:适用于棉花、大豆、油菜、花生、土豆、冬小麦、大麦、向日葵、胡萝卜、甘蔗、番茄、茄子、辣椒、卷心菜、花菜、芹菜及果园、桑园、瓜类等作物。氟乐灵不能用在玉米上,玉米会出现生长减缓等药害症状。
严格掌握作物对除草剂的敏感性。不同的作物对除草剂的敏感程度各异,如果不根据作物对除草剂的敏感性选用药剂,即便使用的是对农作物安全的除草剂,有时也易产生药害。一般防除阔叶杂草的除草剂对双子叶作物敏感,防除禾本科杂草的除草剂对禾本科作物敏感。例如,2,4-D丁酯、二甲四氯等对阔叶杂草效果好,但对阔叶农作物如棉花、油菜、瓜类、豆类、花生、马铃薯、烟草等很敏感,容易产生药害。
本发明的组合物可以广泛用于禾本作物,有效防除稗草、狗尾草、看麦娘、牛筋草、马唐、猪殃殃、车前子、小飞蓬、鸭跖草、白茅、硬骨草、芦苇;网草、棒头草、野黍、狗牙根、野燕麦;碱茅、千金子、早熟禾、藜、苋、繁缕、猪毛菜、宝盖草、马齿苋。
本发明的上述除草剂适用于油菜、花生、棉花、甘蓝、西瓜、甜菜、豌豆、茄子、辣椒、胡萝卜、萝卜、白菜、芹菜、胡椒、南瓜、黄瓜、莴苣、菠菜、番茄;小麦、旱稻、甘蔗、向日葵、菜豆、香菜、花生、冬小麦、大麦、番茄、辣椒、卷心菜、花菜、芹菜及果园、桑园、瓜类等作物。
本发明中湿润剂又称润湿剂,是农药助剂之一,能使不溶于水或不为水湿润的固体农药被水浸湿的物质。其主要作用是降低水的表面张力或界面张力,使固体表面能被水所润湿。可使不溶于水的农药,兑水后配成悬浮液使用,并能使药液在作物、虫体和病菌体表上湿润和展开,从而提高防治效果,减少药害的发生。常用的湿润剂如茶枯、洗衣粉、拉开粉。
优选的,上述湿润剂为拉开粉。
分散剂(Dispersant)是一种在分子内同时具有亲油性和亲水性两种相反性质的界面活性剂。可均一分散那些难于溶解于液体的无机,有机颜料的固体及液体颗粒,同时也能防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚,形成安定悬浮液所需的两亲性试剂。其主要是使体系均匀,悬浮性能增加,不沉淀,使整个体系物化性质一样。
乳化剂是能够改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质。乳化剂是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量。
本发明提供的一种除草组合物,用量少、成本低、对禾本科杂草有良好的防治效果,残效期短、在土壤中能迅速降解,残效期短为10~15天。
具体实施方式
实施例1
草甘膦2份、盖草能2份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵6份、载体35份以及表面活性剂5份。

草甘膦3.5份、盖草能4份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵10份、载体70份以及表面活性剂12份。
实施例3
草甘膦2.5份、盖草能5份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵10份、载体65份以及表面活性剂11份。
采用上述实施例制备得到的除草剂适用于油菜中杂草,杂草除去率高达95%,最后随期检测,除草剂在土壤中能迅速降解,残效期为7天。
Claims (9)
1.一种除草组合物,其特征在于:其由以下重量份的组分组成,草甘膦、盖草能、2,4-D丁酯、氟乐灵、载体以及表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述除草组合物最后配置成可湿性粉剂或水分散粒剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦1~5份、盖草能1~7份、2,4-D丁酯0.5~3份、氟乐灵2~12份、载体30~70份以及表面活性剂5~17份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦1~4份、盖草能2~5份、2,4-D丁酯1~2.5份、氟乐灵3~10份、载体35~65份以及表面活性剂7~15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦2.5份、盖草能4份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵7份、载体60份以及表面活性剂7份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦2份、盖草能3份、2,4-D丁酯1.5份、氟乐灵5份、载体55份以及表面活性剂10份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述各组分的重量份组成为:草甘膦3.5份、盖草能3.5份、2,4-D丁酯2份、氟乐灵6份、载体65份以及表面活性剂13份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述上述除草组合物中载体为固体或液体载体。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种除草组合物,其特征在于:上述除草组合物中表面活性剂为湿润剂、分散剂或乳化剂。
