Abstract
本发明公开一种杀虫组合物,属于农药学技术领域。本发明的一种杀虫剂组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成,苦参碱0.3~3份、博落回0.5~2份、乌头碱0.1~1份、马钱子碱1~3.5份、巴豆毒素0.2~1.5份、烟草碱1~3.5份、甲维盐0.5~2份。上述农药的活性成分加入润湿剂、悬浮稳定剂、文散剂等辅料以制备成不同剂型的农药。本发明的植物源杀虫剂中所选植物为自然界普遍存在的物质、自然界已经形成很好的降解基质,对农作物无药害、无残留、不污染环境和农作物,对害虫杀伤作用强,安全性高,防效好且成本低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治水稻纵卷叶螟的组合物,尤其是涉及一种具有触杀性、胃毒性和杀卵作用的防治水稻纵卷叶螟的组合物,及其制剂,该组合物包含有甲维盐和吡丙醚两种活性成分,属于农药技术领域。
本发明涉及一种杀虫剂,特别涉及一种从多种植物中提取有效成份而制备的植物源杀虫剂。
背景技术。
现有技术的杀虫剂多为化学农药,其药效低,残毒期长,严重影响作物生长环境和人畜健康。农药是一类特殊的化学品,它既能防治农林病虫害,也会对人畜产生危害。因此,农药的使用,一方面造福于人类,另一方面也给人类赖以生存的环境带来危害,由于大量施用化学农药,空气、水源、土壤和食物受到了污染,毒物积累在家畜和人体当中引起中毒等。而且,长期使用某些化学农药也会使害虫产生抗药性,有抗药性的害虫目前已有417种。据文献报道,农药利用率一般为10%,约90%的余量残留在环境中,造成对环境的污染。大量农药挥发到空气中、流入水体中、沉降聚集在土壤中,污染农畜渔果产品,并通过食物链的富集作用转移到人体内,对人体产生危害。高效剧毒的农药,毒性大,且在环境中残留的时间长,当人畜食用了含有残留农药的食物时,就会造成积累性中毒。这类危害往往要经过较长时间的积累才显示出症状,它又是通过食物链的富集作用,最后才进入人体,不易及时发现,因此,一般不为人们所重视,而且这类污染范围广,危害的人数多,在许多情况下,是人类自已在毒害自己,所以说,这类危害更加危险。
农药一旦进入环境,其毒性、高残留特性便会发生效应,造成严重的大气、水体及土壤的污染,从而给人类健康带来危害。当有毒农药施用在农作物、蔬菜和果树上时,残留在作物表面上的农药,由于脂溶性强,很容易渗入作物表皮的蜡质层,以致很难完全清洗掉。如果以这些受污染的粮食、蔬菜做牲畜的饲料,则残留的农药就会转移到肉类、乳类和蛋品中引起污染,最终随食物进入人体。农药还会随农田的灌溉水排入江河,以致农药存留于耐药性强的水生植物中,随后经过复杂的生物化学循环而在鸟类、鱼类和水禽体中积累起来,随着食物链的营养层次逐渐富集和转移,最终进入人体,引起慢性中毒,甚至导致癌症。农药主要是通过食物链进入人体,在脂肪和肝脏中累积,从而影响正常的生理活动。
因此,有必要提出一种新型的植物杀虫剂,对农作物无药害、无残留、不污染环境及农产品,对人畜也安全,且尤其适合柑桔类害虫的杀虫剂。
发明内容
本发明公开一种植物杀虫剂组合物,其中有效成分为:苦参碱、博落回、乌头碱、马钱子碱、巴豆毒素、烟草碱、甲维盐。
上述植物源杀虫剂中各组分的重量份比为:苦参碱0.3~3份、博落回0.5~2份、乌头碱0.1~1份、马钱子碱1~3.5份、巴豆毒素0.2~1.5份、烟草碱1~3.5份、甲维盐0.5~2份。
具体地,上述植物源杀虫剂中各组分的重量份比为:苦参碱0.5~2.5份、博落回0.8~1.5份、乌头碱0.2~0.8份、马钱子碱1.5~3份、巴豆毒素0.4~1.2份、烟草碱1.2~3.0份、甲维盐0.7~1.8份。
具体地,上述植物源杀虫剂中各组分的重量份比为:苦参碱0.8~2份、博落回1.0~1.2份、乌头碱0.3~0.7份、马钱子碱1.8~2.5份、巴豆毒素0.5~1.0份、烟草碱1.5~2.5份、甲维盐0.8~1.5份。
具体地,上述植物源杀虫剂中各组分的重量份比为:苦参碱1.5份、博落回1.2份、乌头碱0.5份、马钱子碱2份、巴豆毒素0.6份、烟草碱2份、甲维盐1.2份。
具体地,上述植物源杀虫剂中各组分的重量份比为:苦参碱1.0份、博落回1.1份、乌头碱0.6份、马钱子碱2.3份、巴豆毒素0.8份、烟草碱2.2份、甲维盐1.3份。
具体地,上述植物源杀虫剂加入溶剂、分散剂以及农药制剂可接受的辅料以制备成不同的剂型。
进一步地,上述农药剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、粒剂或水剂。
具体地,上述重量份组成的植物源杀虫剂的活性成分占杀虫剂总重量的0.5%~10%。
上述粉剂加入辅料为滑石粉、黏土、高岭土、硅藻土、酸性白土。
上述可湿性粉剂所用的辅料为润湿剂、悬浮稳定剂、分散剂。
上述乳油是将农药原药按比例溶解在有机溶剂(甲苯、二甲苯)中,加入一定量的农药专用乳化剂,如烷基苯磺酸钙和非离子等乳化剂配制成透明均相液体。其一般活性成分含量为40%-50%,乳油使用方便,加入稀释成一定比例的乳状液即可。乳油中含有乳化剂,有利于雾滴在农作物、虫体和病菌上粘附与展着。施药且沉积效果比较好,持续期较长,药效好。
悬浮剂又称胶悬剂,是将固体农药原药分散于水中的制剂,兼具乳油和可湿性粉剂的一些特点,没有有机溶剂产生的易燃性和药害问题,悬浮剂有效成分粒子很细,一般粒为1-5微米,粘附于植物表面比较牢固,耐雨水冲刷,药效较高;适用于各种喷洒方式。
具体地,在制备上述各种不同的制剂性农药时加入缓释剂、助剂。
缓释剂为粘附控制释放剂、吸附颗粒剂、空心纤维剂、微胶囊等极性。
上述助剂为润湿剂、乳化剂、溶剂或填充剂。
本发明的植物源杀虫剂,所述苦参碱由苦参中提取,博落回活性成分提取自博落回,烟草碱由烟草中提取,乌头碱由川乌、草乌或/和一支蒿中提取,马钱子碱由马钱子中提取,巴豆毒素由巴豆中提取。
苦参碱是一种植物源农药,具有特定性、天然性的特点,只对特定的生物产生作用,在大自然中能迅速分解,最终产物为二氧化碳和水。其次苦参碱是对有害生物具有活性的植物内源化学物质,成分不是单一的,而是化学结构相近的多组和化学结构不相近的多组的结合,相辅相成,共同发挥作用。然后苦参碱因为多种化学物质共同作用,使其不易导致有害物产生抗药性,能长期使用。除此之外,对相应的害虫不会直接完全毒杀,而是控制害虫生物种群数量不会严重影响到该植物种群的生产和繁衍。苦参碱,是天然植物农药,害虫一旦触及本药,即麻痹神经中枢,继而使虫体蛋白质凝固,增死虫体气孔,使害虫窒息而死,对人、畜低毒,是广谱杀虫剂,具有触杀和胃毒作用。对各种作物上的菜青虫、蚜虫、红蜘蛛等害虫有明显的防治效果。
博落回根含血根碱(sanguinarine),白屈菜红碱(chelerythrine),原阿片碱(protopine),α-别隐品碱(α-allocryp-toPine),博落回碱(bocconine)即是白屈菜玉红碱(chelirubine),氧化血根碱(oxysanguinarine),博落回醇碱(bocconoline),去氢碎叶紫堇碱(dehydrocheilanthifoline)。博落回的全草中含原阿片碱,原阿片碱-N-氧化物(protopine-N-oxide),α-别隐品碱,黄连碱(coptisine),小檗碱(berberine),刻叶紫堇明碱(corysamine)。果实中含血根碱,白屈菜红碱,原阿片碱,α-别隐品碱及β-别隐品碱。小果博落回地上部分含血根碱,白屈菜红碱,原阿片碱,隐品碱(cryptopine),别隐品碱(allocryptopine)和博落回碱。
乌头碱,能使心率减慢,脉搏柔软而弱,血压微降,可抑制呼吸中枢,使呼吸减慢,对局部皮肤黏膜的感觉神经末梢先兴奋、瘙痒、烧灼感,继以麻痹,知觉丧失。
马钱子碱,可使中枢神经系统兴奋。首先增强脊髓反射兴奋性,使之反射亢进。其次兴奋延髓的呼吸中枢及血管运动中枢,并提高大脑皮质感觉中枢(视、听、嗅)的敏感性。
巴豆毒素的药理作用是:1、对蛋白质合成的影响巴豆毒素能影响延长因子1和2与核蛋白体的相互作用,抑制氨酰基位上新肽的形成,阻碍移位反应,从而抑制蛋白质的合成。2、对血液的作用巴豆毒素对红细胞的作用,种属差异较大。对人、马、豚鼠及猫的红细胞几乎没有作用,巴豆毒素是一种蛋白质,遇热则失去活性。
烟草碱,是低毒强力植物杀虫剂的主要原料,烟碱在商业上用作杀虫剂以及兽医药剂中寄生虫的驱除剂。烟碱剧毒,致死剂量为40mg,可防治小麦、棉花、蔬菜、烟叶、水果、稻谷等多种农作物的蚜虫、螟蛾、稻飞虱、晚稻枯心病、地蚕、红蜘蛛等农业、园艺上的生产病虫害。
本发明的提取物通过酒精浸泡、索氏提取等方法提取,种子类最好是当年采收的成熟果实,皮、根、径、叶是当年采收的新干品。
甲维盐(Emamectinbenzoate,化学名称为4′-表-甲胺基-4′-脱氧甲维盐苯甲酸盐),是阿维菌素B1a的结构修饰产物,是一种新型、高效、低毒、环保型抗生素类杀虫杀螨剂,主要以胃毒作用为主,其主要通过作用昆虫GABA受体而表现出杀虫作用。甲维盐对稻纵卷叶螟低龄幼虫表现出很高的活性,速效性也较好,但持效期较短。
甲维盐与阿维菌素比较首先杀虫活性提高了3个数量级,对鳞翅目昆虫的幼虫和其它许多害虫的活性极高,既有胃毒作用又兼触杀作用,在非常低的剂量(0.084~2g/ha)下具有很好的效果,而且在防治害虫的过程中对益虫没有伤害,有利于对害虫的综合防治,另外扩大了杀虫谱,降低了对人畜的毒性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的植物源杀虫剂,毒性大,属杀虫、杀螨兼用农药,有触杀功能、胃毒功能、拒食功能、抑制害虫生长发育功能。乌头碱具有强力麻醉作用,抑制害虫的神经系统,中断害虫的神经传递;马钱子碱刺激害虫的皮肤,使皮肤黏膜感觉神经呈现兴奋状态,产生瘙痒与灼热感,继以麻醉害虫,使害虫失去知觉;巴豆油的强烈刺激性能损伤虫体表皮,破坏虫体的几丁质;巴豆毒素能抑制虫体乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,致害虫死亡;烟碱通过选择性控制昆虫神经系统烟碱型乙酰胆碱酯酶受体,阻断害虫中枢神经系统的传导,从而导致害虫出现麻痹进而死亡;因其所选植物都是自然界普遍存在的,自然界的微生物早已对其形成了降解机制,对农作物无要害、无残留、不污染环境及农产品,不杀天敌,对哺乳动物无致畸、致癌、致突变的危害,对害虫杀伤作用强,高效安全,防效好且成本低廉。尤其适合用于柑桔害虫的防治。
有鉴于此,本发明的植物源杀虫剂,其所选植物都是自然界普遍存在的,自然界的微生物早已对其形成了降解机制,对农作物无药害、无残留、不污染环境及农产品,对害虫杀伤作用强,安全性高,防效好且成本低廉。尤其适合用于柑桔害虫红蜘蛛、介壳虫、柑桔潜叶蛾等的防治。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
将各成份均匀混合制成杀虫剂,经稀释后喷洒于10亩柑桔林,间隔7天后再喷洒一次,试验证明,柑桔整个生长期没有发现红蜘蛛、介壳虫、柑桔潜叶蛾等柑桔害虫;对成熟果实的检测鉴定未发现任何药物残留对土壤的检测结果为土壤脱氢酶活性未降低。
实施例1
一种杀虫剂组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成,苦参碱1.0份、博落回1.1份、乌头碱0.6份、马钱子碱2.3份、巴豆毒素0.8份、烟草碱2.2份、甲维盐1.3份。
实施例2
一种杀虫剂组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成,苦参碱2.0份、博落回0.8份、乌头碱0.7份、马钱子碱2.0份、巴豆毒素1.2份、烟草碱2.0份、甲维盐1.5份。
实施例3
一种杀虫剂组合物,由以下重量份的组分组成,苦参碱0.5、博落回1.2份、乌头碱0.7份、马钱子碱2.5份、巴豆毒素1.0份、烟草碱2.0份、甲维盐1.5份。
上述实施例1~3各组组成的植物源杀虫剂加以辅料,分别配置成乳油、悬浮剂和水剂,喷洒在作物上,杀虫率高达92%以上,其中上述乳油、悬浮剂或水剂中植物源活性成分含量为5%~7%。
