技术领域
本发明涉及苗木培育技术领域,具体涉及一种榉树扦插育苗生根剂。
背景技术
榉树(Zelkovaschneideriana)属于榆科(Ulmaceaefamily)榉属(Zelkova),落叶大乔木,分布于地中海东部至亚洲东部,约10个物种。具有树龄长,抗风、抗早、病虫害少、材质优良等特点。榉树木材致密坚硬,纹理美观,不易伸缩与挠曲,耐腐性强,是造船、桥梁以及生产各类高档家具和工艺品的上等木材,属于高档的硬阔叶用材树种。茎皮含纤维,且含量较多,是制造人造棉、绳索和造纸的原料。树根根系发达,能够固持水土,保养水源,改善土壤透气性和结构,是很好的水土保持树种。树形优美,树冠冠幅大,叶色季相变化丰富,因而又是深受人们喜爱的传统色叶园林树种和重要的园林绿化景观树种。由于榉树具有较高经济、生态和景观利用价值,且现存榉树资源非常紧缺,在第一批《国家重点保护野生植物名录》中,榉树被列为国家二级重点保护的野生植物。
植物促根剂的选择应用,是提高林木扦插成活率的关键技术之一。常用的外源生根剂种类有萘乙酸、吲哚丁酸(IBA)、ABT生根粉。ABT生根粉对榉树扦插生根促进效果不显著,萘乙酸对榉树扦插生根的促进作用不如IBA。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种配制简单,加速榉树生根,提高成活率,提高抗病性的榉树扦插育苗生根剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种榉树扦插育苗生根剂,由以下重量份数的组分制成:ABT生根粉35-50份、马齿苋提取液1.5-2.5份、复硝酚钠2-4份、薄荷根干粉2-4份、紫薯秧干粉2-4份、菊花提取物0.4-0.6份、苯甲酸1-2份、芸苔素0.5-1.5份、皂素1-2份、螯合锌4-6份、低钠盐0.4-0.6份、腐殖酸1.5-2.5份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.4-0.6份、米醋1.5-2.5份、茶皂素1.5-2.5份、海藻微粉1.5-2.5份、中性蛋白酶0.4-0.6份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂4-6份、L-谷氨酸0.3-0.5份。制备时将上述组分混匀,在榉树扦插时,将榉树苗根部沾上生根剂再进行扦插即可,能够加快榉树生根,提高成活率。
各组分的较佳重量份数为:ABT生根粉40份、马齿苋提取液2份、复硝酚钠3份、薄荷根干粉3份、紫薯秧干粉3份、菊花提取物0.5份、苯甲酸1.5份、芸苔素1份、皂素1.5份、螯合锌5份、低钠盐0.5份、腐殖酸2份、山嵛酸甘油酯0.5份、米醋2份、茶皂素2份、海藻微粉2份、中性蛋白酶0.5份、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂5份、L-谷氨酸0.4份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明榉树扦插育苗生根剂能提早生根时间,能提高生根效率,经本发明榉树扦插育苗生根剂处理的榉树穗条,在扦插后第22天左右腋芽开始萌动,穗条萌芽后3天内穗条下切口开始出现少量愈伤组织;随着气温升高,扦插后第40天左右腋芽全部萌动并长出幼叶,并且约有80%插穗生成愈伤组织;经处理的插穗以愈伤生根为主,插穗的生根呈密集爆发式,根系数量较多,侧根发达,甚至上百条。

实施例1
一种榉树扦插育苗生根剂,由以下重量的组分制成ABT生根粉40公斤、马齿苋提取液2公斤、复硝酚钠3公斤、薄荷根干粉3公斤、紫薯秧干粉3公斤、菊花提取物0.5公斤、苯甲酸1.5公斤、芸苔素1公斤、皂素1.5公斤、螯合锌5公斤、低钠盐0.5公斤、腐殖酸2公斤、山嵛酸甘油酯0.5公斤、米醋2公斤份、茶皂素2公斤、海藻微粉2公斤、中性蛋白酶0.5公斤、25%多菌灵可湿性粉剂5公斤、L-谷氨酸0.4公斤。制备时将上述组分混匀,在榉树扦插时,将榉树苗根部沾上生根剂再进行扦插即可。经本发明榉树扦插育苗生根剂处理的榉树穗条,在扦插后第22天左右腋芽开始萌动,穗条萌芽后3天内穗条下切口开始出现少量愈伤组织;随着气温升高,扦插后第40天左右腋芽全部萌动并长出幼叶,并且约有80%插穗生成愈伤组织;经处理的插穗以愈伤生根为主,插穗的生根呈密集爆发式,根系数量较多,侧根发达,甚至上百条。
