Abstract

Description

空心物体吹制机
本发明涉及一个用热塑性材料的毛坯吹制空心物体的机器,本发明特别用于吹制双轴导向的热塑性材料容器,例如瓶子或小香水瓶。
用注塑方式获得的毛坯生产双轴导向热塑性材料的瓶子的方法是已广为人知的。
毛坯的形状一般是一端封闭的管子,其开口端装有一个环,这个环的底部往往还有一个与其配合的环,形成一个法兰凸边的环。除了这两个环以外,毛坯的其余部分将在成型过程中膨胀,称为拉——吹过程。
为此,制成的毛坯在拉——吹成型之前必须进行适当的热处理,以使毛坯的材料具有成形所需的温度和使其分子有适当的方向。这种热处理取决于最终产品的特性,如强度,透明度等。
瓶子的成型过程一般为:一个模子包在毛坯的外面,将一个吹管从毛坯的开口端插入,用压力吹制方法实现拉伸和膨胀。
按这种生产工艺设计的机器一般是排成一列,这就限制了模子的数量而模子的数量又影响着生产率。
所以,人们设想了一种能够提高生产率的旋转式机器。
这类为人们所熟知的机器一般是由一个供料机构,一个毛坯预热器和一个用于吹制成型的轮组成的。预热器的形状一般是旋转式的,更具体地说,可以是一个轮。例如在FR-A-2510470中所描述的成型机。
这类机器还有一个传送机构,用于将毛坯从预热器送到成型轮,并将成型的产品运走,或者还可以(向预热器)供料。
对于这种机器,成型的模子及其附属机构的相对来说较重,装有许多模子的轮的质量对于轮子的运动来说是太大了。
在吹制(没有拉伸)成型方面,人们也设想了如US-A-2,792,593那样的机器,它有一个毛坯预热器和弧形排列的固定成型工位。
在这个机器中,预热器的形状为一个圆弧形的隧道,在隧道中,毛坯用一个旋转小车移动,模子处在直径与毛坯所处圆弧直径相同并同心的圆弧上。
另外,在这个机器中,成型的产品在移到运走位置之前在模子中冷却。
很明显,这种机器不可能连续生产。另外,由于预热器的体积,使得成型工位的数量受到限制。
发明者研究并设计了一种能连续生产的机器,它利用了旋转式机器的优点又克服了运动质量过大的缺陷。
根据本发明,上述机器至少有一个毛坯预热器,一组按圆弧排列的固定成型工位。这个机器的特点为每个成型工位上都有将成型产品卸下的机构,并有一个用于在预热器和成型工位之间运送加热毛坯的旋转运送装置。
由于成型工位是固定的,需要旋转移动的只是控制凸轮,其重量可以忽略,而不是象目前的设备那样整个成型工位移动而控制凸轮固定。同时我们可以设置很多成型工位并连续工作。
而不是象前面提到的美国专利那样。
一个本发明的实例的特点在于预热器和成型工位之间的传送装置是一个与排列成型工位的圆弧同轴的轮子,在轮子上装有均匀分布在圆周上的毛坯夹持机构。用于拿起加热的毛坯,并将其放入成型工位的受料机构中。
例如,毛坯夹持机构可以设在径向伸出的臂的端部。不过,这不是必需的,这种形式不是唯一的,传送装置也可以(例如)是星形的。
传送装置上的毛坯夹持机构的数量数倍于成型工位的数量。
传送装置最好能从预热器中一个接一个地将毛坯取出。当每个成型工位前都有一个装有毛坯的夹持机构时,它同时将毛坯装入每个成型工位的受料机构中。成型和卸料过程在传送装置旋转并使另一组夹持的毛坯就位时完成。
另外,成型工位的连续和同步控制至少有一部分是由一个与传送装置旋转方向相反的凸轮实现的,这样,毛坯的成型顺序是从预热器到成型工位距离最长的毛坯开始。这样可以保证毛坯的稳定时间和热状态相同。
本发明一个特殊实例的特点是每个成型工位有数个装毛坯的模子。为此设有能够向设有受料机构的成型工位同时提供毛坯的旋转式传送机构。传送机构完成上料所转动的次数等于成型工位中的模子数。
预热器可以有任意的形状,线形,U形或圆形;旋转的预热器中,有一个放置要加热和分配的毛坯的轮子,发明者建议轮式预热器的轮子的位置使毛坯排列的圆与传送装置的夹持机构构成的圆相切。并反向旋转。
通过下面的描述和附图可以很好的理解本发明。

作为例子的实例主要有三个装置:一个毛坯预热器(I),一个传送机构(II)和一个毛坯成型机构,后者有一组成型工位(III),在本例中有6个工位(1a-1f),每个工位有一个模子。当然,工位和模子的数量可以根据需要变化,此时装置(I)和(II)也应相应地变动。
如图中显示的那样,工位1a到1f是固定地成圆弧形排列。
预热器(I)有一个绕轴(3)逆时针旋转的轮(2),它由,例如马达(14),驱动。
轮(2)上有许多用于装毛坯(6,6’)的芯棒(5,5’)。毛坯除随芯棒(5,5’)旋转外,还绕自身旋转。
在临近轮(2)的圆周处加热毛坯的固定红外线加热炉成圆弧形排列。
毛坯由分配器(8)送入导轨(9),在导轨(9)的端部有一个星形的供料器(10),将毛坯放上轮子(2)。
从分配器(8)送到轮子(2)上的毛坯旋转着从炉子(7)前面通过。
很清楚,预热器可以是其它形状的,如前面提到的U形。
如图所示,传送装置(II)上有许多从一个轮上径向伸出的臂(11),该轮与成型工位(1a-1f)的圆弧同心。臂(11)的端部装有毛坯夹持机构(11’)。
现在我们可以注意到,臂(11)的个数是成型工位数的两倍(12个)。但它可以是成型工位数的其它整数倍。在本实例中用了臂,传送装置也可以是星形或其它形状,夹持机构分布在一个圆上。
传送装置(II)以相反的方向与预热器同步转动。转动轴为(12),它通过在轮子(2)的轴(3)上的齿轮(13’)(图1)和有齿皮带(13)由马达(14)驱动。
图示的控制凸轮(15)的转动方向与传送装置(II)的臂(11)相反,即与预热器(I)的轮(2)方向一致,并由皮带(15’)驱动(图1)。
凸轮(15)是用于控制成型工位(1a-1f)的各种操作。
每个成型工位上有:
——一个模子(16)和有锁紧机构(16’)的模子座;
——用于传送瓶子和毛坯的夹子(17)(图2);
——一个吹气和预吹气吹管(18)(图1);
——一个可换的底面(1 9);
——支持盘(20);
——卸下制成的瓶子(22)的导向装置(21);
——接受毛坯的受料装置。
由于成型工位是固定的,则吹管的供气,预吹制和吹制,以及供水冷却均简化了。生产过程就比较简单和不那么昂贵。
凸轮(15)可以连续和同步的启动各个成型工位的各种工序;特别是:

毛坯(6,6’,..)从(毛坯)分配器(8)通过(9,10)移动到轮子(2)上,轮上有芯棒(5,5’,..)。
然后,毛坯被有臂(11)的传送装置(II)从轮(2)上运送到成型工位(III)。
为此,每个臂(11)上夹持了毛坯的机构(11’)移动到对应的成型工位的收料机构(23)处。
然后,夹子(17)将毛坯送到模子(16)中,同时夹子(17)将吹制好的产品送到椭圆的卸料导轨上,那里可以设置气动的运输或移动机构将制成的产品移到存储工位和/或进行补充的处理。
我们知道,所有的臂(11)同时向各个受料机构(23)上放毛坯,也就是说,每个成型工位(1a-1f)都对着一个夹有毛坯的臂(11)。而由于凸轮的反向旋转,成型的工序是一个工位接着一个工位进行的。
这样,由轮子(2)到成型工位的距离最长的毛坯将第一个处理,以保证所有的毛坯的稳定时间和热状态基本一致。
很明显,本发明,不需要移动很大的质量,这避免了使用很复杂,笨重,昂贵的机构,以及需要旋转的水箱和气罐。
本发明也大大减少了每个循环的″死时间″,即模子打开的时间,这将改善效益。
可以设想许多变化的实例,而不超出本发明的范围。特别如前面提到过的,每个成型工位可以有数个模子可以同时接受数个毛坯。这需要传送装置(II)的几次转动实现一次上料。也就是说,在成型过程开始之前,每个成型工位应面对着与模子数相同的夹有毛坯的臂。

Claims (7)

4.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征为:传送装置(II)能将毛坯(6,6′)一个接一个的从预热器(I)中取出,当每个成型工位(1a,1b,1c,1d,1e,1f)前都对着一个夹有毛坯的夹持机构(11′)时,它同时将毛坯放入成型工位(III)的受料机构(23)中,成型和卸料过程是在传送装置的旋转和使新的一组夹有毛坯的夹持机构就位过程中进行的。
5.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征为:成型工位的连续和同步控制至少有一部分由凸轮(15)实现,凸轮的旋转方向与传送装置的旋转方向相反,因此毛坯的加工顺序是从由预热器到成型工位移动的距离最长的毛坯开始,这就保证了各个毛坯的稳定时间和热处理状态完全一致。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其特征为:每个成型工位(1a,1b,1c,1d,1e,1f)有数个模子,可以装数个毛坯,为此设有能够向设有受料机构(23)的成型工位(1a,1b,1c,1d,1e,1f)提供毛坯的旋转式传送机构,传送机构完成上料所转动的次数等于成型工位中的模子数。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机器,其毛坯预热器是旋转式的,其结构是一个轮子,上面装有要加热和分配的毛坯,其特征为:在这个结构为轮子的预热器中,毛坯排列形成的圆与传送装置的夹持机构(11′)排列成的圆相切,二者沿相反的方向旋转。
