Abstract

本发明提供一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:聚烯烃树脂100份、在烯烃均聚物或两种不同的烯烃共聚物上接枝不饱和羧酸类化合物得到的接枝聚合物树脂15-30份、全芳香聚酯纤维1-10份、木质纤维素纤维1-5份。本发明的有益效果是:机械强度优良,绿色环保,可利用回收木材,促进废物再利用。

一种聚烯烃树脂组合物
技术领域
本发明属于化学材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种聚烯烃树脂组合物。
背景技术
聚烯烃具有相对密度小、耐化学药品性、耐水性好;良好的机械强度、电绝缘性等特点。可用于薄膜、管材、板材、各种成型制品、电线电缆等。在农业、包装、电子、电气、汽车、机械、日用杂品等方面有广泛的用途。同时,由于原料丰富,价格低廉,容易加工成型,综合性能优良,因此是一类产量最大,应用十分广泛的高分子材料。其中以聚乙烯、聚丙烯最为重要。
我国聚烯烃塑料产量大,用途广,占有十分重要的地位。通过添加助剂可以改变聚烯烃的一些性能,拓展应用范围,改善加工性,一种机械强度优良,绿色环保的聚烯烃树脂组合物有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,特别是一种抗冲击能力和抗拉能力优良的聚烯烃树脂组合物。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下重量份的原料:
聚烯烃树脂100份
在烯烃均聚物或两种不同的烯烃共聚物上接枝不饱和羧酸类化合物得到的接枝聚合物树脂15-30份
全芳香聚酯纤维1-10份
木质纤维素纤维1-5份
优选的,所述聚烯烃树脂组合物中还可添加添加剂。
优选的,所述添加剂为抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、合成纤维和天然纤维的加入,使得本发明的聚烯烃树脂组合物机械强度优良,尤其是抗冲击强度和抗拉强度优良。
2、天然纤维可从回收木材中提取,促进废物再利用,绿色环保。
3、各种添加剂的加入,可改善组合物的可加工性和自身的物理性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本实施例的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下有效成分:
聚丙烯树脂100份
在聚丙烯上接枝丙烯酸得到的接枝聚合物树脂15份
全芳香聚酯纤维10份
木质纤维素纤维3份。
本实施例还可添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。
实施例2:
本实施例的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下有效成分:
聚乙烯树脂100份
在聚乙烯上接枝马来酸得到的接枝聚合物树脂30份
全芳香聚酯纤维5份
木质纤维素纤维3份。
本实施例还可添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。
实施例3:
本实施例的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下有效成分:
α-烯烃-丙烯无规共聚物100份
在聚乙烯上接枝马来酸得到的接枝聚合物树脂20份
全芳香聚酯纤维8份
木质纤维素纤维2份。
本实施例还可添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。
实施例4:
本实施例的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,包括以下有效成分:
乙烃-丙烯无规共聚物100份
在聚乙烯上接枝丙烯酸得到的接枝聚合物树脂30份
全芳香聚酯纤维10份
木质纤维素纤维2份。
本实施例还可添加抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。

1.一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:
聚烯烃树脂100份
在烯烃均聚物或两种不同的烯烃共聚物上接枝不饱和羧酸类化合物得到的接枝聚合物树脂15-30份
全芳香聚酯纤维1-10份
木质纤维素纤维1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述聚烯烃树脂组合物中还可添加添加剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚烯烃树脂组合物,其特征在于:所述添加剂为抗氧化剂、紫外线吸收剂、光稳定剂、阻燃剂、相容剂中的一种或多种。
