现在将详细地参考本发明的一实施例,在附图中示出了其中的一实例。参见图1,用于移除并容纳来自病区的人体排泄物的设备10可以包括接受器100、进口110、喷嘴120和出口130,所述接受器100具有面向患者皮肤的内表面和背离患者皮肤的外表面,所述进口110从接受器100的外表面延伸至内表面以用于将冲洗流体115(其可以与或不与空气混合)引入到接受器100内部,所述喷嘴120设置在接受器100的内表面上并且与进口110流体连通以用于将冲洗流体115引入并分散到接受器100内部,所述出口130从接受器100的外表面延伸至内表面以允许流体、气体和/或污染物从接受器100内部排出。设备10还包括真空连接部140和真空分散薄膜150,所述真空连接部140从接受器100的外表面延伸至内表面以便在接受器100的一部分内表面和患者皮肤之间应用真空以将接受器100密封并保持在适当位置,所述真空分散薄膜150设置在真空连接部140与患者皮肤的交界部处以支撑皮肤,以便使施加到皮肤上的张力最小。真空分散薄膜150可以是允许空气、气体、流体等通过同时维持减小施加至患者皮肤的直接真空的作用的结构的任何合适的多孔或者可透性膜。缺少皮肤支撑将由于拉伸而对皮肤产生伤害。申请人的发明有助于通过使用其下应用有真空的多孔薄膜而强加最小的张力来保护皮肤的状态。真空分散薄膜150可以是多孔介质或者多孔材料,该多孔介质或者多孔材料包括由可以充满流体(液体或者气体)的气孔或者空穴的互联的网格渗透的固体,所述固体可以称为框架或基质。通常,固体基质和孔隙网格(亦称为孔隙空间)假定为连续的,以便形成例如海绵类的两个相互渗透连续体。薄膜可能是天然材料、合成的或者任何其他合适的组分。薄膜可能是由织物或布或者任何其他合适的纺织物、陶瓷材料、聚合体和/或可渗透的和/或多孔材料组成的。该特征是避免伤害皮肤的一个方面。
参见图2,用于移除和容纳来自病区的人体排泄物的设备10(当构造成用于男性时)可能包括两个单独的接受器;用于移除男性的尿液的接受器100包括用于冲洗流体(其可能与或者不与空气混合)进入接受器100的进口110、用于将冲洗流体115分散到接受器100内部的喷嘴120、允许流体、气体和/或污染物排出接受器100的出口130、以便可以施加用于将接受器100保持在适当位置的真空的真空连接部140和支撑皮肤以便使施加到皮肤上的张力最小的真空分散薄膜150,如以上详细地描述的。如上所述,用于接收来自男性患者的粪便排泄物的第二接受器200可能包括用于冲洗流体115(其可能与或者不与空气混合)进入接受器200的进口110、用于将冲洗流体115分散到接受器内部的喷嘴120、允许流体、空气和/或污染物排出接受器200的出口130、以便可以施加用于将接受器200密封并保持在适当位置的真空连接部140和将真空作用力分配到皮肤上以便使施加到皮肤上的张力最小的真空分散薄膜150。用于男性尿液的接受器100和用于男性粪便的第二接受器200两者的出口可以被可操作地连接,以便单独的出口管可用于两个接受器。
参见图3,用于检测粪便物的设备400是可选的装置,其可以结合到接受器100或者200中,用于涉及重要的粪便排出速度的患者应用。设备400从接受器100的外表面延伸至内表面并且包括检测器室420和检测器的多孔端410。检测器室420的第一端在接受器100的外表面处与真空源流体地连通。检测器室420的第二端与多孔端410流体连通。多孔端410将检测器室420流体地连接至接受器100的内部。将真空应用到检测器420的内部区域,以产生来自接受器100内部的通过多孔端410的空气流。多孔端410的孔大小被选择成,流过多孔端410的空气、水、尿液或者雾的任何浓度将导致内部真空度水平低于一设定点。如果粪便物堆积在多孔端410的外表面上,则横跨多孔端410的压力差增大。该增大的压降是由于粪便物比在正常检测间隔期间通过多孔端的空气和/或水和/或尿液和/或雾具有更大的粘度。横跨多孔端410的压降的该增大导致内部真空水平高于设定点,从而启动接受器100的内部区域430的冲洗循环。在冲洗循环期间,通过喷嘴120引入冲洗流体115。
参见图4,用于移除并容纳人体排泄物的设备10将排泄物收集装置500(例如,但不限于造口术袋)附连并密封至人体(外部皮肤)并且可能包括永久地或者可移除地附连至排泄物收集装置500中的开口的接口凸缘160的第一表面。接口凸缘160和排泄物收集装置500形成了单元,其中接口凸缘160的第二或者内表面附连至患者身体上的开口(例如,但不限于人造口)的周缘周围的患者皮肤上。装置500附连至凸缘160以能够收集来自患者身体的流体、气体和/或污染物。设备10的另一实施例可能包括其中接口凸缘160是排泄物收集装置500的整体部分的单独单元。接口凸缘160的第二或者内表面使用从凸缘160的内表面延伸至外表面的真空连接部140附连至患者的皮肤,外表面设置在患者的皮肤与装置500之间并且可以通过粘合剂和/或带来补充以增强支撑。真空至皮肤的交界部包括真空分散薄膜150来支撑皮肤,以便使施加到皮肤上的张力最小而同时允许真空将凸缘160的内表面附连至患者的皮肤。该特征是避免伤害皮肤的一个方面。
进入端口550可以设置在凸缘160的外表面上,以便引入杀菌剂、增加水分和/或液体隔离溶液和/或用于吸附剂容纳臭味的连接点。在一个实施例中,真空连接部140可以包括整体式真空控制单元,其由微型真空泵、开关、止回阀组成,并且真空控制开关/传感器(未显示)可以被集成为接口凸缘160的一部分,以便可以在没有单独的真空源的系缚的情况下提供真空。
在不脱离本发明的范围或者精神的情况下,对本领域技术人员显而易见的是可以对本发明进行改变和改进。因此,本发明意在覆盖发明的所有所述改进和变化,只要其归入所附权利要求及其等同物的范围之内。
Claims (11)
1.一种用于移除和容纳人体排泄物的设备,包括:
围绕患者的人造口的凸缘,该凸缘具有第一表面和外表面,其中该第一表面与患者的该人造口周围的皮肤联接;
真空连接部,其从该凸缘的外表面延伸至第一表面;
真空分散薄膜,其至少部分地设置在该真空连接部与患者的在该人造口周围的皮肤之间,
其中该真空连接部适于通过该真空分散薄膜在该凸缘的该第一表面的至少一部分与患者的在该人造口周围的皮肤之间施加真空,从而该人造口未暴露于该真空。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,还包括收集装置,该收集装置与该凸缘联接并且至少部分地封闭该人造口。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其中该收集装置是造口术袋。
4.如权利要求2所述的设备,还包括进口,该进口设置在凸缘的外表面上,该外表面至少部分地由该收集装置封闭。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,还包括与该真空连接部联接的真空控制单元,所述真空控制单元由微型真空泵、开关和止回阀组成,用于将通过该真空分散薄膜施加的真空的真空水平维持在预定范围内。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其中该真空控制单元包括至少一个真空泵,该真空泵配置成通过该真空分散薄膜、止回阀以及真空控制开关或传感器施加真空。
7.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中该真空分散薄膜为合成材料。
8.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中该真空分散薄膜为聚合体。
9.如权利要求1所述的设备,其中该真空分散薄膜为纺织物。
10.如权利要求2所述的设备,还包括与该真空连接部联接的真空控制单元,所述真空控制单元由微型真空泵、开关和止回阀组成,用于将通过该真空分散薄膜施加的真空的真空水平维持在预定范围内。
11.如权利要求10所述的设备,其中该真空控制单元包括至少一个真空泵,该真空泵配置成通过该真空分散薄膜、止回阀以及真空控制开关或传感器施加真空。
