本发明公开一种复合手机外壳材料,所述复合手机外壳材料包括最上层的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、中间层的高分子透明材料和最下层的PET塑料组合而成,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶包括有聚酯型和聚醚型,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-33%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%-34%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-36%,本发明提供一种复合手机外壳材料,具有耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,尤其涉及一种复合手机外壳材料。
背景技术
早期的手机材质多为普通工程塑料,外表通常未经过修饰,只是简单的防滑纹或者喷漆。虽然很实用,但无法满足消费崇尚美感的心理。在后面的手机中,许多手机采用了华丽的材质来装饰手机的外观。其中,钢琴烤漆受到了大众的欢迎。钢琴漆工艺,是烤漆工艺的一种,工序非常复杂,机械化的钢琴烤漆还是很快速的。有些手机厂商采用了钢琴漆工艺来制造,有些则用普通的聚氨酯漆喷漆,工艺和耐久度方面要差很多。钢琴烤漆工艺在外观上给人以高档、华丽的美感,突出了手机的质感,也带来了良好的手感。目前这种技术非常成熟,不过使用时间较长会出现脱落或掉漆现象,而且容易沾染指纹影响手机美观,并且耐磨损方面还有待提高。所以,究竟选择或放弃还要看消费者自己的态度了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合手机外壳材料,具有耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好等特点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种复合手机外壳材料,所述复合手机外壳材料包括最上层的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、中间层的高分子透明材料和最下层的PET塑料组合而成,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶包括有聚酯型和聚醚型,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-33%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%-34%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-36%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述PET塑料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯PBT。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的35%。
本发明的一种复合手机外壳材料,具有耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好等特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
在一实施例中,所述复合手机外壳材料包括最上层的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、中间层的高分子透明材料和最下层的PET塑料组合而成,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶包括有聚酯型和聚醚型,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-33%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%-34%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-36%。
进一步说明,所述PET塑料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯PBT,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的35%。
进一步说明,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶作为弹性体是介于橡胶和塑料之间的一种材料,这从它的刚性看出来,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的刚性可由弹性模量来度量。橡胶的弹性模量通常在1-10Mpa,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶在10-1000Mpa,塑料在1000-10000Mpa。热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的硬度范围相当宽,从ShoreA60-ShoreD80并且在整个硬度范围内具有高弹性;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶在很宽的温度范围内-40-120℃,具有柔性,而不需要增塑剂;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶对油类(矿物油,动植物油脂和润滑油)和许多溶剂有良好的抵抗能力;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶还有良好的耐天候性,极优的耐高能射线性能。众所周知的耐磨性,抗撕裂性,屈扰强度都是优良的;拉伸强度高,伸长率大,长期压缩永久变形率低等都是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的显著优点。
热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶性能:力学性能:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶弹性体的力学性能主要包括:硬度,拉伸强度,压缩性能,撕裂强度,回弹性和耐磨性能,耐屈扰性等,而热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶弹性塑料的力学性能,除这些性能外,还有较高剪切强度和冲击功等。
在进一步说明,PET塑料分子结构高度对称,具有一定的结晶取向能力,故而具有较高的成膜性和成性。PET塑料具有很好的光学性能和耐候性,非晶态的PET塑料具有良好的光学透明性。另外PET塑料具有优良的耐磨耗摩擦性和尺寸稳定性及电绝缘性。PET做成的瓶具有强度大、透明性好、无毒、防渗透、质量轻、生产效率高等因而受到了广泛的应用。PBT与PET分子链结构相似,大部分性质也是一样的,只是分子主链由两个亚甲基变成了四个,所以分子更加柔顺,加工性能更加优良。
PET是乳白色或浅黄色高度结晶性的聚合物,表面平滑而有光泽。耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,磨耗小而硬度高,具有热塑性塑料中最大的韧性;电绝缘性能好,受温度影响小,但耐电晕性较差。无毒、耐气候性、抗化学药品稳定性好,吸湿性高,成型前的干燥是必须的。耐弱酸和有机溶剂,但不耐热水浸泡,不耐碱。PET树脂的玻璃化温度较高,结晶速度慢,模塑周期长,成型周期长,成型收缩率大,尺寸稳定性差,结晶化的成型呈脆性,耐热性低等。本发明提供一种复合手机外壳材料,具有耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好等特点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种复合手机外壳材料,其特征在于:所述复合手机外壳材料包括最上层的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶、中间层的高分子透明材料和最下层的PET塑料组合而成,所述热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶包括有聚酯型和聚醚型,所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-33%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%-34%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%-36%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合手机外壳材料,其特征在于:所述PET塑料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯PET和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯PBT。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合手机外壳材料,其特征在于:所述的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的32%,所述的高分子透明材料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的33%,所述的PET塑料占复合手机外壳材料总体分量的35%。
