步骤五：通过微量注射泵进行静电纺丝，静电纺丝的针头内径为0.4mm，针头距离接收器的距离为30cm，电源使用20kV静电高压，流量为0.5mL/h。

如图3所示，改性纳米聚乙烯醇静电丝通过以下步骤制备而成，
步骤一：称取1份纤维素，取适量去离子水搅拌溶解，按纤维素：四甲基哌啶氧化物摩尔比1:0.05向溶液中加入四甲基哌啶氧化物，按照纤维素：次氯酸钠摩尔比1:1向溶液中加入次氯酸钠，调节体系pH为10.3，在室温下搅拌24h；
步骤二：通过均质机分散体系至凝胶状，经过超声处理10min，过滤后冷冻干燥，制得纳米纤维素；
步骤三：称取1份聚乙烯醇，取适量去离子水，加热至80℃并保持恒温，搅拌2h至完全溶解；
步骤四：自然冷却至常温，稀释聚乙烯醇溶液为浓度23%，按聚乙烯醇：水性聚氨酯质量比1:0.43搅拌30min，按照聚乙烯醇：纳米纤维素质量比1:0.6，搅拌30min；
步骤五：通过微量注射泵进行静电纺丝，静电纺丝的针头内径为0.4mm，针头距离接收器的距离为30cm，电源使用20kV静电高压，流量为0.5mL/h。
实施例3
如图4至图5所示，柔性吸水纤维通过以下步骤制备而成，
步骤一：称取1份黄原胶，加入适量的去离子水，搅拌溶解后按体积比黄原胶溶液：丙烯酸溶液=1:2.5向黄原胶溶液中加入中和度为85%的丙烯酸溶液，搅拌均有后向混合溶液中按体积比丙烯酸溶液：丙烯酰胺溶液=1:1，向混合溶液中加入丙烯酰胺溶液；
步骤二：加热混合溶液至70℃，按照体积比混合溶液：交联剂=1:0.05，加入交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，保持70℃恒温搅拌1h；
步骤三：加热至85℃，按照体积比交联剂：引发剂=1:1向溶液中加入引发剂过硫酸钾溶液，继续恒温85℃搅拌2h后结束反应；
步骤四：将产物用体积比水：甲醇=1:4的洗涤剂洗涤若干次，放入60℃真空干燥箱中干燥12h，制得黄原胶接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物。

Claims (8)

1.一种卫生巾，其特征在于：具有层状结构，该层状结构从上至下依次为吸附层（1），吸收层（2），第一膨胀层（3），第二膨胀层（4），防漏层（5）和黏附层（6）。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述吸附层（1）由改性纳米聚乙烯醇静电丝编织而成，编织孔径为300nm，厚度为0.2mm，所述改性纳米聚乙烯醇静电丝的直径为520nm；所述吸附层（1）表面设有若干透气孔，所述透气孔的孔径大小为3cm。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述改性纳米聚乙烯醇静电丝通过以下步骤制备而成，
步骤一：称取1份纤维素，取适量去离子水搅拌溶解，按纤维素：四甲基哌啶氧化物摩尔比1:0.05向溶液中加入四甲基哌啶氧化物，按照纤维素：次氯酸钠摩尔比1:1向溶液中加入次氯酸钠，调节体系pH为10.3，在室温下搅拌24h；
步骤二：通过均质机分散体系至凝胶状，经过超声处理10min，过滤后冷冻干燥，制得纳米纤维素；
步骤三：称取1份聚乙烯醇，取适量去离子水，加热至80℃并保持恒温，搅拌2h至完全溶解；
步骤四：自然冷却至常温，稀释聚乙烯醇溶液为浓度23%，按聚乙烯醇：水性聚氨酯质量比1:0.43搅拌30min，按照聚乙烯醇：纳米纤维素质量比1:0.6，搅拌30min；
步骤五：通过微量注射泵进行静电纺丝，静电纺丝的针头内径为0.4mm，针头距离接收器的距离为30cm，电源使用20kV静电高压，流量为0.5mL/h。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于；所述吸收层（2）由亲水材料制成，其厚度为1cm。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述亲水材料包括18%木棉纤维，13%涤纶丝，12%棉纶丝，57%聚酰胺酯纤维丝。
6.如权利要求1或2或3或5所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述第一膨胀层（3）的厚度为3cm，所述第二膨胀层（4）的厚度为2cm；所述第一膨胀层（3）与第二膨胀层（4）的长度比为1:0.6，所述所述第一膨胀层（3）与第二膨胀层（4）的宽度比为1:0.8；所述第一膨胀层（3）与第二膨胀层（4）由柔性吸水纤维制成，所述柔性吸水纤维包括43%粘胶人造丝纤维，30%聚丙烯和27%黄原胶接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述柔性吸水纤维通过以下步骤制备而成，
步骤一：称取1份黄原胶，加入适量的去离子水，搅拌溶解后按体积比黄原胶溶液：丙烯酸溶液=1:2.5向黄原胶溶液中加入中和度为85%的丙烯酸溶液，搅拌均有后向混合溶液中按体积比丙烯酸溶液：丙烯酰胺溶液=1:1，向混合溶液中加入丙烯酰胺溶液；
步骤二：加热混合溶液至70℃，按照体积比混合溶液：交联剂=1:0.05，加入交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺，保持70℃恒温搅拌1h；
步骤三：加热至85℃，按照体积比交联剂：引发剂=1:1向溶液中加入引发剂过硫酸钾溶液，继续恒温85℃搅拌2h后结束反应；
步骤四：将产物用体积比水：甲醇=1:4的洗涤剂洗涤若干次，放入60℃真空干燥箱中干燥12h，制得黄原胶接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物。
8.如权利要求1或2或3或5或7所述的一种卫生巾，其特征在于：所述防漏层（5）由疏水材料制成，其厚度为0.4cm。
