本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体来说是一种葛粉烘干粉碎一体机。包括架体,架体的顶部设有横向的辊筒,辊筒的顶部设有进料口,辊筒的底部设有出料口,辊筒内轴向设有转轴,转轴的两端伸出辊筒外并转动连接在架体上,处于辊筒内部的转轴上设有粉碎齿,架体上还设有电机,电机设有减速器,电机的输出轴与转轴连接;辊筒的筒壁包括外壁和内壁,外壁和所述内壁之间形成空腔,空腔内均布有电热丝。本设备的有益效果为,将葛粉的烘干加工和粉碎加工结合在一起,利用同一套设备,先烘干后粉碎,省去了转移烘干后的葛粉至粉碎机处这一工序,节省了人力物力;葛粉被烘干后即可进行粉碎加工,不会出现葛粉受潮,导致葛粉粉碎不彻底的现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体来说是一种葛粉烘干粉碎一体机。
背景技术
葛粉是老少皆宜的名贵滋补品,有“千年人参”之美誉。它有降脂、降压、降火、清热解毒、升阳解肌、解痉镇痛、透疹止泻、增加脑和冠状血糖、改善脑微循环等功效,是防治高血压、高血脂、冠心病、心绞痛、糖尿病、脑血栓、肠胃病等多种疾病的药品的重要原料。既具有药用价值,又有营养保健之功效,同时对女性美容健身、丰胸等还具有特殊功效。葛粉的加工过程包括原料挑选→清洗→去皮→切片→护色→漂洗→蒸煮→清洗→干燥→粉碎→过筛→成品葛粉。
传统的干燥、粉碎两道加工工序都是采用两台设备分布进行,这样的加工流程会存在很多不足,比如干燥后的葛粉片需要通过设备转运到粉碎设备处,转运的过程不仅操作麻烦,增加工作量,还会使烘干的葛粉片冷却,甚至受潮,影响后续的粉碎加工,出现粉碎不彻底的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供葛粉烘干粉碎一体机,将烘干设备和粉碎设备结合在一起,连续性完成葛粉片的烘干、粉碎加工。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础技术方案是提供葛粉烘干粉碎一体机,包括架体,架体的顶部设有横向的辊筒,辊筒的顶部设有进料口,辊筒的底部设有出料口,辊筒内轴向设有转轴,转轴的两端伸出辊筒外并转动连接在架体上,处于辊筒内部的转轴上设有粉碎齿,架体上还设有电机,电机设有减速器,电机的输出轴与转轴连接;辊筒的筒壁包括外壁和内壁,外壁和所述内壁之间形成空腔,空腔内均布有电热丝。
减速器能够对电机减速,烘干阶段,电热丝用于对辊筒供热,辊筒受热后会将热量传递给葛粉,同时,电机带动转轴以及转轴上的粉碎齿缓慢转动,起到搅拌的作用,烘干后关闭电热丝电源,即可对其进行粉碎。粉碎阶段,提升电机的转速,电机带动转轴以及转轴上的粉碎齿快速转动,粉碎齿会对辊筒内的葛粉粉碎加工,制成葛粉面后从出料口排出。
本设备的有益效果为,将葛粉的烘干加工和粉碎加工结合在一起,利用同一套设备,先烘干后粉碎,设备结构设计合理,占地面积小,同时还省去了转移烘干后的葛粉至粉碎机处这一工序,节省了人力物力;葛粉被烘干后即可进行粉碎加工,不会出现葛粉受潮,导致葛粉粉碎不彻底的现象。
对基础方案的改进得到的优选方案1:架体的底部设有防震垫;本设备在粉碎时会产生较大的振动,防震垫能够减小振动,降低噪音。
对基础方案1的改进得到的优选方案2:辊筒的外壁设有隔热层;隔热层能够防止辊筒散热,利于保存辊筒的热量,提升烘干效率。
对基础方案的进一步优化得到的优选方案3:粉碎齿呈长条状均布在转轴上;长条状的粉碎齿便于在烘干时起搅拌作用,能够使搅拌更彻底,烘干均匀。

下面通过具体实施方式和附图标记对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:架体1、防震垫2、转轴3、电机4、辊筒5、粉碎齿6、电热丝7、进料口8、出料口9。
实施例基本如附图1所示:包括架体1,架体1的顶部安装着横向的辊筒5,辊筒5顶部的左端开有进料口8,辊筒5底部的右端开有出料口9,辊筒5内轴向安装有转轴3,转轴3的两端伸出辊筒5外并转动连接在架体1上,处于辊筒5内部的转轴3上均布有粉碎齿6,架体1上还安装有电机4,电机4处安装有减速器,减速器作用于电机4上,电机4的输出轴与转轴3连接;辊筒5的筒壁包括外壁和内壁,外壁和内壁之间形成空腔,空腔内均布有电热丝7,电热丝7缠绕在内壁上。
使用本设备加工时,将葛粉从进料口8倒入辊筒5内,启动电热丝7对辊筒5加热,辊筒5内壁会将热量传递给葛粉,同时启动电机4和减少器,电机4会带动转轴3以及转轴3上的粉碎齿6缓慢的转动,起到搅拌的作用,对葛粉进行烘干加工,烘干后,关闭电热丝7。接下来进行粉碎加工,启动电机4,调节电机4的转速,使电机4带动转轴3以及粉碎齿6快速的转动,对辊筒5内的葛粉进行粉碎加工,葛粉被粉碎成葛粉面后从出料口9排出。
上述实施例中,架体1的底部安装有防震垫2,本设备在粉碎时会产生较大的振动,防震垫2能够减小振动,降低噪音。辊筒5的外壁安装有一层隔热层,隔热层能够防止辊筒5散热,利于保存辊筒5的热量,提升烘干效率。粉碎齿6呈长条状均布在转轴3上,长条状的粉碎齿6便于在烘干时起搅拌作用,能够使搅拌更彻底,烘干均匀。

1.葛粉烘干粉碎一体机,包括架体,其特征在于,所述架体的顶部设有横向的辊筒,所述辊筒的顶部设有进料口,所述辊筒的底部设有出料口,所述辊筒内轴向设有转轴,所述转轴的两端伸出辊筒外并转动连接在架体上,处于辊筒内部的转轴上设有粉碎齿,所述架体上还设有电机,所述电机设有减速器,所述电机的输出轴与转轴连接;所述辊筒的筒壁包括外壁和内壁,所述外壁和所述内壁之间形成空腔,所述空腔内均布有电热丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的葛粉烘干粉碎一体机,其特征在于:所述架体的底部设有防震垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的葛粉烘干粉碎一体机,其特征在于:所述辊筒的外壁设有隔热层。
