Abstract
本发明涉及到一种由天然植物提取液制得的治疗冻疮的药物以及这种药物的制备工艺。本发明所述的冻疮神水的药用有效成分为:田七10-80g、重楼10-60g、白芷2-30g、草乌5-30g、细辛2-25g、甘草1-15g、苍耳子2-15g、红花1-18g、金铁锁5-40g的醇提液,配以2-20%的药用助剂,制成医药上可接受的剂型。本冻疮神水主要用于治疗、预防冻疮和局部冻伤,为外用药品,具有止痒、消肿、去痛、活血祛瘀、温经通络的作用。

本发明涉及到一种由天然植物提取液制得的治疗冻疮的药物以及这种药物的制备工艺。
中国专利申请CN1066591A(申请号91107041)公开了“一种冻疮药的制造方法”,系采用皮虫为主要原料制成冻疮液或粉或药膜或纸等,敷在已破溃的冻疮上,对其他皮肤溃疮也有一定的疗效。
中国专利申请CN1069868A(申请号92109435)公开了一种“预防冻疮的药物保健品制造方法及其产品”,是取汗布成品,浸入一种番椒乙醇提取液、樟脑醇溶液、维生素E醇溶液和蜂蜜溶液按一定比例混合均匀所组成的药液中,密封浸渍,并翻拌,然后取出晾干,再置于烘房或干燥箱内干燥,用上述方法使药液均匀吸附在汗布成品手套、袜子、耳套上,并连同普通保温手套、袜子、耳套等一起作用,也可作为内衬,可保温、去寒、预防冻疮。
中国专利申请CN1067817A(申请号92103546.2)公开了一种“冻疮灵软膏、霜剂及其制备工艺”,由七叶一枝花、三七、当归、白芷、白芨、白蔹等为主药,经粉碎混匀,加入赋形剂凡土林、甘油、羊毛脂等中,研磨均匀制得。
本发明的目的旨在提供一种以天然植物提取液为药用有效成分的冻疮治疗药物以及制备工艺。
本发明所述的冻疮治疗制剂的药用有效成分为:田七10-80g、重楼10-60g、白芷2-30g、草乌5-30g、细辛2-25g、甘草1-15g、苍耳子2-15g、红花1-18g、金铁锁5-40g的醇提液,配以2-20%的药用助剂,制成医药上可接受的剂型。
本发明所述的药用有效成分中田七为五加科植物田七Panax notogingeng(Burk)F.H.Chen的干燥根。收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)7页。重楼为百合科植物云南重楼Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch)Hand-Mazz或七叶一枝花Parispolyphylla Smith var chinensis(Franch.)Hara的干燥根,收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)231页。金铁锁为石竹科植物金铁锁Psammosilenetunicoides W.C.Wuet C.Y.Wu的干燥根。收载于云南省药物标准(1974)195页。草乌为毛茛科植物草乌Aconitum vilmorinianu Komarou或滇南草乌Aconitum austroyunnanense W.T.Wang的块根。收载于云南省药物标准(1974)210页。细辛为马兜铃科植物北细辛Asarum heterotropides Fr.var.mandshuricum(Maxim)Kitag汉城细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq.var.seoulense Narai或华细辛Asarum sieboldii Miq.的干燥全草。收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)198页。红花为菊科植物红花Carthamus tinctorus L的干燥花。收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)126页。白芷为伞形科植物Angeli dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm.)Benth.et Hook.f.或杭白芷Angelica dahurica(Fisch.ex Hoffm)B.enth.et Hook.f.var、formosana(Boiss)shan etYuan的干燥根,收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)86页。苍耳子为菊科植物苍耳Xanthium sibiricum Patr.的干燥成熟带总苞的果实。收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)135页。甘草为豆科植物甘草Glycyrrhiza uralensisFisch胀果甘草Glycyrrhiza inflata Bat.或光果甘草Glycyrrihiza glabra L.的干燥根及根茎。收载于中国药典一九九0年版(一部)71页。
本发明所述配方中田七散瘀止血、消肿定痛;红花活血,通经;重楼消肿、消炎;辅以草乌、细辛、金铁锁使温经、止痛、通窍之功进一步加强;白芷具有消肿排浓作用,可治重度冻疮;苍耳子除柔软皮肤功能外,还具有优良的抗风湿瘙痒作用,最后以甘草协调诸药,并以抗炎抗过敏功能,消除极少数人对中草药之过敏。由于冻疮使角质层增厚,加入药用助剂使药物更易渗入皮肤,发挥其效能,同时加入丙二醇、丙三醇滋润皮肤,又具保湿作用,使药物不至因溶剂挥发而干涸。
本发明所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺由以下步骤组成:
(一)、取田七、重楼、白芷、草乌、细辛、甘草、苍耳子、红花、金铁锁粉碎成粗粉,加入2至4倍药粗粉重量的75-95%乙醇,在30-72℃下浸提1-6小时,过滤,得浸提液和药渣;
(二)、用2至4倍药渣重量的50-75%乙醇对步骤(一)所得药渣在30-72℃下浸提1-6小时,过滤,得浸提液和药渣;
(三)、步骤(二)所得药渣经乙醇液淋洗后弃之,淋洗液与步骤(一)、(二)浸提液合并,得到药用有效成分;
(四)、在药用有效成分中加入2-20%的药用助剂,制成医药上可接受的剂型,包装。
步骤(四)所述的药用助剂为低级多元醇和皮肤渗进剂,其比例为低级多元醇90-95%,皮肤渗透剂5-10%,低级多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇,皮肤渗透剂为月桂氨罩酮。
本发明所述的冻疮神水可为多种剂型,在药用有效成分中加入2-10%的药用助剂,经加香、冷冻、过滤、可制成酊剂或气雾剂;将药用有效成分进行浓缩,制得药浸膏,在药浸膏中加入6-20%的药用助剂和油脂性基质、乳剂型基质、水溶性基质,并经加香处理后,制成膏霜剂;在药用有效成分浓缩成的药浸膏中加入3-10%的药用助剂,经加水、加香处理、制成水剂;在药用有效成分浓缩成的药浸膏中加入3-9%的药用助剂,加成膜剂,加香,制成膜剂。
本发明所述的冻疮神水主要用于治疗、预防冻疮和局部冻伤,为外用药品,具有止痒、消肿、去痛、活血祛瘀、温经通络的作用,经5年来984例临床验证有效率为99.4%。
实施例:
取田七25g、重楼50g、白芷15g、草乌20g、细辛15g、甘草10g、苍耳子10g、红花5g、金铁锁30g,加入3倍重量95%乙醇,于50℃下浸提3小时,过滤,药渣用75%乙醇于上述温度下浸提4小时,过滤,药渣用50%乙醇淋洗,药渣弃之,合并上述浸提液制成药用有效成分待用。
取丙二醇41%、丙三醇51%、月桂氨罩酮8%制成药用助剂,待用。
在100g药用有效成分中加入6g药用肋剂,经加香,冷冻、过滤后,制成酊剂或气雾剂。
将100g药用有效成分经真空浓缩,制成药浸膏,加入7g药用助剂,加水90g,加香,制成水剂。
在100g用有效成分制成的药浸膏中加入15g药用助剂,18g硅酮,8g单甘脂、6g聚乙二醇,经加香后制成膏霜剂。
在100g药用有效成分制成的药浸膏中加入5g药用助剂,8g聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛,经加香后,制成膜剂。
Claims (8)
1、一种冻疮治疗制剂,其特征在于其药用有效成份为:田七10-80g、重楼10-60g、白芷2-30g、草乌5-30g、细辛2-25g、甘草1-15g、苍耳子2-15g、红花1-18g、金铁锁5-40g的乙醇提取液,所用乙醇的浓度为50-95%,配以2-20%的药用助剂,制成医药上可接受的剂型。
2、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于由以下步骤组成:
(一)、取田七、重楼、白芷、草乌、细辛、甘草、苍耳子、红花、金铁锁粉碎成粗粉,加入2至4倍药粗粉重量的75-95%乙醇,在30-72℃下浸提1-6小时,过滤,得浸提液和药渣;
(二)、用2至4倍药渣重量的50-75%乙醇对步骤(一)所得药渣在30-72℃下浸提1-6小时,过滤,得浸提液和药渣;
(三)、步骤(二)所得药渣经乙醇液淋洗后弃之,淋洗液与步骤(一)、(二)浸提液合并,得到药用有效成分;
(四)、在药用有效成分中加入2-20%的药用助剂,制成医药上可接受的剂型,包装。
3、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于所述的药用助剂为低级多元醇90-95%,皮肤渗透剂5-10%。
4、按照权利要求3所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于低级多元醇为丙二醇、丙三醇。
5、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于在药用有效成分中加入2-10%的药用助剂,经加番、冷冻、过滤,制成酊剂或气雾剂。
6、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于将药用有效成分进行浓缩,制得药浸膏,在药浸膏中加入6-20%的药用助剂和油脂性基质、乳剂型基质、水溶性基质,并经加香处理后,制成膏霜剂。
7、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于在药用有效成分浓缩成的药浸膏中加入3-10%的药用助剂,经加水、加香处理、制成水剂。
8、按照权利要求1所述的冻疮治疗制剂的制备工艺,其特征在于在药用有效成分浓缩成的药浸膏中加入3-9%的药用助剂,加成膜剂,加香,制成膜剂。
