本发明涉及油罐车零部件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法。首先向容器中加入5份五氯苯酚钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份稀硫酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入15份丙烯酸酯乳液和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.3份蒽醌苷,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入0.5份氯化钙和15份水,搅拌15分钟。本发明的涂装基础液的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使涂装基础液的预处理能力得到显著的提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及油罐车零部件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法。
背景技术
为了更好的提高油罐车罐体的结构性能,采用先在其表面涂装不溶共络层,然后再涂装色漆。这种加工方法由于在其表面仅涂装不溶共络层,而未采用防护膜衬底,涂装加工后的产品在使用一段时间后,表面的薄膜逐渐的褪去,这样将对油罐车罐体的结构性能产生一定影响,也对产品的品质造成不利后果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法,首先向容器中加入5份五氯苯酚钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份稀硫酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入15份丙烯酸酯乳液和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.3份蒽醌苷,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入0.5份氯化钙和15份水,搅拌15分钟。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、涂装方法中使用的涂装基础液,其配方设计合理、新颖,特别是添加了少量的蒽醌苷,可以显著提高涂装基础液的处理效率。通过涂装基础液的配合使用,使油罐车罐体在后续涂装不溶共络层时,不溶共络层的附着力更强,继而提高产品的使用寿命,提升产品的竞争力。
2)、涂装基础液的制备方法,通过逐步添加的方法,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使涂装基础液的预处理能力得到显著的提升,使后续处理步骤向更加有利的方向行进。
3)、油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法,操作工艺简洁,通过涂装基础液涂装预处理然后再进行涂装的步骤,通过合理设计涂装基础液的配方以及涂装方法参数,从而使不溶共络层的附着力更强,继而提高产品的使用寿命。

一、涂装基础液的组成
15份丙烯酸酯乳液、5份五氯苯酚钠、5份稀硫酸、0.3份蒽醌苷、0.5份氯化钙和45份水。
二、涂装基础液的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入5份五氯苯酚钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份稀硫酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入15份丙烯酸酯乳液和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.3份蒽醌苷,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入0.5份氯化钙和15份水,搅拌15分钟。
三、油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法,步骤如下:
1将油罐车罐体放入涂装基础液中浸泡15分钟;
2将油罐车罐体烘干,烘干温度为50℃,烘干时间为1小时;
3依现有技术在油罐车罐体的表面采用离子注入方式注入磷酸锆、二氧化硅和氟硅酸钠形成厚度为80nm的不溶共络层;
4将油罐车罐体烘干,烘干温度为100℃,烘干时间为1小时;
5在油罐车罐体上的不溶共络层的表面涂装底漆及面漆;
6将油罐车罐体烘干,烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为5小时。

1.一种油罐车罐体涂装用涂装基础液的制备方法,其特征在于首先向容器中加入5份五氯苯酚钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入5份稀硫酸,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入15份丙烯酸酯乳液和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.3份蒽醌苷,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入0.5份氯化钙和15份水,搅拌15分钟。
